Great staff, great people. They are veterans like me, the ones I met were former marines like myself. They replaced and painted my hood, some bracket that goes with the hood, and even fixed my hood pull lever which I didn't expect them to do. very reasonable pricing too, if anything I felt I paid a bit too little because of how great of a job they did and how much I got for it. Blake was great to work with and talk to, and his fellow staff are awesome. Glad I chose them, will definitely refer them to anyone who needs body/framework and mechanical help.

My daughter had her car repaired here. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they went above and beyond customer service wise. A special thank you to Blake who put this mom s mind at ease. Customer service at it s finest.

DONT DO IT Tampa location a complete waste of your valuable time. They ll say yes and won t touch your car. Unethical place and can t handle the volume. If you re a busy person they will completely waste your time. Sometimes cheaper isn t always the best route. I ended up going through insurance I won t take another vehicle there. Staff lied went to pick up car and mechanic admitted car wasn t touched. NOOOOOO!

I had a very good experience here at a very reasonable price. My Camry had 3M transparent film applied on the front of the car but it wasn t done correctly and holes appeared all over it, looked terribleAnother body shop tried to remove the film but gave up. It was a very difficult problem to resolve but Blake found a way, along with repainting the affected areas, replacing the front bumper and headlights my car was transformedVery highly recommend collision guys

Blake and Gilbert are awesome. They help my dad throughout the whole process for a great reasonable price. They know what they are doing. My dad and I overall like the wonderful work they did. I will highly recommend Collision Guys.

UPDATE: Gilbert has worked at this shop since the 1990 s, and he has sold his business to the 1st location of Michigan based Collision Guys. I was 3rd to last car he fixed as owner here as of July 2023. He will for sure here for a little while; who knows when he ll retire, he says. Will edit this review after a few months has passed to see the auto paint & body technicians they hire, because the brand doesn t matter, the skill level & detail of the actual workers does.As far as my experiences here, Gilbert has done great work to fix even structural damage to my rear ended car with hydraulics & welding. Paint work was great. The details in regards to finishing up the work, such as putting back the rubber sealers in alignment, etc, could be better, but I m happy with the solid work at solid price. Hope Gilbert can transfer decades of expertise & know how to the new technicians. It s very hard to find technicians that do solid work at a solid price nowadays. I was so very leary of even contacting a collision place for a reinforcement of my fender. Received astronomical estimates prior to contacting Blake. Not only was he kind but honest. Thank you Blake for everything. Highly recommend this place. I started tonight handing out your business cards.

Had a dent with paint scratches and The Collision Guys did a phenomenal job!! You can t even notice the dent it looks brand new and they are very affordable I highly recommend!!

Actually, after I got my car home I realized the paint was rough not done professionally,dripped paint on edges on side , paint on license plate n over spray all over my car!! I couldnt see out my windows. They would not admit the bad paint job nor did they help with the over spray. I am now having my car repainted and having over spray on my car taken off. It is a big expense to correct the damage they did!

Very sloppy work! Over-spray present in all treated areas. Was told to take car to a car wash and return to address issue. Issue not resolved. Had to go to a detailer to attempt to remove over-spray.

Blake is really a life savor on my way home from picking my daughter up from school I got a flat tire in fear for our lives because the condition the flat tire was in I was terrified that we would not be able to get home safe in the mix of this I slowly drove by Blake at the Collision Guys and ask did they service tires and I was told no but Blake insisted that he could put air in the tire we tried that but the tire was so bad Blake took it upon himself and told me pull up and I will put your spear on for no cost he did just that and also was able to get my side view mirror replaced by him for an affordable cost communication was amazing on this entire process sorry for the book but in life we cross path for many reasons and Blake you are an awesome young man and I will look forward to doing business with you in the near future anyone needs body work done hit this guy up off of florida avenue you would not regret it I promise such an amazing soul not to many like him Blake we appreciate you

Five star rating all the way. I had a fender bender. I'm not from the area so I was very nervous about getting the job done anywhere. Gilberto took great care of me. Tip top work. Done very quickly just when he said it would be. Very professional. I would highly recommend anyone using his services. Tell him Kenny the clown sent you.

I may not be the best at what I do , but I do the best I can to help you with your car damages and explain your rights as an insured. Ins companies won't talk about fiduciary capacity,Diminish value, you have the right to pick the repair facility of your choice and dispute repairs. New parts. On new cars. They get your premium and you are on your own. They won't fully explain why as t is a deductible and your rights to get it back if the other party is at fault. )..ask yourself why? Ins companies are owned by Peter and Paul. So either way Paul or Peter will make sure they come ahead. After all t by at hard earned money you pay them . If they total your car th heir making money on it and no statue or law states you have to accept their offer. Call ins commissioners office in Tally check it out for yourself. If you have a dispute he's there to protect your rights so an insured. That's the guy we the voters put in office. .

The owner was amazing and generously worked with me on the pricing for the collision repair and when I could pick it up. I will definitely go to this place again if I ever need to. I would like to get a paint job now!

Great honest work, and if he cannot do it he won t charge you for something and call it something else! I really appreciated that he found out what the problem was and recommended who to go to! Will definitely come back

Horrible garage l. Room for only one car at a time the work was good but would not do with credit cards checks anything had To I'll be cash even insurance check I'll go have made out to myself and cash to give him the cast out of my own pocket before the check arrived because would not release my car
