Extremely poor communication. My car was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. They had my car for over a month with little to no updates. I called on the latest day of expected pickup, they said my vehicle was currently being washed. They changed my pickup to the next day but before the end of the day, I received a notification that my car had already been picked up. I arrive the next day and there is still parts missing from my vehicle, it clearly had not been washed and had been sitting for a while. It was covered in dust and pollen. Raising my concerns, they quickly slapped on the missing parts and washed my car. I picked it up and upon inspection, the parts were misaligned and had fasteners missing. The trim wasn't even adhered to the body of the car, clear gaps and sides not stuck on at all. The undercarriage was replaced with paper thin plastics that weren't even screwed on and left flapping. Under the hood there was fasteners missing to the frame and my bumper is physically loose. Not fitting at all where it should. Their "alignment" left my car pulling to the left and my left front tire is splayed outwards. My alignment was perfect, even after the accident, before dropping it off. The door that was replaced is missing interior trim work and poorly painted, it even has rust spots. Replacement parts are all aftermarket, and that would be fine if they were of equal quality but everything is poor quality and doesn't even look like it fits to the car. Extremely dissatisfied and would never return to this repair shop, nor recommend anyone else to go there.Update: Upon further inspection, I found that the back door is missing weather stripping. A rear window had to be removed and it seems to have been left open out in the weather. There is water damage and molding. The headliner is sagging and rear interior paneling is popped off.

Our silver Nissan Pathfinder was serviced here during January 2024. And we received Impeccable service! From the front office, Sonny was extremely helpful from the moment our truck was assigned to be towed to the shop until we picked it up. And Jason delivered phenomenal service on the repairs and bodywork. He kept us updated on the different repairs required and the parts and time extension needed. I have never felt more comfortable about service and delivery of great repairs. Thank you for providing service that is reliable, Informative, and friendly.

Great place to work! Techs are "A" techs. As a service advisor, delivering the car back to the customer is one thing I hold my head up high for. From the guys that do all the bodywork. Painters to clean up tech, I never have to worry if the customer will find a small flaw, these guys are awesome.FYI: we are not responsible for parts on b/order, we are at the mercy of the vendors just as you are..

Fast and simple repair process. My mechanic was in good communication and the repair was completed far in advance. They were also great for partnering with my insurance and Enterprise to provide me with a rental.I can t really judge their prices as this is my first and only collision repair and I had a low insurance deductible.

Jamiere is the guy to go to! Had to bring my car in after my parked car was hit getting an oil change and the vendor suggested this place to take the car to. SO GLAD I DID! Jamiere made the already inconvenient process so easy. He worked with my schedule letting me come on my time and was very responsive with me throughout the whole process. As was Sunny in the main office - She was super friendly and accommodating as well! I called back a few times and she never was irritated or annoyed with me, just helpful and nice! 10/10

Crash Champions off of Nebraska Ave. South is the best car repair company that I have ever been to. They are quick, but efficient with getting estimates for your vehicle. Also they don t mess around with how much time they take to repair and your vehicle as well. I recommend asking for Raul Dilsa. He s very knowledgeable with car repairs and he try s is best to get your car repaired quickly as possibly.

Wouldn t recommend this place. Poor communication, issues with my car after it was repaired, and no effort to get them resolved. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I was scheduled to use this shop by the insurance company after someone hit my car and I needed it repaired. The reviews were pretty good regarding the actual car service so I said it was fine to complete the work at this shop instead of another shop I had already used. The drop off process was very easy and the rental car was on site waiting for me when I dropped off the car. This made getting and dropping off the rental car really easy for me. The work they did on my car was good- paint matches well which is difficult with my car color (a glossy and glittery Pearl color) and it was completed in a timely manner. I dropped off the car on Thursday and it was ready the following Monday. The service advisor had told me it would take about a day to do the paint job and could be a little longer due to some parts that needed ordered from the Toyota dealership. He offered me to pick it up once the paint was finished or wait until it was completely ready and I opted to wait until it was fully complete. My only complaints are about the service advisors. When I initially arrived to drop off the car there was another person also there dropping their car off and so the front desk staff was working with them first. This put me a few minutes late technically according to my appointment time. As I was filling out my paperwork the service advisor in charge of my appointment came out and I overheard him asking where I was and that it was rude I was late. I found this a little off putting because I was sitting there and he just hadn t been notified or received my key yet. When I picked up my car it seemed the entire staff was completely unprepared and my paperwork wasn t printed and my key was not up front despite the fact I had called earlier and asked if I needed an appointment to pick it up and was told yes and scheduled an appointment for 430p and I had arrived promptly on time. They have an automated communication system that kept me up to date while my car was being worked on and as soon as it was finished but I never received a call from a person letting me know about the status or when my car was ready for pick up. All in all, pretty satisfied with the work completed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a moderate accident and I was recommended to this body shop by my insurance. The repairs took over a month longer than initially estimated; to the point my insurance took my rental away. They did it again today (10/28/2022) awesome!!Took my in-laws car in for a front grill adjacent. Angel, helped us get the grill reattached on the spot.He wanted to make sure my in-laws were ready for the weekend. Angel is a true Angel as he treated my father-in-law with the utmost of respect and kindness. He put our well-being way in front of his own. This business is an absolute 5 stars. Ricky and Leigh were very informative and polite . Thumbs up for Jarod the technician. Painters Axel and Manny were excellent. Not one flaw, (and I'm very picky). Detailer Marcus had cleaned my car so well it looked brand new...inside and out ( and it was dirty, trust me). The prices are very reasonable too. Randy and his team are just absolutely fantastic. The first time I had to leave a vehicle here they got it done within days and did a phenomenal job.The second time Randy actually said that he recommends someone else to perform the work on the deck we had. This says a lot about them because they declined to work on our vehicle even though it was going to be a loss of revenue for them and recommended us to someone who ended up doing an amazing job.My third experience with Randy and his team was just as great from a customer service perspective regardless of the fact that my vehicle ended up being a total loss. Randy walked me through the vehicle and pointing out the various reasons why the insurance company was considering it a loss. He also attended to my many phone calls and was always polite and friendly and very customer service oriented. I will always go to Bedrock for anything else I may have related to my vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish. I had a fender bender in my new car. They open early for convenient drop off. The manager met me on my arrival and explained the whole process in detail. My rental was waiting because Enterprise is on site. Both the front desk staff and the Enterprise agent were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Only took about 10 minutes to drop off and get my rental. I received text updates on my car repair status. They called me as soon as it was done. The repair was seamless, they washed my car and my rental drop off was quick. Pick up took about 5 minutes. Delivered on the date promised. Definitely recommend and will return with any other collision repair needs. Never felt like I didn't know what was happening.

The staff at crash champions were great, Debbie was great, I appreciate her transparency and customer service, really made me comfortable with my decision if brining my car there. Ricky was great, courteous and extremely professional, this was probably my most pleasant experience with a body shop, I would highly recommend them to anybody, my car looks great, and more importantly they were able to get the job done in a timely fashion.

fe barefoot than ever return to this place. I went to go get an estimate. When I called to bring the car in to be fixed Lili told me on the phone that I could just call and have a rental car sent over. Not only did they not set the rental up with enterprise and my insurance, by the time they finally figured it out the place had no cars available until the next day. They then told me my car would be available for pickup in a week or two, and it was ready in two days when I had no time to pick it up. I called the receptionist when I was able to pick it up and she said I would have to pay my deductible which was not true. Lili said if it was the other drivers fault why would you go through your insurance that s the worst thing you can do . First of all, why would you say that to me. Second of all, my insurance ironed it out in 30 seconds so there was no need to berate me. When I got there they still tried to get me to pay the deductible even after my insurance called and spoke with them. Lili argued with me about the rental car too and all the inconsistent statements literally drove me crazy. A mechanic also literally hit on me. I m a young woman and this car crash was not my fault and them not taking my word for anything resulted in the most infuriating experience imaginable.Service: Body & Trim

I came in here nervous per usual when coming to any car related place, but they were honestly one of the nicest companies I have ever seen in the industry, they seemed like they truly had a passion for what they were doing, the lady that helped me was so so nice, she gave me a run down of everything that needs to happen and gave me an overview of the outcome, honestly would recommend this place for any issues you have with your car especially if you have an insurance claim! This place needs a complete staff overhaul. The shop guys seem good enough, but wow, the office staff can't be more rude and disrespectful (oh, and dishonest). The negative reviews on here are very accurate to my experience. They texted me that my truck was complete, and I picked it up the next morning (well within 24 hours). Dropped off the rental at Enterprise, and the next day I was charge for multiple extra days. When I contacted Enterprise to tell them that should be billed against the at-fault insurance, they told me they did not receive an extension. Bottom line, after dealing with this for days, was that Bedrock had 2 4Runners in the shop at the same time, and they sent the wrong completion dates to the shared system. Using Bedrock for covered work actually ended up costing me money!! When I tried to get Bedrock to take care of the rental issue, I was ignored, hung up on, and laughed at. The GM was the worst. He would take my call and immediately hang up. I met the owner early in the process, and he seemed like a decent guy, but he is entrusting the wrong people with his business.

Great shop! We have used them multiple times and every job has been excellent. The bodywork and paint matching is beautiful. Tom even helped me once with a DIY project on my son s car. The shop is clean and people friendly. We are glad they are there to help fix all our mishaps! Just got our college student s car fixed while on winter break and they got it all completed under a tight deadline, on top of that, the car looks better than ever. Thanks Bedrock!

Nothing but 5 star service. Fast and yet courteous. I was greeted by a representative who had all of my paper work ready. Enterprise rental was at the site to provide me with a quality rental vehicle. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The repairs to my Subaru were excellent, and completed in a very short time. I could not tell that I had been hit.I would recommend without reservation.

Being in the service industry for over 30 years our company has a fleet of vehicles that have had everything from minor fender benders to factory paint defects to nearly totaled and in 20 years Bedrock Collision has handled every single vehicle that we ve presented and returned it on time, every time and if I could think of a single problem we encountered I d post it. They always deliver a top quality job and communication has always been great. Office staff very friendly, geico AND enterprise car rental onsite! I don t like accidents but if you have one you ll need these folks!
