The process was extremely smooth and haggle-free. The car was ordered in Aug 2023 and took a few months to be built and shipped, but Ray Johnson kept us in the loop from beginning to end even after transitioning to a new position. Ray entrusted our care into the great hands of Aleko Pouzbouris who assisted us at the end with closing the deal when the car finally got here (Jan 2024). Many thanks to them and their wonderful Manager, Majed!! Keep up the great work!

Over my 20+ years of being a BMW owner, I have visited several dealerships all along the east coast. This was the first time I have visited BMW of Tampa. From my initial call to the dealership to the actual purchase of my vehicle, the experience I had was light years ahead of any other dealer I have done business with. My Client Advisor was Chelsea Burke. Chelsea is a consummate professional. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire purchase process. Any questions that arose were answered immediately. She ensured that I was fully informed about ALL of the vehicles features. Upon my arrival at the dealer on the day I was picking up the vehicle, Chelsea had all of the necessary paperwork ready. I was in the dealer no more than 2 hours. That was the fastest sales transaction I have ever experienced. The vehicle presentation on purchase day was top notch. Chelsea made the entire buying process smooth and seamless. Chelsea is a true asset to the sales team at BMW of Tampa. This is my second time purchasing a BMW from this dealership and second time purchasing with Erick Martinez. My experiences with both the dealership and Erick have been nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 2024 M340i this week and I am absolutely in love! I ve owned BMW, Audi and Mercedes and I can honestly say it is such a good feeling to finally be back in a BMW. They truly are the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINES!

0 StarsUPDATE 3/20/2024: No resolution from BMW of Tampa and no follow ups. Not surprised to see so many other recent 0 star reviews since my original post.UPDATE: BMW of Tampa reached out. Will hopefully post one final update on the resolution.UPDATE: Just like many reviews the customer relations specialist never reached out. Just an initial generic reply like everyone gets. I emailed directly the first day and again a few days later to follow up. Unfortunately this behaviour is known and expected. I predict another generic response before an actual call. However, my due diligence in trying to resolve this amicably is complete.If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership out of state - RUN away, don t walk. They will discriminate against you, make up policies, and lie about the car condition. The pictures included are from the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) car that I purchased from them that supposedly had no defects. They purposefully avoided disclosing this damage and sent misleading photos. The car was dirty when it was received and had little nasty surprises throughout. Less than 15k miles on the car and it was also detailed before sale.-Communication was terrible and took too long to get basic documents and pictures of the car.-Refused out of state bank loan for vehicle even though my last BMW was purchased that way.-Denied the 4.5% special offer financing even with perfect credit and a previous paid off BMW purchase.-Added an 1.5% percent to the financing after denying the brake/tire warranty we initially discussed. Apparently I no longer qualified for their discount coupons .Unfortunately I had my eyes set on a specific model and options and this dealership was the first to have it in months. I will pray that the car is mechanically sound and will have learned a hard lesson after paying for some serious paint correction.Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions of how the sale went.

I purchase my M440i last week and it was an awesome experience. Chelsea was so patient, incredibly knowledgeable and really helped guide me into the car of my dreams and worked so hard to make it all come together. The entire team was amazing to work with. They even went above and beyond and after spending essentially the whole day with me, put a bow and a cute sign on the car when I picked up my keys. It was late and I m sure they were ready to get home and they just went above and beyond. THANK YOU Chelsea and Team!

My experience with Mr Keith Roberts was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was very patient as well, hanging out with us way after the doors closed. He made it happen , and understood what I was looking for. I couldn t be happier with our purchase. A beautiful blue X3 30i making my wife happy with the extra room for our family and I with the performance and handling. The man is truly an officer and a gentleman. Hands down prob the best buying expierence I ve ever had. I ve been in the market recently for a new car and as we all know that is already not always stress free. My sales advisor, Trey Everett, made it that way though! I knew exactly what car I was looking at and he had it ready for me to test drive within minutes of arriving. We sat down to talk numbers, he took time to be thurough and explain each item. Even helped me understand the programs they offer as far as BMW advantage. Normally I would just say no and move on but after going over each item it made sense! Trey was so kind and easy to talk to, he did not make me feel pressured to buy the car or that even though I wasn t buying the most expensive car I wasnt worth his time, he really made me feel seen and valued. Even going into financing with Dave, that was so fun! They have completely digital paper work, and to me it was easy to read and understand EVERYTHING. I got a flash drive with everything I need. It was just a great process overall. Even the other sales team members genuinely seem like they enjoy their job, and that makes the difference when dealing with people. Thank you Trey and Dave for a great expierence!

Purchased a new BMW X5 on March 1 from Roman Czachor at BMW of Tampa - my first time buying an import! Roman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in searching for, locating and retrieving the vehicle I wanted to look at from a rear lot. It was a hike. The sales experience was relatively seamless and enjoyable. BMW Genius John Larsen spent well over an hour with me going over every detail of the car's technology. Have only driven it a few days, but very impressed with the X5 thus far. Ask for Roman and John if you're considering a BMW!

Here is my unbiased review of BMW of Tampa. The dealership was quick to respond regarding my inquiry on a Mercedes. The experience quickly deteriorated. From a service standpoint, no one could answer basic questions pursuant to their fees. Not the woman via chat or the salesmen. Mr. DaCruz said he would crunch the numbers and get back to me. He failed to do so.He then followed up with an odd question of whether I was in Florida or California when I sent him the zip code. Very Odd.There's clearly no accountability and BMW of Tampa fails to uphold and practice the basic tenets of service.

Never had a good car shopping experience before in the US but it changed yesterday when we decided to go to BMW Tampa.We were greeted by Karim who was very helpful and friendly. Test drive and negotiations were great and we made a deal on a 2024 X5. Karim even ordered us lunch as we were so hungry and the whole sale process happened through lunch time. He is the man! A very kind and genuine man, truly a pleasure to deal with him.Then Chase, from finance and Cameron, the BMW Genius, were fantastic to deal with as well. (Don t let those props on Chase s desk fool you though like I did!)Overall an amazing experience at BMW of Tampa in a beautiful dealership.Thank you!

Highly advice against taking your BMW for service here!! I took my car for an oil change and ended up changing tires and doing other work too. I drove my car 2 days later out of town and the car started smoking once I hit traffic close to Orlando. I had to wait in the heat for hours to get it towed and got stuck in Orlando for 2 days until my car was fixed. Turned out the technician didn't close the oil cap and the oil spilled all over the engine and pretty much everywhere in the car.I understand mistakes happen but the way the dealership handled the situation was worse than their bad service. I called many times and left messages which only one got answered by the manager. My car had many issues afterwards but no one from the service department would ever return my calls. So I had to take it to a different place to have it fixed again. Out of all the thousand of dollars I ended up paying, the dealership covered $1,000 for the oil spill clean up. No compensation, no courtesy call back and just overall horrible customer experience that's not BMW standards at the slightest.***I read their bad reviews on Yelp the day of the service and decided to go against my judgement and have the oil change there. I very much regret that decision, don't do the same!(Pictures show the oil cap detached and oil spill everywhere)

I have purchased several vehicles here and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. In the pass the service department has always done a great job at addressing my concerns. I currently have a 2020 X3 which I purchased from BMW of Tampa back in 2020. The vehicle now has 53,000 miles on it. The vehicle has been great except for a constant recurring issue with the front brakes vibrating. They have been fixed and replaced 5 times in a 3 year span. The rotors were refinished several times and even replaced. I just took it in again for the 6th time with the same issue once again. BMW of Tampa does not want to stand by their workmanship and wants to charge now $1,500 to repair them again. While under warranty, it was addressed with them if this issue continues to happen if they would stand by their work? Now that the vehicle is out of the manufacturer's warranty, they will repair for 1,500 but this does not guarantee it would not continue to be an issue. They tell me this time the issue is with the rear brakes, even though the vibration is coming from the front. They said they would refinish the front rotors for the price. This tells me they are aware the vibration is in the front brakes. They also wanted to charge me $1,700 for services which are not due at this point. I asked them to just do the oil change and inspection only. My previous service advisor Jake claimed the issue came from my wife riding the brakes. She drive 17 miles a day, mostly highway miles and this is diffinitely not the case. I asked the current service advisor Brian Nguyen to escalate my issue and asked for the service manager to call me. He refused to do so and the manager apparently never called me. I finally spoke to the service manager Ala when I came in to pick up my car. He said there was nothing he could do and commented " these issues occur from riding the brakes". When they brought my car out it was filthy. They bothered not to wash it as usual. They have lost me as a customer. I will not go back. I will take my service to another dealer and assure they are not part of BMW Morgan of Tampa.

This was our 3rd visit to different BMW dealerships and by far the best! Our salesman Kevin Dacruz was very friendly and helpful, while our BMW genius Julian Perez was amazing with his knowledge and ability to explain things so we easily understood! Highly recommend this dealership!

I have owned BMW's since 1985....and I keep my cars at least 7 to 12 years.... and I could pay cash for a new one but prefer the older models. Ihave to say when I took my older car to this dealership I was greeted with great customer service but when it came to the repairs I found their prices to be a bit outrageous! When I complained about the estimated that I was given my service advisor cut the price! It seems to me that they don't really care about the long time bmw owners.

Wow! so i had called to schedule a service appointment for my wifes 2012 BMWx5 that was having electrical issues but was completely driveable . I was told by the service scheduler that if brought the vehicle in during the week a loaner car would be provided at no cost . Well, when my wife went to drop off the vehicle that aparently wasn't true . I guess there policies had changed from 2 years ago when the car was also serviced there. We were told because the vehicle wasn't purchased there we would need to pay for a loaner . Ok fine, car was diagnosed within 48 hours with extensive problems . $12,500 worth of problems as a matter of fact. I spoke with the service advisor and said i would be in the following day to pick the car . When i came in the car must have been lost as it took the better of 45 minutes to pull the car up . I paid the near $600 to diagnose all the potential problems they stated in writing the car needed. When the car was located and pulled up for me as i looked in side the panel that was removed underneath the car was in the front passenger seat along with hardware left in the console and battery tools usually located in the trunk . The car now doesnt go into park but thankfully right down the road at FOX BMW they were able to diagnose the transmission issue quickly with a neutral screw being turned in the wrong position, they reinstalled the transmission shield the dealer left on my front passanger seat. Cost me $182 i shouldn't of had to pay. . Horrible experience at this dealership.

I would like to start out by saying the sales team was extremely kind and phenomenal. However my experience did not proceed down that path. I brought my car in for service and i felt almost scammed out of my money. I came in for brakes and rotors and was offered multiple times that i was in fact getting all 4 done for a set price. I received my car back with half the work done for the full price discussed. I just recently moved to Tampa and was hoping to establish a good relationship with a trusted BMW dealer. This experience has left me weary.
