Can't speak for sales. But I can say parts, particularly Drawson made my experience great, even when the system was running slow. Extremly friendly and helpful. Hire more employees like him and this dealership will improve in its rating guaranteed.

I went for my routine maintenance on my vehicle recently, not something I typically enjoy. My service advisor Melissa Jolley made my experience much more pleasant. I was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. She kept me informed and provided time frames which made my time there more enjoyable. Everything came out as she said. I would definitely recommend seeing Melissa for all your service needs. Positive attitude and a smiling face! Thank you Melissa!

I dropped my car off on Saturday for what seemed to be a problem with the transmission. No one offered me a rental car, after 2 days of waiting I call again and they havent even started working on my car. 3 days go by and I call again to check up, now I'm 10th in line "they'll try to fit me in". 6 days go by and my car is finally done being worked on, I almost forgot to mention I had to call again to even find that out. I have someone drive me there, because I didnt have a rental car. I look at the report for what was done on my car and it says that it was only worked on for .3 hrs. I waited 6 days for my car to be finished for not even 20 minutes of time spent on my car. What was the problem? My car "just had an update, I should of worked on this sooner for you" is what the mechanic said.

I traded two vehicles in for one a year ago to minimize payments and I was quoted one payment. When I got there. Obviously they put me on a different tier bringing the payment up $45 a month. After no longer being able to afford the vehicle. I called them about potentially buying it back. They're offer was basically $5,000 over what I owed. Wasn't even interested in seeing the vehicle. Took it to the dealership in Tampa. Gave them $2,000. Considering I had to $800 payments due, I figured it was pretty much a wash. Pretty sure I won't be going back to courtesy in the future.

Called to get a price to fix my car they wanted more then the car was worth. Two days later they called me to say they made a mistake, but I had already bought the part. If they would have given me the second price first I would have brought the car in. Everyone was very nice except people on the phone don't want to do anything except make a appt.

Horrible experience don't go there if you're getting service on a vehicle. Especially expecting a call back from a service advisor or a service manager. I've had a work vehicle there since May I've called 2 weeks straight getting voicemails messages sent for people to call me back and no one has called me back I haven't spoke to a service advisor in over a month on top of that. There was a parts delay on a vehicle however no one is calling me back as I reach out to them to find out what's going on. Ridiculous

We had an excellent experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We were in the market for a very specific Ram 1500 with certain features not common across used trucks. We identified one at Courtesy, and went to go test drive. Our salesman was David Montes, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. During our test drive, the ride did not feel consistent with other Ram 1500s we had driven. David worked tirelessly to identify the problem and fix it fully. He even drove the truck all the way to St. Pete on two occasions so we could test drive again on our schedule! We have recommended Courtesy to several friends since our purchase experience, and will continue to do so in the future! Thanks, David and the whole Courtesy team!!

Took my son s Jeep in due to a stalling issue. They acknowledged 2 open recalls on the vehicle and their inspection revealed a couple more pertinent issues. Being a mechanic myself, I appreciated the genuine recommendations without a frivolous up-sale. They were efficient with the repairs and had the vehicle returned the same day. With my son s work schedule, it was appreciated that it was a single day visit.

Ed Wilson, Jr. You deserve 10 stars . His excellent customer service skills we definitely put to the test today. Late in the day (after 5pm) he single handedly de-escalated a potentially bad situation. He could see me getting upset that things with my car were probably not going to get fixed today. He immediately stepped in and calmed me down and took charge of the whole situation. He approached the situation with compassion and professionism. Told me it would be handle it and he did. In less than 40 minutes my car was good as new. Thank you Ed and all the people at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge.It's encouraging to know that you are remembered and cared for even after the purchase.Best dealership

They ordered the part I needed and it was correct. It arrived next day and was exactly what I needed. It would have been a 5 star if someone had waited on me when I came to pick it up. I was the only person there and they were all in the back talking and couldn't see the counter. Parts is next to the cashier, after 10 minutes I had to ask her to call someone. I felt like they should be checking and/or she should have let someone know sooner. Even she had a difficult time getting their attention. The person who brought my part was nice and it was otherwise a smooth transaction.

Worst customer experience ever, sales people don't know about where the inventory is located etc. The used car director seemed professional but extremely rude, I came in and tried to negotiate a deal for a 2018 Toyota Camry they had posted for $27k and some hundred dollars more, after everything it came up to nearly 32k, a car with 32k miles from 2018, I told them I'd rather buy a brand new one and pay the $35k. Next day they attempt to negotiate with me only to tell me that the car was now losted for $31k+ on there website wich after taxes would come up to god nows $35k+. Buyer beware of what your getting into and do your research, the maximum manufacturer estimated price for that car was $30k and something else. Not a good experience at all but what can you expect at today's time and age

11/05The worst service people ever, I asked for checking the check engine light issue. Why was it on? They kept the car for 1 week and charged me $490 dollars and still the check engine issue was not gone. They trick you, stay away from clement( service advisor).

I'm in the middle. It's legit hit and miss every time. Sometimes, I get my car back quickly; sometimes it's a week. Sometimes I get an ok sales person, or a good one, sometimes I get a horrible one. It legit never know.

They show absolutely no concern for the customer If they do not process the paperwork for the sale correctly They refused to put my licence plate on tobacco my vehicle They sold me a licence plate after I brought my licence plate to the dealership and informed them that the licence plate that I brought would be put on my vehicle They misled me on the cost of the vehicle The edit calls for title and registration that was unnecessary They fail to properly detail the vehicles before they Give them to the customer They sold me a vehicle with a nail and a tire They have still not corrected any of their mistakes I've been dealing with this disaster since February I recommend that you go anywhere except here

The service manager actually told me she didnt understand how lightbulbs work while trying to downplay their failure to complete a repair. I would rather set my truck on fire than go back here.
