I highly recommend giving this Christian Brothers Automotive New Tampa your trust and business. Although they are currently closed for renovations, they should be opening back up soon. My family and I have been coming to this location since we moved down here in 2017. They have great customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Whenever you have questions, there is always someone there to give you an answer. Nick, the Service Manager of this location, is one of the best, and most professional I've ever worked with.

Without a doubt the best customer service I've ever experienced at an auto repair shop. They're friendly (like ridiculously friendly), honest, and they want you to leave happy. I've used Christian Brothers on two separate occasions these past three months and was beyond impressed both times.They called me multiple times during the day to update me on my car and got it back to me both times at record speed. They also have their own shuttle so you don't have to worry about finding or paying for a ride while your vehicle's being worked on.This last time, I did not want to wait for the shuttle (I dropped it off at 7 am and the shuttle doesn't start until 8) and they insisted on calling and paying for my Uber for me.

The Christian brothers are the best company in the city to help with any automotive needs. They save me thousands of dollars and fixing my repairs and the whole staff is always super awesome service with a smile. You don t see that in any type of automotive shops. Kudos to Christian Brothers, and the great training and courtesy to help all our needs every day. You guys and gals rock!!!

Their service is still superb although their communications seems to have slipped a little. I dropped my car off at 7 a.m. It was not ready at the promised time of 4 p.m. Also, I wasn't apprised of a payment plan with deferred interest. I had to inquire. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

This place is absolutely amazing and highly trustable. Me and my two sisters will always turn to them when we need help. Annemarie went over and beyond to be straightforward and honest with me and she really put herself in my shoes. Pedro helped with the shuttle service they offer l, he helped me put the car seat for my family in the car and Chris the driver I give him a 10/10. This whole please exceeded my needs and even gave me some good referrals. I wouldn t go anywhere else from here on out.Services: Transmission, Tires

They will purposely do something to your car so you ll come back & spend thousands of dollars. My car had so many issues when I was going for about 5 months. I was basically coming in to the shop every month for a different issue. I went somewhere else to see if it would change & a year and a half later I ve only needed to go for oil changes. Don t come here!!!

The guys here take suchhhh good care of me and my car. I will never go anywhere else. I had my entire engine replaced and they were transparent throughout the entire process, communicated updates and even offered financing. They have a shuttle to take you within a 10 mile radius. Snacks and drinks in the lobby and they actually play worship music like IDK what you d expect of place named Christian Brothers. They were very expensive. Did not have the car ready when promised. 6 months later, the same issue and they want to charge $149 to look at again and "IF" the warranty company says it is under warranty they will fix for free. They didnt' even ask who i was or what the issue is. Just not feeling good about bringing it back as I don't want to give them more money for something that should be under warranty

I've gone here twice for service on two different Jeeps. I must say they are the nicest, most polite people in the service industry I've ever come across. I highly recommend this place. They offer quotes on the work they do and make recommendations. They explain pros and cons and don't pressure you to get work done you don't need. I've found my new car place! Eric & Greg are a pleasure to deal with. You also see cool cars there all the time. Thanks gents!

The only place to go for repairs. They were very friendly, caring and gave us a quick estimate. They have a free shuttle where they offered to transport us to where we needed. they took very good care of us, going above and beyond what any repair shop or person would do. I thank God we came to them in our time of need. I recommend that you use them for any car repairs or maintenance. May God bless them all <3

My car was leaking something. I googled an auto repair near me and chose Christian Brothers based on its good reviews. I took my car in for an inspection. They provided a written estimate detailing the cost of labor and parts for the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed the same day. The courtesy shuttle is also very convenient! Everyone that I encountered was professional and friendly. I will recommend this shop to my family and friends in the area.

This is by far the BEST repair shop I have ever been to! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and they are more than happy to take whatever time I need to explain any issue to help me make the best decision for my vehicle. I found this shop when I moved here about a year ago, and they have been outstanding on every visit! Thank you Christian Brothers for consistently being outstanding!

Highly recommend Christian brothers. Brought my car in to get checked before a trip and everyone was so nice! The waiting room was clean and even gave my son a lollipop. While in Tampa the engine light turned on and I had a 2 hour trip back home. I stopped here at Christian Brothers Automotive and meet with a Wonderful young Lady who was a great blessing. They checked my vehicle and got me back up and running safely. The service there amazing and the staff is a blessing. Even though I live far from here I plan to bring my vehicle back here. This was my first time with Christian Brothers. I absolutely loved it. We chose them mainly because the positive reviews and location.They were able to completely fix the issues on my vehicle as well as illustrating a complete inspection. The best part about the inspection was the breakdown report and feedback. It was clear and it gave feedback on what the vehicle needed right away as well as in the near future.We will definitely being returning with all of our vehicles as work is needed! 10 out of 10!

This has honestly been one of the best auto repair experiences I ve had. The gentlemen at this shop are amazing, kind, caring and helpful. Very communicative, excellent service, as well as great use of technology to communicate what exactly is happening with the vehicle to the customer. I also love the courtesy water bottle final touch that is left in the vehicle as I always need to hydrate. I would send all my family and friends here. Without a question, the best customer service I ve had getting my oil changed!! I will definitely make them my go to auto mechanics after having relocated from Minnesota! The Christian music in the lobby and verses printed in decor, was a direct reflection of how I was treated, like I was valued & respected! Not looking forward to needing repairs, but when I do, I m confident I can trust this Christian Brothers Auto location in Tampa!

First time using Christian Brothers, but not the last. After a poor experience with a dealership that I have used for 15 years or more, I gave them a shot to do a repair. The prices were competitive with the dealer, but the level of personal service and attentiveness were far superior. I felt extremely welcome and felt like they were genuinely concerned about making my experience a positive one and getting the job done correctly. All the work was done in a timely manner, and the online payment couldn't have been easier. The most pleasant part was when I was ready to leave, Pedro brought my car around to the door and had it running with the a/c going and a cold bottle of water waiting in the cup holder. It's a small gesture, but so much nicer than being handed your keys and told it's out front somewhere. I hope this continues to be my experience with them. This place is different in the most fantastic way! This is THE best service I have ever witnessed in an automotive center! We had a battery problem and this place was packed, yet Tom walked out to the vehicle and they started diagnosing it right then and there. Purchased a brand new Interstate battery and then had it installed while we waited in the comfort of the office. Thank you so much Christian Brothers... We have found a place to go for all our car needs that we can trust!Mark and Terrie

Great staff and atmosphere. My vehicle decided to die on me midday on my break and I found this shop on my frantic search for help at a reasonable price. They fit me in within 2 hrs. Replaced my batter and headlights, did an oil change and all within a short amount of time. One of my headlights is already out, but I'm not worried as I am sure once I have time to go back they'll take care it. Highly recommend them for you automotive repair service needs.

I have never had better service by any company, much less a mechanic! Without a doubt I'd 100% recommend visiting Christian Brothers New Tampa, if you have the need! I had the honor of meeting many of the staff today and every single one was so kind. I walked out with full confidence that my vehicle was properly taken care of and that their honesty and integrity was second to none!

This company is great at communicating, I was always able to call and speak to somebody almost immediately about my vehicle. Their communication strategies also include emails and text messages, which can be very convenient when trying to work through a repair process.They gave a fair assessment of the work needed and an accurate estimate of cost. No extra fees tagged on at the end or hidden costs discovered during the process. The work that was done was done well and has held up over time. This is the Chic Fil A of maintenance shops, and I'm glad to have found it.Their prices are extremely competitive, their turnaround was faster than I thought it would be, and their customer service is unmatched. On top of that, they are genuinely good people. Always pleasant staff and quick turn around with an appointment. I feel taken care of at CB rather than scammed. I'm presented with options of what is expected per manufacturer recommendations at particular mileage marks but never pressured or made to feel the vehicle will fall apart if not taken care of immediately. Issues found after inspection is the same, no pressure.Water and snacks are well stocked in the lobby for customers as well as a well stocked and clean restroom.My only complaint is there isn't a closer location... I drive 65 miles for this excellent service.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

This place is a dream for my husband and I; we refuse to get our car service and even car ADVICE from anywhere else! Every single worker, no matter their title or rank, is beyond professional, honest and even funny! I never feel unsafe, intimidated or pestered by them.They have proven to us that if they say our car needs a particular service right away...we can trust them and they are right! They've proven that they aren't in it for the next dollar, they truly want us to have a hassle free experience! I never feel like we are just a number. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home! It is super clean, they encourage you sit on their comfy couch and enjoy snacks and a cold beverage. My husband was shocked at the homey feel of even their bathroom! When we pick up our cars, they always leave a kind not with a cold water bottle ready to go! It is evident that every detail of this place has been well thought out with kindness and intentionality.You can expect to get one of the following or multiple of these while your car is being serviced to keep you aware of what needs to be or is being fixed: text updates, photos, phone calls, advice if asked and even video!Recently, my husband and I are both out of work due to being laid off. Without asking, Christian Brothers blessed us with a little discount that surly went a long way when we considered our limited budget.They don't just say they're Christians, they treat us with the upmost respect, kindness and compassion.
