Thanks Doug's 4 hooking me up,Rim master tried ta get me for da cash,but by us having Doug in the hood he always on point,Black owners are the best. Real talk lady's and gentlemen.Once again thank you Doug,and I won't leave this out,your tire technician who fixed my two rims did an awesome job.

Horrible business! Save your money or pick another shop this place is very unprofessional. The owner hung up in my face after putting the wrong size tire in my car. When I was there another customer was getting their tire changed and they pulled off the wrong tire in their vehicle and started changing it never asked just picked a tire and took it off the rim. The customer had to run over there and correct them. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment today and on a Sunday of all days ! They had 2 common used tire sizes that many others didn t have in stock. Their prices are more than reasonable. Excellent customer service. Cash only there is a atm less than a block away fyi.

Doug's drivers put tires too high in trailers and when hits your car he says he will pay for damages. But twice you go to his shop when he says he'll be there and no show. Now he says, through an employee, that he says it was like that and will not pay.Doug is not trust worthy.DO NOT GO HERE.

We had both tires replaced and they did a great and quick job! They changed our tires late at night when it was impossible to reach all the other tire shops! Reliable and great customer service!

Excellent service! Got 3 tires for 30 each which was the best price out of all the places I called. Thought originally that I would need 4, but Fred checked them and told me one was good, which is unheard of for a tire place to suggest to save money instead. Allen put the tires on quickly and i was on my way to work. Will use them for now on!

Good service, but I told him I drive to Orlando and back every day, I needed to be safe. He pulled out a tire with good tread and a hole. Hole was "fixed" and put on my car. 2 days later that tire is flat in my driveway. Buyer beware

I had a great experience! Came here to pick up a room because I called and they had it for a great price. Was planning on getting a tire elsewhere but Doug had a great price on the tire for me and put it on in the price for everything was less than I would have paid for the tire alone elsewhere. Not only was the work done well and quickly, but Doug was extremely friendly, outgoing, cheerful, and thankful for my business. Everything is outdoors, but he has a nice little seating area in the shade, in on this beautiful fall day it was perfect. I found a new mechanic and honestly could not be happier! I rarely do reviews, but I'm so pleased after this experience I had to write one . Thank you Doug and crew!

First time I went to this place it was pleasant because it was just for a patch. I returned to buy a used tire which I paid $40 for. Everything was fine until I actually got a good look at the tire. It is worn out more than the one I came with. I was shocked to see that it looks like it could burst randomly on the road at any moment... I shouldn't have stayed in my car and should have gotten a look at the tire prior to it being put on the car which is my mistake but this is still a robbery :) if I could, I'd go get my old tire and money back.

It was inconvenient to have to go get cash out of ATM that wasn't on the premises and only having the option to pay cash. Plus me and another person called ahead to make sure they had 2 tires for my car and they said they did but I get there and they only had 1. Also the customer service was lacking.

Nice service. Lion mechanic name was great& honest person. I am very satisfied with his service. I would recommend anyone who need tyre change. Choice lion (the guy with long hair)

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying used tires first off the price more than doubled since my last visit 8 months ago they charged me for balancing knowing that their machine wasn t working, only accepting cash payment but save yourself the hassle and buy new tires I understand times get tough but there s always rent a wheel 20$ down 4 new tires besides your safety and life is worth it.

I loved the fact that they were opened after 7pm. My tire was repaired quickly. I was on my way. The facility is tough to get in and out of, being that I had to back out onto a busy street. But the gentleman that fixed my tire actually held back traffic so I could safely back out.

They had used tires in my size. They are like new!! No waiting! Fast, efficient & they even helped me back out of their shop on a very busy road. The best price in town!! Highly recommend & will tell everyone I know about them. Best secret in Tampa!!

I had a flat tire on the way to work and of course most places close at 6pm. Doug's was the only place I found that closed later. Until 9 pm I believe. They got me a used tire, I approved and they put it on and got me back on the road in 15 minutes! Now that is awesome service! I recommend it to everyone.

Such a great place. The employees are awesome and fast. They know what customer service is. They have really great brands of tires for a low cost. Plus recommend other services when they see fit. I give them five stars. I don't mind taking my car there Everytime.

If i could give this place a zero i would. After calling and speaking to someone about specific rims and what time they closed i was given the info and told 7pm. I double checked online for their hours and it says 7pm on sunday. I showed up at 6:10pm to be screamed at by some guy saying they were closed while letting another car in. He was very disrespectful and rude as i tried to explain we had just gotten off the phone with someone and had said we were coming. I will never spend a penny at a buisness that treats customers like that. Would not recommend and would suggest else where.

I had a great result here - in and out in record time, 4 nice tires just in time for a road trip. Just make sure to bring cash as they don't take credit cards. For the price though it's well worth it in my experience.

Just literally called and the boss himself told me he had my tire, mind you this was 30 mins prior to close and said ok I'll be there in a few, not even 10 mins later gates are closed and shops shut down....only place that has my size right now too. Shady and seemed like they were quick to go home cause it's Friday. Smh.
