Honestly I was VERY nervous about how my daughter s car would turn out. It not only looked amazing but it was professionally detailed and gassed up! This went far beyond my expectations they kept me in the loop during every step and were super professional. Man for a second I thought I stepped back in to the time when professionalism and awesome results was taken serious and not just a sales pitch! Keep up the standard!

I was in need of an estimate. My car is 30 years old. Even though they cannot repair it due to age and parts etc, Leigh did a phenomenal job helping me. Thanks for restoring me as your slogan says. Spoke to Will. He took his time and explained everything. Estimated price and time and kept me informed throughout the process. Car was ready earlier than expected and properly fixed. I would come back to this particular shop because of the way I was dealt with

This was the best experience I've ever had at a body shop! Everything was communicated properly and the employees were especially helpful and knowledgeable. My body man Ruben did such an amazing job repairing my vehicle it looked just the same as the day I got it. Also another bonus is it didn't take that long as opposed to other shops.

I've taken my car there twice, two separate cars, two separate accidents. I do recommend them for repairs and in a decent pricing nothing was crazy priced I didn't think. Also don't think they did anything that was unnecessary, and that's important to me, especially being female, I want to be able to trust people to be telling me the truth. Thanks Will!

I appreciated how easy the staff was to work with. They made it easy for the customer and worked directly with my insurance company to cover the damage. Constant and intentional communication with what needed to be done and where my car was in the process.

When you see a lot of 2 star reviews for repair shops it becomes difficult to come to a decision on which to pick. Glad I went with Caliber Collision. They repaired my 17 Accord to look brand new and they even matched the uncommon espresso brown color without any problems. 100% would recommend.

After a very frustrating 4 days with my insurance company; Tiana and her colleagues used their expertise and connections within the industry and got my vehicle back to me in a day fully covered!

This place was phenomenal! They did such a great job with the repairs and the paint matching as well! I couldn t have been more happy with the results! Tammy is wonderful as well! She was very friendly and made sure she explained everything that was done to my car. Fantastic customer service!!

Miguel from Calliber was very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job on my repairs. He had good communication throughout the whole process to keep me reassured and updated, and answered any questions I had. He made my whole experience much more positive and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it.

The process was thoroughly explained to me, I was able to pick up my rental right there, and I was kept abreast of the progress all along. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The process was so organized! Miguel is the best!!

What an amazing experience we had at this location!! Thank you-thank you so much!! BIG SHOUT out to Will for the time & care he took with provide a world-class customer service experience and to ensure our vehicle will be repaired without any issues and in a timely manner. He also went above & beyond to ask a Tech to look at my 2008 Chargers sunroof, which was extremely clogged & was causing water to leak inside. I am so thankful & appreciative for the excellent service we received and how committed the staff was in their delivery of professionalism & amazing results. Thank you again, Will - you truly ROCK! Miguel was so awesome throughout the entire process. I was initially worried that the repairs would take long due to my car model being newer but, it was actually a lot quicker than expected. Caliber is my go to no matter where I m at.

I am not happy with this shop ! I called 20 mins before arriving asking if they would be able to drop me home and I was told on the phone they would . So I told them I was on my way ! I get there and there was no parking ! I parked under the car port and entered what appeared to be the entrance, but in actuality the side for progressive . I was met by Melanie (Mel) who told me I was the wrong side and told me to go to the State Farm side . I go over to the State Farm side and the only person that greeted me was a lady with super red hair (she the only nice person about this experience) despite the office being fully staffed. I signed some paper work and was told the Leigh. Would be out to help ! Turn out she was in a meeting! So Melanie comes over from the progressive side and proceeds to carry on conversations with her co workers, tow truck guy and they are passing around ULTRASOUND PICTURES!! I m literally sitting there and all this happening. After they finish their conversation she then tells me let s go take a look at the vehicle damage. !!!!!! I m lost Melanie you knew you needed to help me but instead you had me sit there untill your conversation was over !!?! And now that we are done with the walk through you NOW tell me the guy can t take me home because he is in clear water ? What a complete waste of time ?! And your delivery. Was unprofessionally rude ! Melanie you made this a horrible experience for me !
