Amazing customer service! I needed new headlights on my Chevy equinox and after being told from another auto parts store that they wouldn t help install them, these guys did installed the lights and quick!The headlights were NOT easy to install and they still helped me and I can t say enough good things!Go to them for everything.

Yesterday I purchased a car battery at your S. Dale Mabry location in Tampa - Store #3261. Your employee named Jimmy kindly installed it for me. Jimmy was very helpful and pleasant and answered all my questions. What a great hire!

Jayvon B helped me with getting the right battery and replacing it. He made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for and he even changed it out for me. He is a great worker with a wonderful personality. I definitely recommend going there when he is working. He'll take care of you.

Please be careful. I have always trusted this AutoZone until now. Yesterday, an employee checked my battery to make sure that wasn't the reason for the power steering light to flash on, then off. The battery was fine. I was told the fluid was low and showed where to fill it and sold power steering fluid. Research showed that my car doesn't use fluid and where I was told to put it was where break fluid goes. When I returned that and explained what happened to a different employee, there was no apology or any indication that service such as that isn't perfectly acceptable. Following their advice could damage cars.

I recently visited this store for parts needed for my 2011 car. I had no clue. Sales Manager Joel Rivera and PSM Jacob Ford who assisted me was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They not only made sure I received the correct parts but also made sure I knew important facts regarding the purchase. I highly recommend this store, the team, and I will continue to trust them for all my future automotive needs.

My car battery died and was looking for a shop where I could have this resolved efficiently and affordable. Jevon was at the desk and couldn t have been more helpful. As a female I m usually feeling pretty skeptical walking into a car service store in getting overpriced labor/products. Jevon kept things simple and tried to see if I was within warranty - great initiative and service. Had a great first impression of this shop and would highly recommend.

Wish I could write a more positive review. The staff there are truly excellent. But twice in a one month period, I happened to get a battery that was not fully operational off the shelf.Again, the crew here are great, but if you're purchasing a battery, have them test it before you walk out with it.

If i could give negative starts i would give -5 for insulting my intelligence and trying to pull a stupid mind trick on me. If you don't know how to do something, just say it, but don't tell me.i can't read the damn sign in front of the store that says, "we test alternators, starters, batteries, and ignition control modules.". I ended up going to the hub store in st. Pete because the store manager was the only competent person i talk to when locating the closest store other than yours. The one on dale mabry and waters at least was honest and said they didn't know how to use the machine (or read the instruction manual). Good thing i don't have the time to write a bad review for hills and dale mabry, the old hub in town and Compton, and hills and rome. Do better but definitely don't make a customer willing and able (and did in st. Pete) walk away from a $300 sale.

Shoutout to Erin, he was super helpful. He assisted with the install of new battery. A difficult talk for a gal . Great people make this a great store to come to ! S. Dale Mabry store !

Appreciation post for Renee! She is so polite, professional and attentive. I was having issues with my taillights and am so thankful she was there to trouble shoot with me and give great advice, all while efficiently replacing my corroded lights. Would definitely recommend this location.

I went into autozone last night and Matt was the most amazing employee ever. He came out to my car and helped me, did not make me feel rushed ( even though the store was about to close). Just incredible service. I will go back again just because of this experience. Thanks

Javon Was amazing. He saved the day and Saved my vehicle by assisting me with adding oil to my engine BC the oil light started flashing though was not scheduled for another month for oil change. The Subaru dealership oil change did not tighten the oil filter and there was zero oil .I cannot thank you enough !Renee

Great experience! Employee Chris was the best! On Sat, Aug 6th, we had a dead battery, so needed to buy a new one. He had other customers in the store that he managed to cheerfully help by himself, then he got to us. We didn't wait long and he was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He educated us on batteries, just what we needed to know. We left with new battery but then returned later on since hubby couldn't secure it well enough in car. Chris came out into blazing heat and helped to tighten down the new battery. Showed no hesitancy to help us and had a great sense of humor. He was so impressive~! I only give reviews for the best of the best, and in our opinion, he was!

I'm faithfully in this store for engine oil. Everyone in the store is professional, nice, knowledgeable and the music is always great when I go in! No complaints ever, plus the prices are waaaay better than advanced auto parts.

My battery died and I was in dire need of a battery. I called ahead and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions. Once there, they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, friendly and even installed my battery in the hot sun. I m forever grateful. Teresa, the manager, was who I worked with (and was awesome) but they were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely shop there again as needed.

I had to come on here and shout out Javon! I came to the store looking for some screws to attach license plates and the hope that someone would be able to help me remove the old ones as I wasn't able to do it myself. He went above and beyond to help me with this and I truly can't say enough nice things about how helpful this was. Thank you again - I will be back for any future car related purchases :)

The manager is great, he was so helpful and pleasant. He Helped me choose the wipers I needed and installed them for me. He was very polite and kind both times I was in there.

Not very helpful, did not find the part I needed because I was just pointed towards the fuses. Got help and found the relay I needed almost immediately upon entering a different auto parts store
