I broke down late Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving and had the good fortune to speak with Dana on the phone. He did everything he could to help me troubleshoot and to assist me in finding help. He followed up with me through the next day which was so unexpected. It is so rare to find someone that is so conscientious and who really cares that you and your family are stuck on the side of the road. He is a true asset to Certified Fleet Services. Thank you Dana!

We have been using certified fleet service for one of our church buses for about a month and a half for different issues. They are fast and do great work. Savannah is excellent at keeping us informed on where they are at in the process. They have done a very good job at having the bus ready when they say. The first time it was in for a DOT inspection and PM. The issues that they found on the inspection they were able to get them fixed very quickly and got the bus back to us. The second time the bus was in there was for a/c issues. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired before the time that we actually needed the bus back by. Truck was derated in Tampa (2 hours away from home) at the end of the work day. Limped it to Certified Fleet Services and Savannah got it in immediately. Her, Dana and Jeff stayed late to work on our truck which I assumed wouldn t be done that day. They sent me on my way with a fair price and a working truck. Very grateful for the excellent customer service and I truly can t recommend them enough. Met the owner Frank and thanked him for running such an amazing operation!Service: Exhaust

Certified Fleet has been an awesome company to work with. My company (Surterra Wellness) has tried several different mechanic/truck repair shops and Certified Fleet has been by far the best to work with. They ve had the quickest turn-around time for servicing all of our vehicles. Savannah and Frank have been a joy to work with as well! They make the process easy, whether it s getting a mobile mechanic to come out to our facility to service our vehicles or just to answer questions that we may have; they make the process simple. I really appreciate their services and will continue working with them for all of our vehicle service needs. Thanks again, Certified Fleet team. Been using these guys for a few months now and I have not been dissapointed.My main contact at the Tampa location is Mr. Frank Frost. I'm always able to reach him when I need something. And he takes care of me which helps me take care of my fleet.The turn around time is about 3x as fast as going to a dealer in my opinion.Time is money > so save your time by talking with these folks and your accountant and logistics manager will thank you.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I had an alignment done here a while back and recently my rear axle bolt came off and I called them up to let them know about it. I spoke with Savannah and she got me right in to fix the issue without a charge. Steve and the crew went above and beyond to satisfy me. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the area as they will get you back on the road quickly as possible. Thumbs up to you all Service: Tires

The team at CFS here in Tampa have fast become one of our Go-To service providers for our Fleet. I am a Fleet Supervisor for a large Medical Marijuana company here in Florida, and having vehicles both safe and compliant is a must. I had alternator issues and found them on Google. Called them and they said to come in and they could get me taken care of right away. Nice shop, good people, good work, and didn t hurt the wallet. Wound up getting some extra work done. I highly recommend them to anyone. Will definitely do business with them again. Thanks for the help guys. Greatly appreciated. I work for a moving company and at my facility have a fleet of 6 Kenworth T370 trucks as well as trailers used to haul moving containers, additionally we have 2 Hyster forklifts, all of which run 6 days a week. I must say that CFS has been crucial in keeping us running. The professionalism of Savannah in the office, and the skill of Robert and Jose as techs is second to none. Spencer is the man to go to. He installed spring and shocks for me, much cheaper than any other quotes I got. Professional, honest, and very reasonable. Always gets the work done as promised. I have been there few times, and always very satisfied. Highly recommend Spencer at Certified Fleet Services.

Josh and Savanah are quick to respond to my questions and dont get upset when i ask multiple times, because i forget what im told. Frank has also been friendly and understanding. Unlike other places we have seen they do not have techs sitting around while the parking lot is full of trucks to fix. If you have big trucks expect to spend big money. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Great job. clean on time and on budget. The staff made me feel comfortable and at home while waiting for my rig to be road readied. Have used these guys three times now and always happy with there service. I don t recommend many businesses, because a referral is a reflection on me. I highly recommend these guys. They did right by me. I had a Drive shaft carrier bearing come apart and luckily was only about 2 miles away. I was able to get it fixed the next morning. they sent the shaft off just in case since there was some scaring but it balanced out just fine and seated back with no problems. I would recommend them

Charged us to fix our truck but didn't fix it. We had to take it to the dealer. They could have costed out the repair. That would have been the right thing to do.

Bought a truck that was at their shop they couldn t get it to run left it completely apart wires harness not connected anywhere I paid the bill anyway over 9k one of the items they supposedly changed was the crank sensor. Paid over 800 to tow it home finally found a competent mechanic that would touch it changed crank sensor truck fired right up will be disputing charges with American Express

I am giving this review to two amazing gentleman from Certified Fleet Services, Tampa location.SPENCER++++++++ & Johnny+++++++Unfortunately I took my RV to Certified Fleet Sarasota, although, the most contact I had with anybody, Or communication about my RV'S Service, was with Spencer, who not only went out of his way twice, but four times, to make sure my job was done, & adequate!You see, I had to call Certified Fleet, Tampa again today, after no contact or initiated calls from the Sarasota location for 4 days, .......again!Spencer, once again without me even asking took the reins and called the Sarasota location to find out what was going on.HE HANDLED IT!! Not only did he handle it, but after a Long Day's Work, Spencer and his boss Johnny, took the time to call me back to find out if my RV in fact had gotten done and or if I had any further communication after their phone call to the Sarasota Location.Look folks, it's hard enough trying to get service for an RV, but these guys not only went out of their way for little ol me, ( and they didn't even know me )...Spencer and Johnny , Spencer ( especially ) went WAY OUT of their way for me, as a certified fleet services customer, which will be switching to the Tampa location , and AGAIN--->> I was not even being serviced at their location, but ""they"" stayed in touch with me, communicated and got the job done!!!( NEVER AGAIN TO THE SARASOTA LOCATION, )I highly recommend Certified Fleet Services, TampaLocation. And as you know I would never recommend the Sarasota location..I would recommend that you request Spencer and Johnny!! They not only communicate, but they get the job done!!PS... not even being there personal customer, YET,He offered me a service when I'm in the area, to make sure everything was done correct on my RV!!Now I don't know about any of you, that's the type of place I want my vehicle taken to!!!Thank You Spencer & Johnny!!!YOU ROCK!!!TRISH S.

The team at Certified has always been very responsive to requests, are quick to quote repairs and get them completed in a timely manner. I had a fan clutch replaced on my Peterbilt amongst several other related items. The Tampa shop was on point with me and got it done in a fair amount of time with having to have the part shipped in. I especially like the way the quote works via email. Everything in detail, and interactive. Very helpful. I plan to call these guys 1st when I need future work done.
