Professional work done right the first time! I had a NOT at fault accident with a large U-Haul who did not make their turn wide enough and caused front end damage to my new to me Subaru Crosstrek. The front staff woman called me with an earlier appointment than expected and since Caliber Collision has great reviews, I was ecstatic to trust them with the repairs and I was NOT disappointed. When Lucas, the service advisor says he s going to call you with updates or call you at a specific time- he follows through! & that kind of service is HARD to find. My vehicle was back to me within 7 working days and the vehicle looks amazing . Definitely a rainbow at the end of a storm. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and service I received. I highly recommend utilizing this shop for your unfortunate events!

Im super satisfied with the job performed. Also, they were very friendly, very good customer service. Job was completed in the time frame i was told from the estimate. At first I was a bit afraid paint was not going to match to original color, but car looks like new; like if a dent had never happened. Car was vacuumed and washed and shiny when i received it. Looks like they even waxed it?! Accidents are no fun, but they made repair process easier.

Overall they did a great job and got my Truck back pretty quick . I would have given them 5 stars but after the initial phone call to get an appointment to take it in I waited 2 days for a call back and had to call another caliber collision store , fortunately the kind gentleman there got them to call and I thought the estimate for another small ding on the truck was a little pricey but I would recommend them as they are easy to work with and seem to do good work....

Horrible is the least. Poor communicTion between the shop and the insurance which they work with. Had me waiting over 3 hours in the shop. Didnt paint the full bumper even when the damage of the accident covered 75% of it . had knick and chips in areas where the bumper that was painted didnt have before and their way of resolving was putting touch up paint

Caliber was one of the approved facilities for the work that USAA approved to be done on our vehicle. (One of their members was at-fault for the accident) We have a brand new 2023 Jeep Waggoneer and I was concerned about it getting restored to it's brand new state. Caliber not only did an awesome job with the quality of the work, but they also beat their deadline by a full week! Along the way, I was updated with constant text messages on the progress of the parts ordered, to the prep-work for the painting to the final work being done and vehicle ready for pick-up. We're very happy with the body repair work done and in will recommend this location to anyone. Good stuff!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

You go to fix your car, and they break your brain. They took 1.5 months to replace a bumper, and you have to fight for your vehicle to be fixed the way is supposed to be. After explaining all the things the car had, I was told that the insurance didn't approved to replace a part. I called the insurance, and they showed me that collision center never submitted a request for that part to be replaced, and............ Way too much to tell here. I don't want to keep wasting time on this, but other customers need to know. Go at your own risk.

Had a great experience at this location. Very professional and courteous. Didn t expect my car to be finished so quickly and efficiently. General manager Anton made sure to contact me every step of the repair. Will be coming back if need of any other repairs. Highly recommended.

can t even begin to explain how amazing the staff is. The whole experience was amazing. I had such a stressful time through my accident to going through worrying about setting up the repairs for my vehicle. Melissa and Shannon were amazing with helping me set up my repairs and getting it scheduled. I called with questions a little nervous and the person who answered, Anton, put me at ease while I was freaking out. Melissa and Shannon worked with me and went above and beyond working with my schedule so I didn t get any extra charges by the insurance company and that was before I seen my vehicle. They did such an amazing job returning my car to new. I was so upset, no matter how little the damage, that my new car had just been damaged. Not only the repairs but the customer service was amazing. From notifying me on my repair updates and when my vehicle was ready to picking my car up. Jacob the general manger is completely unprofessional. If you ask questions about your vehicle and he doesn t know the answers he gets upset and hangs up the phone. Do NOT recommend this location.
