Rudy, store manager, is the best! Seriously an asset to their brand. A knowledgeable, kind, strong and humble leader with amazing people skills and leads by example. Rudy helped me open my oil cap, empathetically excused my weakness allowing me to think I loosened it for him after twisting it with his left hand (and he s right handed). Then he encouraged me to let him help replace my wiper blades, all the while sharing extremely helpful information free of charge. His patience and efficiency are commendable and he s won a customer for life. It needs to be said, AutoZone is fortunate to have him and I was too tonight. Thank you!

I just wanted to say Ruby is a awesome person. Every time i come to this location he never makes me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome he goes out of his way to help lol no matter how many times you come to the store in one day . 5 stars

My friend and I walked in to auto zone politely while I went towards the isle my friend who dosent speak English went up to a employee worker named tania and politely said to her good afternoon and then she rudely made a comment that he couldn t understand by saying is that the only word you know like what kind of customer service. Then she claims that she wasn t being rude. Don t come to this auto zone they got o Riley next door which is way better by a lot.

Bobby Dyer did an amazing job with my brake light issue that I definitely had I will come back just to see him again with my car needs. Wish I could give more stars then just five he also let me know a cheap website to go get the new light broom for the car actually and that advice was greatly appreciated will be back soon to see him

We needed a new battery in our Suburban. Unfortunately the battery is sort of hidden in the Suburban and a real pain to replace. Store manager Rudy was so helpful. He spent at least 30 minutes handling the battery swap. Great guy. Great store. Would 100% recommend to friends.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Hakim (the store manager) went out of his way to help me with changing my battery! His customer service is definitely above average. He also gave advice and tips when it comes to other aspects of my car! He is a true gem at that store. Hakim is the reason I will be making it a point to come back to this store.

Want to say thanks to Tonya, Bobby, and Rudy for the help they provided to my son. Tampa was experciening an unseasonable storm event on the 16-17 weekend of December 23. His battery was not recharging. They did not try to offer any excuses but were quick to discovery that the battery was under warranty and they would provide either a replacement or credit towards an upgrade. They rightly advised that it would best for an upgrade with more power. They quickly advised what was best for his make and model, installed it and he was cherrfully on his way. Thanks to the whole Team!

Came to this location in desperate need of assistance. A bad battery was the diagnosis, but with the help of Jason and Olivia I was able to purchase an affordable battery. Jason even assisted with installing the new hardware! Excellent service, amazing location, thank you guys!

Horrible staff, zero customer service...they act like you're bothering them coming to their location...easily worst staffed AutoZone I've ever been too...people in the back having conversations with themselves, while customers waiting in line. Drove to get the part, person on phone ordered wrong part. Not going to shop at AutoZone, but will NEVER be back to this location!

Had a really great experience with this auto zone location in regards to a couple of car issues I was having. Called before I came to the location and was greeted over the phone by Daniel who told me what I needed to do and gave out great customer service before walking in. When I came in to the store I was addressed on my auto issues and was given the right parts. After I had received the parts I was given very detailed instructions by the manager Jason on what I needed to do to get the car running and working again. Overall amazing customer service that I had the pleasure of experiencing at this location. Would definitely recommend to family and friends if they had any car troubles to get out back on the road again.

Wow What an amazing experience ! First time having car troubles/ dead battery so I was a little stressed. Rudy took the time to not only explain every thing he went above and beyond he showed us how I could check for air-conditioning because that was another problem. I was having an allowed us to use the tool they had he help me find the right battery and was able to install it quick and easy, you can tell he s a great manager by how he helps customers but also how he supports his team around him he s truly a great guy and he definitely earned a customer for life. I will definitely come back here! Thank you autozone and thank you Rudy!
