I recently brought my Honda Civic to this location because the belly pan had fallen down and was dragging on the road, after being serviced at another Honda location. The Brandon Honda service team got the car in right away even though I didn't have an appointment and repaired the issue very quickly. They were friendly and very nice to work with. It was very nice that they corrected the problem that was caused by another dealer and did it very fast. I really appreciate the amazing service I received here and would highly recommend other to take their vehicles here for service.

DO NOT bring your car here for service unless you don't mind them blaming you for scratches they caused along with poor quality of work. I brought in my car due to an extended warranty on the AC. My brother works for another Honda dealership and told us the bumper will have to be removed to fix the issue. After the service was done our bumper was not put back properly with a gap on one side. When they brought out the tech to show the issue, he agreed and took the car back to fix the bumper, we also pointed out a scratch on the hood where it opens, the paint is chipped! They went to speak to the manager and after waiting 15 minutes they called us outside to inform us that the bumper was never removed to fix the issue and the gap was there due to maybe it being hit also the paint wasn't them and has been there for a while!??! They blamed us for the bumper spacing and the paint yet none of it was there before we dropped it off. Also why did the tech agree that it was put on wrong? They need new management because Jeanne or whatever her name is was not managing anything but horrible customer service. They never fixed the bumper.***UPDATE*** I was contacted by Rachel, the operations director, from the service center to fix the situation. Her and Tom, the service manager, were very apologetic and wanted to make the service right. They took the car in, listened to our concerns and fixed them. Tom informed me every step of the way. They supplied us with a loaner while they fixed what was wrong. When we picked up our car they made sure we left pleased and made it a point to make sure we all met with each other. They proved they care about their customer service. They understand the quality of work expected from a dealership and are fully capable of going the extra mile. Thank you for caring, my review could have fell on deaf ears but it didn't because of you two who made it right.

I just bought a car from Brandon Honda. Their customer servicing was so bad. The Sales name was Salah, with no service at all. He gets irritated with every conversation. After a sale, a customer expect a call from the sales person how everything is going on with the vehicle, etc, but no call rather when i went to pick up my vehicle next day, no one were there to help, felt like who cares you any more. They care about only your money, no service at all. I have complained upper level, but no call, no follow up did not happen. They received your money and that s all they need.I will NOT recommend anyone go through with this worse experience. THIS IS REALLY A PAINFUL!!!

We needed a repair due to traveling on the highway and decided to drop the car off at the nightdrop. Michael Mack contacted us early the next day and the service department exceeded our expectations. They fixed the damage to our car and repaired some things we weren't even aware of. Our car was ready the next day! Would highly recommend!

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at another Honda dealer. If you go to Honda's website and look up the perks of purchasing a CPO car it states 2 complimentary oil changes within the first 12 months or 12k miles. I called ahead and spoke with an advisor to schedule the appointment. I specifically asked if the oil change would be complimentary. The advisor told me it would be so I scheduled the service. I arrived at the dealership and the service advisor told me the oil change would not be complimentary since I didn't but the car from Brandon Honda. I once again looked it up on Honda's website and in the warranty booklet .pdf supplied by Honda. Both of them show complimentary oil changes as described above with nothing stating it needs to be done at the purchasing dealership. The advisor referred me to the manager. I asked to speak with and she stopped by to talk. Know how somebody can be looking at you but their entire body is facing away from you like they are just waiting to walk/run away? This is how the conversation happened. She clearly did not care to have this conversation. I asked if they had anything in writing about the oil changes and I was brushed off. So I have to make another appointment, take time out of another day and bring it somewhere else. The manager could have at least taken the time to show me the policy in writing, look at the website and .pdf from Honda that I was referencing (what if Honda changed their policy), OR at the very least she could have asked who I spoke with on the phone prior to scheduling the appointment so they can be better trained not to waste a customer's time. I left rather than agree to pay for the oil change because I feel like if the front staff is pissed off at the customer before the service even begins then that carries through the remaining experience and, often, the quality of work is reflected in that attitude.

Bought my truck on 12/29. Power steering goes out randomly. Sent back to Brandon Honda. Forced into buying a warranty. Specifically doesn t cover computers. Called in on Tuesday this week to cancel warranty because what the warranty covers my husband can do himself, so why spend a couple extra grand. Warranty is useless to us. Have not heard back from Brandon Honda after 5 or 6 calls. Even left a voicemail for the Director of Finance who always calls the customers back. Still nothing. Every time I call in, I get the front desk ladies, let me take a message and I ll send an email to the team. Maybe if I leave bad reviews on everything they ll actually call me back to discuss cancelling my warranty THAT I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Brandon Honda, when you do respond to this in the comments, do not tell me to email you. I ve done my part on trying to contact you. You can CALL me at the number you received 5 or 6 times via email from your front desk team!

I purchased my vehicle from here. I ve always had it serviced here. I took it for a repair and paid over $1000 to fix it. 6 months later the same issue came about. I notified the dealership of the repair warranty and was told there was nothing they can do. This is not fair business and I never received a call back from management about my complaint. It almost feels like I was sold a lemon.. be careful purchasing and bringing your vehicle for repairs

Do not take your vehicle here. Their prices are ridiculous. My daughter took her car in (we have the Lifetime Warranty) and had them check why the car was misfiring and hesitating. It ended up being the spark plugs and a coil. The cost $1100. I told my daughter absolutely not we took it to my mechanic who fixed it for $250. I was floored at the cost at this dealership. In the future we will go to my mechanic first and if it s a covered item under the lifetime warranty we will take it to the dealer if not we will not get close to them at all. They will rip you off with the prices they charge. Will not be doing any future business with them.

Went in to get new rim and tire being I am paying dearly for the wheel and tire top tier warranty..Well needless to say I still am having to drive around on the spare donut because I've gotten nothing but the run around between brandon honda where i bought my vehicle and wesley chapel Nissan where they sent me to get it fixed after the fact.. Over a week later and still getting the run around and dealing with something that should have already been fixed..really regretting buying this vehicle from brandon Honda

My windshield wipers are not working properly. I go into Brandon Honda to get a repair estimate on 10/26/23. A service rep greets me and asks what she can do for me and if I have been there before. No, I haven't. I explain that the wipers are not returning to the home position and slamming against the dash when wet. They operate fine when dry. I tell her that it is a 2015 CRV and ask if this is a known problem. She tells me that It is a known problem and cannot give me an estimate without paying $200+ for diagnosis. I asked if the diagnosis fee would be credited to the cost of the repair, answer NO. She lost my business right there. 1st - it's a known problem. 2nd- half of the work is taking things apart to either diagnose or repair a known problem. I've done my research and the part, a motor, is $100 tops and an hour maybe 2 to replace. I asked for an estimate to replace the motor and she quickly tells me $500 but the diagnosis fee will save me money if their diagnosis is wrong. Yeah I'm confused too. $700+ to replace a $100 part. She also tells me that they have to pay the mechanic by the hour. Dang, the diagnosis fee is 3 hours of labor alone. Take note that it is a 2015 and it likely requires other maintenance. In fact, I need brake pads replaced and I might be in the market for a new car. So, with your poor business practices you have lost a customer FOREVER. How much does a bad Google review cost a business? Look it up.

Brandon Honda is always amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and my dealer of choice. Pleasant waiting area with snack bar. Don't buy or service anywhere else.

Great service experience! Helpful service advisors and managers. Nice waiting area and cafe with good menu options. It would be helpful to have more work areas with outlets for laptops. Had to work using battery power only for several hours. An outlet would have been helpful. I only saw one outlet and two tables neat it but both were occupied.

If you don t mind waiting a long long time to get an oil change, this is your place. That is with an appointment. Lotta other disgruntled folks I met in their waiting room with same complaint. But hey they have a Bistro there so they can make more money off of you during your long wait.

Had the pleasure of taking our CRV into the Brandon Honda service center Saturday. While the amount of vehicles in the service area was staggering we were welcomed right away and handed-off to Andy, our service manager for the day. Andy was very professional and courteous. He greeted us and proceeded to take our information and vehicle in for repairs and maintenance. After about 2 hours we received a video report of the inspection and suspected issues and possible repairs from Louie in the service department. Yet again, we were surprised by the professionalism and straight-to-the point contact with Louie. We replied to Louie so he could effect the maintenance and repairs. He later texted to report the vehicle was ready for pickup. The price point for all the maintenance and repairs was very, fair and reasonable and the checkout was seamless and smooth. We will be back and we will request Andy in future. Highly recommend Brandon Honda!v

I was just contacted by Brandon Honda to receive an apology for such a long wait time for having had a service appointment. Jen, the service manager personally apologized and made up for the long waiting waiting time.

I got my first oil change here, they did a good job, a small issue came up, I called them and went back the next day, they took care of it right there and then, I was in and out within minutes, they owned it, and they fixed it. that's what matter's, their very professional to own up to something and fix it really quick, you won't get that kind of service anywhere else, there's a reason people come here, it's a really good spot.

Don't bring your car here for service. I was told my car needed. A transmission and a remanufactured one was $3600. I paid the expensive diagnostic fee but took my car to another shop. After the honest mechanics looked at my civic, I needed new bearings in the front for a few hundred dollars. So I would have shelled out $3600 to not fix my car and still had a problem. Either the Brandon Honda mechanic wasn't honest, or he/she wasn't competent.

3 strikes and your out. My first two trips to Brandon Honda Service took over three hours each. Today I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning at 7:30AM - (Assuming the wait would be much shorter) I arrived right in time but sat in the covered drive up area over 30 mins before a service advisor finally greeted me on to tell me the Express oil change would be over two hours! Feels like a trip to the DMV - Atrocious experience. Can t do it again, had to share honestly. Previously my oil changes were good and the advisors are great but the time for an oil change is insanely long.

Augie is the best service provider ever! I love Augie, I have been going to him for many years, and he s always looking out for me! Every time I need my car serviced Augie is the only person I trust with my car, he communicates with me, and explains to me everything along with the reason as to why/ when I need to get things done with my car.

Update: The Service Manager reached out and sincerely apologized about my experience and took accountability for the miscommunication and also provided context on the issues with the appointment system. He also appreciated my feedback and admitted there s room for improvement in the process and they actively working to fix the issues. He even offered to accommodate me for my dissatisfaction and inconvenience. I really appreciate the Service Manager following up.Just close on Sundays!!!! I made an appointment for a routine service appointment and brake inspection online. I arrived with no other cars in line and still waited 20 minutes to be greeted by a service advisor only to be told I may have to pick up my car the next day and the fact that I made an appointment meant nothing and I was still considered a walk-in and that appointment system doesn t even work! I also selected a specific advisor on the online portal and was told that person hasn t worked there in 90 days. What s interesting is a few months back I came on a Sunday without an appointment and was told I needed an appointment due to the abbreviated hours on Sundays. I make an appointment just to be told it means nothing. So Brandon Honda if you don t have the staffing or perhaps your staff just chooses not to operate at full capacity on Sundays JUST CLOSE! I planned my schedule around this and idk if the issue is the staff or your online system either way a huge inconvenience and the disregard of the Assistant Service Manager was infuriating to say least. A years long customer lost.

My service advisors are always nice and go the extra mile for me but the valet team doesn't meet those same standards . I asked for a car wash after the fact it wasn't washed the first time as my advisor said it would be . The door was accidentally left open . Apparently the valet attendant is incompetent to realize when a door is open in a car by the dash board , a light on or even extra air coming through the door . My whole passenger seat was wet from the car wash. Highly disappointed with the intelligence of the valet team . I'll make sure I come with my car washed before getting service with Brandon Honda again.

I would have given them a 5 star but, they should take more care of how they come in and out of vehicle's without dragging in dirt and leaving starches on the inside black panel's especially, if the car is new!
