I came here this past Monday to have my 2008 Honda Civic looked at regarding it not starting and to get the door handle on the driver side fixed, my father in law recommended this place and I'm glad he did. Great customer service and reasonable prices, my car was ready the next day. Just give them a call to see how soon they can get to your car as they are busy, all in all I will definitely be back should my car need anymore work!

Been coming here since 2008. The most honest and fair priced mechanic shop I have ever been to, hands down...drive 40+ minutes one way to get there because I know I'm not gonna get a screw job.

These guys are my go-to neighborhood shop. Fair price, no bs, old school mechanic shop. They do get a lot of business so on occasion I have had to wait but last week I towed my mustang there after the fuel pump went out Sunday and dropped it off. They had it fixed Tuesday. Pretty quick considering ordering parts and having to drop the fuel tank. Definitely suggest getting to them at the beginning of the week.

Very trustworthy mechanics. Checked out out a used a vehicled I was thinking about purchasing for me. Pointed out some things and I ended up not purchasing. They didn't even charge me.I asked their advice and they gave it solid.When I need a mechanic in the future, I'll go here!

Brothers Complete Automotive is my first choice for auto care. Over the years, they have serviced my Toyota, my husband's Chevy and my parent's classic car. They are honest and reliable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILCE HERE!!! On March 16th 2023 I was on vacation in Tampa and needed a new wheel bearing. Brothers Complete Automotive replaced it for $514.24. 2 1/2 Months later it needed be replaced again. I called around 6 places before I found someone that could bore out 2 small holes a little bigger for me, I walked in and they had it done in just a few minutes, and they answered all questions I had. Very helpful and kind people here and when I was leaving I asked how much for the holes and he said 20 bucks! Unfortunately I didn't have cash and he said to pay him next time I see him. Thanks for being awesome!

Dealership quoted me $2700 for a catalytic converter. Brothers found it was just a sensor issue - car is running fine now. I m telling everyone to take their car here!

These are my GO TO guys for any issues with our family cars! Shawn and the crew at Brother's are GREAT. So helpful, professional, patient and TRUSTWORTHY! Anytime I need help with car repairs, they are there to fix the problems plus look out for any other issues too. Another thing that is very important to know is that the owner Shawn is very honest. If there is nothing really wrong with your car, he will tell you. He won't rip you off. That is everything to me in a auto repair shop. Bottom line... These folks at Brothers are professional, knowledgeable, affordable and just good people.

If you want an honest, trustworthy and fairly priced repair shop, you should be taking your vehicle here. I went to Tires Plus on South Dale Mabry for a simple oil change and to have them look at my brakes. Long story short they said I needed $4500 worth of work and my truck was un-driveable. All my BS alarms went off and I refused the service and wanted to get a second opinion. After asking some friends, they highly recommended Brothers Automotive. I took my truck in before noon, got a call not long after saying none of the work or parts that I was told I needed was actually needed. I had my truck fixed and back that same afternoon. Brakes have been great ever since for about $4400 less than what Tires Plus tried to charge me. I was so impressed with their honesty and quick, quality work. I'll be taking my truck here for anything repair related in the future. If you the guys there / owner reads this, thanks again.Service: Brakes

This place came highly recommended hes done a lot of work for a family in the community .They have worked on my car before as well .Last week the car was taken up there due to a steering issue. He said come back next week. We show up today and he states seems like an alignment issue, we just had one. He said I dont do alignments and your daughter must have hit something to knock it out of alignment. 1st of all I dont drive the truck and I don't appreciate the ASSsumption. 2 This could have been handled last week with the information provided today .

I took my mustang to Brothers a few weeks ago when it wouldn't even click. Murphys law, it ran perfect when describing the problem. They called me and said it's fine and ready to be picked up within a couple of hours.This morning I had the same issue and it was towed back over. Thinking at least it was down for the count and the issue will be more obvious. The battery cables had paint on them interrupting the connection. They checked the battery & alternator and found them to be fine. Again within two hours called me to return, charged me a nominal fee for the replacement locks and I was off.Not once but twice, Michael & Damian had the opportunity to make a chunk of change and they didn't. They were polite, quick and honest. In me they have a customer for life :) .

My alternator had died and I was looking for a mechanic to take the car in to. Found this place on google and yelp and looked at the reviews. After taking the car to them and getting it fixed, it's no wonder they have such loyal customers. They do a fantastic job and there is absolutely no bullshitting. They tell you upfront what they will charge and they do it. It's a pain in the ass to find a good mechanic. Fortunately, there's no more searching for me. These guys are my mechanics.

These guys are amazing! I have an older van and car, and Brother's has kept them in great running shape! From repairing oil leaks, broken doors (which is zero fun when you have four boys to get in and out of the van and no doors!), and figuring out why it is just acting weird, these guys are the best! And what is better is that they are honest! I had a piece of trash obstructing a sensor, and Shawn told me to run it for a bit longer and see if it cleared up (it did!!) when he could have easily charged me a couple hundred dollars to diagnose and replace! This is THE place to take your vehicle. I won't go anywhere else! Give them a shot!

This place is fair, honest, quick, and respectable. I have been coming to Damian and crew for YEARS. The first time I stopped in, the car needed an extensive amount of work, and they even drove me to my office, and picked me up at the end of the day. Not too many other shops can say that. They called me and told me that the work would actually cost LESS than they had originally had anticipated. Now where are you going to find a company that is honest like THAT? These guys kept my old jeep running AND they worked on my boat as well... and THAT's not even in their job description.Great work guys.

The owner Shaun is amazing and is fair and honest. Damien is a great mechanic and the owners son is also good at what he does. Would recommend anyone to go there!

Sean, Damian and Junior rock! They have maintained my "fleet" for over 20 years now. You can't find better mechanics. Beyond honest, these people know how to keep customers happy, do what they say and follow through on promises.

Brothers automotive is a family run business. It s been under new management for a while now and they are very honest. Shaun (the owner) is never misleading - always upfront and honest about what s wrong with my car. This is one machanic you can trust!

I have never, in my 82 years on this planet, experienced such caring, personalized service. I have found a "home" for Lady Hawk....my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. I will tell everyone I know to take their cars to Brothers Automotive for excellent service!

Brothers has worked on my 1988 LandCruiser FJ62 and my 1985 Mercedes 380SL. They are top notch. The feeling there is laid back, but all business. Another reviewer wrote this like stepping back in time. It is. They are honest and dependable. I will not go anywhere else with my vehicles. Prices are reasonable as well.

They have been good before but now I have a check engine light that no-one can fix. Sean the owner wanted to throw parts and money at the issue. He told me he would not guarantee the repair and to not bring my van if I wanted a guarantee he would fix whatever is wrong

Brought my caddy in for a control arm replacement and other front end suspension stuff. But some how in the process my car sustained 4 rather noticable spots of new body damage. 2inch wide 1 foot long mystery scrap dark brown on a white car. 2 basketball size dents on my roof and a silver dollar size ding on the driver door. Im going to go back tomarrow as i picked it up at the end of the day when no one was there. So depending on how they handle this situation my rating may change, because for the most part i like this place.

Car wouldn't start one night, had it towed to Brothers. They called the next day, told me the problem, fixed it with no hassle, hustle, or upsales. much appreciated by this customer.

I only bring my car here. They are affordable and don t try to upsell. They are honest about what repairs need to be done or not.
