Made a service appointment for several recalls, and I made a point to confirm twice that all parts are available and in stock - once when I made the appointment, and again the day before.Upon arrival, they *actually* check the parts and inform me that one of the parts is backordered and unavailable. Now I have to come back two times for what should have been a single visit.To be clear, I am not unhappy that the part is out of stock - I am unhappy that this was not communicated to me after specifically asking several times. No loaner vehicles available at this location, so now I m stuck dealing with the drop off logistics twice instead of once like they had originally communicated.

William in service was a great advisor. He listened to me and helped me get my car fixed in a timely manner. It was fixed right the first time, thank you William and Bill Currie Ford

Very courteous people working there. They work very hard to get me the best deal that I thought for my situation I would definitely recommend them for purchase of a vehicle

The building is currently under construction, there cars are over MSRP mostly and they always try to run your credit without you even deciding if you want to purchase a vehicle here. I felt rushed and pressured.

Worst dealer in the tampa area. Go in for warranty work and the truck is worse off than when I first brought it in. No follow up, incorrect repairs, difficulty getting a loaner. Go to veterans or Brandon ford please save yourself the hassle of going here. Bought 3 vehicles here and NEVER AGAIN!

The worst service in my life, I advise you not to bring your car here, it takes more than 30 days supposedly because there is a delay but it is a lie, they work very poorly, I do not recommend itEl peor servicio en mi vida les aconsejo que no traigan su carro ac�, se demoran m�s de 30 d�as supuestamente xq hay atraso pero es mentira trabajan muy mal no lo recomiendo
