My #1 repair shop. Best customer service in the business. Cameron is the best. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and keeps you updated throughout the whole process. The repairs always look A1. I've never had a complaint here. Thank you for everything.

Excellent service, I was kept well informed all the way. Had a rental car waiting for me and left the rental there when I picked up my truck. Repairs were very well done and my truck was detailed inside and out.

My car needed $10k worth of work so I took it to the Caliber Collision on interbay in South Tampa after reading good reviews. Wow was I let down.In short and to be fair, the body work seems to be good quality but I had the worst experience with getting updates and even call backs from this locations "General Manager."After 5 weeks waiting for the repair to be completed, went to pick up my car only to find a back panel visibly not properly attaches. Was told the GM had checked it.Then found the original problem was still not fixed.Left it another week and came to pick it up only to find again the same problem not fixed.Communication was so poor that the GM can't return calls. To this day I have yet to hear from this GM.Have to bring back my car during the holiday season for a third time to get a repair, Unbelievable!Never again Caliber, though that having multiple locations meant solid processes and quality of service. Worst experience I have had in 40 years of own cars and getting repairs.

Had caliber fix my car whole backside when it was rear ended by a truck which messed up the whole bumper and the trunk that had to be replaced. I knew someone who had previously used this location to do repairs when they got in an accident and they had a good experience but unfortunately that didn t translate. Although they seem like they are very friendly and easy to work with there were just many things that fell short for me some of which I am still having issues with today on my car. Firstly, they told me to bring my car in and then it sat on the lot for almost a week while they waited for parts to come in when they shouldn t just had me bring it once the parts were ordered and then when I tried to call and get updates it was very hard to get ahold of the right person. When it was finally said and done, I picked up my car which seemed to look okay on the outside and like they did a good job but ended up having to bring back because when they reinstalled the trunk they misaligned it. They said they fixed it and it looked better but then soon enough misaligned again because obviously for some reason it wasn t fixed right again and now I am dealing with rain water getting into my trunk and getting anything I have inside wet whenever it rains and possibly mold growing because of it. I definitely will never be back to this location because of the work quality of the repairs and spotty communication.

Cameron and the team were so professional, helpful, and maybe a very stressful situation so easy to navigate. When I picked up my car it was like brand new inside and out. I could tell that they took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. I strongly recommend Cameron and Calliber Collison.

My back right bumper was scratched at a parking lot. I took it to Caliber and they painted it. When you compare the bumper vs. metal colors in the picture, you can see how bad of a job they did matching the colors. Bumper looks yellow. I took it back to Caliber. The representative fully agreed with me and said they would fix it. Three days later, I called to see if they were done and they told me they weren t going to do anything. When I went to pick up the car, I asked to speak with the GM but was told that he was unavailable in a conference call. If you are looking for a high quality repair, I would look elsewhere.

Geico recommended them as an option to repair my car after a collision and it was an extremely easy process! Everything from drop off, getting my rental to picking up my car. I received constant updates about my car and everyone in the office went above and beyond to be kind. Alonso Sanchez did my estimate and he was very helpful throughout the entire process and went out of his way to get things done timely. Cannot thank you guys enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve used Caliber twice for repairs on my car. They ve done an amazing job both times. Aiden as well as the guy who sits at the front desk have always taken good care of my vehicle and making sure everything went well in general. I was hit from behind by a hit & run driver. our insurance has certified repair shops it refers client to. The car was in our possession for about 45hrs when we were hit. When we were connected about picking the car up we were surprised at the price. We were very apprehensive at what to expect. My wife & I both walked around thee car looking for the slightest flaw. There were none. The repair work was perfect, it looked like it just. came of the production line. I highly recommend Calliber Collision on Interbay their work was amazingService: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision provided great customer service from the moment I stepped into the door. I was greeted very kindly and asked if in need of a refreshment when having to wait for a short period to have them inspect the damages on my vehicle. After service was done, my vehicle looked immaculate, like nothing had ever happened to my vehicle. I received text messages of service updates and the time the vehicle was ready was on schedule. *GODSEND*Where to start......My experience with Caliber Collision was OUTSTANDING!!!I had such a pleasant experience with caliber collision. This level of service is rare!! Royce and Alonso were friendly, kind, professional, honest, and caring. Royce went above and beyond by ensuring my experience was painless, pleasant, and smooth, from the moment my Lexus was towed to their South Tampa location to him(Royce) hand delivering her back to me with a full tank of gas and spotless inside and out. Royce and Alonso kept me updated on the progress of repairs and answered EVERY question I had with care, concern, and patience. I can't say enough about the level of service I received. What an asset Royce and Alonso are to this company. My car was involved in an accident and Caliber Collision was the repair shop recommended by our issurance company. They did a good job on the repair. However, I am here to recommend their customer service which was above and beyond in my experience. I'd like to thank Royce especially for all his dedication and attention. Had a tremendous experience at Caliber Collision! First off, they were very welcoming and the facility was clean and organized. They were also very fast attending to me...I waited less than 5 minutes before we started the inspection on my Civic. For the inspection, Riley was awesome! He was quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All of that was great, but then the most impressive part was that they completed the work on my car in less than 2 days! Granted, it wasn't a major job, but less than 2 days is outstanding anyway. I'll definitely go back to Caliber!

The only problem I had is the fact that they don't have somebody who just stays at the front counter. 3 out of the 4 days that I went there, I either had to yell out for somebody to help me or call using my cell phone to let them know that I had been standing up there for ten minutes waiting to be assisted. Handled the repairs as an insurance claim, they did all the work with the claim and made it very easy for me. Plus they have a great relationship with Enterprise, my rental was there for me at Caliber when I dropped my car off for service. Repair came out better than new (if that's a thing), would highly recommend for their quality work, and professionalism.Service: Body & Trim

This has been the most complicated experience I could imagine, throughout the process of repairs weekly texts come out updating the progress of my car, ensuring everything is going well and the expected pick up should stay the same. Despite this reassurance unfortunately they decided the day of my expected pick up that my car wouldn t be ready for another 6 days which is very inconvenient not to mention being notified of this without even 12 hours of notice. I hope the repair is complete and without problems because I m afraid if they re weren t I may have to wait another months time with the track record this location has presented to me.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim
