Went in this Good Friday morning for wiper blades. A nice young lady named Wanda assisted me and I was already impressed by a woman working in the auto parts store. I know they do but she impressed me. She caught heck trying to take the old torn up ones off. They were kinda stuck. I wanted to call her Lady McGiver when she whipped out her keys and started doing something to them til that one side came off. Then to the other side... same thing, hard to get off, then out with the keys. You betta work girl!!!I tried to tip her a few bucks but she wouldn't accept it. She said "no thank you, just doing my job". Thanks again WANDA!

Gotta agree with Willy. If you don t speak Spanish they don t seem to want to help you. Not friendly and not familiar with the system. I kept telling her of course it s gonna say out of stock if I ordered the last one at their location and it s already claimed. Sure enough the part was right back there on the shelf . Will avoid this auto zone going forward. Shame too bc the part looks good. Better customer service is needed.

I would like to thank, Ysef and Adrian, and the another female employee (I apologize I didn't get her name ) that helped me in time of need .I ran out of gas they helped, move car to safe location and helped me even get gas in my car. They truly went above and beyond ,displaying an act of human kindness and caring for a stranger.Thank you

A lot of Spanish speaking people. If you don't look like them they just kind of look at you or ignore you. They dont ask if you need help. I had to go to the counter and say what I was looking for. I like the store on West Hillsborough better. The clerk asked if I wanted a bag and the receipt. I said yes to both questions. This is what I experience at most predominantly Spanish speaking people working at a place. They don't even try to speak English and if you are not Hispanic they do not know how to relate to a customer. Simple minded and no real customer service for everybody.

Amazing customer service. In the height of morning rush. I was in need of assistance. Not only was the service quick. It was effcient!!! Alba, knew what I was speaking about and assisted with the replacement. When I offered gratuity she respectfully declined.l, with a SMILE!!! Great customer service. Glad to have the store with AMAZING STAFF in the community. Did I mention how clean the store was. SPOTLESS!!! Again, Thank you Alba and Auto Zone.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Stood in line for 15 minutes with NO acknowledgement that is was even standing there. Only 3 people in the store when I first walked in mind you. One guy on the phone and one lady assisting another customer while 2 other people just stood around!!! Not the first time I have gone in this store and waited to be helped. This time I walked out whil leaving I hear the lady at the register sarcastically holler I hope you have a nice day ma am! I will drive out our my way to not go to that store anymore!

The way the manager from the store treated her employee in front of customers and sent her home was so embarrassing I feel so bad for that worker came out and employee was crying in her vehicle the worse experience ever in this store and I come here all the time. That Spanish girl is so helpful and goes out of her way for customers always dropped what she s doing to make sure the customer gets what they ask for and is satisfied shame on that manager for how she spoke to her employee .You should treat your best employees like gold .

Amazing staff. Manager Matt is wonderful & so helpful..i live in town & country but will only go to this location. The staff never makes u feel like ur a burden & goes above & beyond to help.

The problem is that there is never sufficient employee's to handle the customers. And you need to draw arrows on the floor to direct customers in the order of service( too many ignorants). Cutting in front of other waiting customers.

I called, Rosie picked up the phone and found me a new starter for a good price. I got to the store 20 mins after the call and it was there waiting for me. I love little things like that and will choose this autozone again.

Efrain & Yanis did an amazing job. We drove an hour away and someone forgot to put our parts aside. He was already off the clock and stayed just to help us because we were so frustrated. Thank you for staying to help us out. Great customer service!

Jorge and Efran need to be fired. I am completely dissatisfied and upset about the service that they provided me. They were super rude, loud, and unprofessional. They are clearly very discriminatory and treat people differently. They should leave there personal feelings out side of the workplace and learn how to treat paying customers properly.

Staff very rude and lacking diversity. I tried asking one of the associates who was standing behind the counter (literally doing nothing at all) a simple question & she totally ignored me. She acted liked she couldn t hear me saying excuse me I kept saying it until she finally acknowledged me standing at the counter directly in front of her. She waited for me to ask my question and after I d finished. She in very clear English said I don t speak English and went back to doing nothing. Save everyone the trouble.. If you don t want to work, don t go. Why be rude to paying customers. I will gladly be going to pep boys and advanced auto parts going forward.

I went there to get an oil change for my car. There were two workers there. The gentlemen was really nice. I was atended by a lady, if you even Call it that. The gentleman asked me how he could help me and I said I need oil for my car. He was busy putting the battery for another guest so I had the lady. He let her know what I needed. She never greeted me hello or asked any important detail about my car. It was my first time going to auto zone to get my oil for my car, therefore I don t know what type of oil my car needs. I needed that helped from her. She didn t even directed me to speak to me in English, she said to me el aceite est� por all� the oil is that way and pointed it out. I did understand the Spanish but I would of appreciated if she didn t discriminate and put a stamp on my ethnicity and spoke English to me like everyone else did in that store. That is extremely rude, and discriminative. Besides her not even taken her time to ask me about my car and what oil I needed her tone was rude, and I could clearly tell she did not want to help me or work at all. After she made that comment I replied to her in English and I said I don t know what kind of oil I need she said so what do you need ( in a rude tone). I felt myself get so disappointed and furious that I had to walk out of the store. I told her Nvm I don t need anything and walk out. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by costumer service before. I never wrote a bad review about anyone because I m usually pretty understanding and let things slide when someone is rude. But she kept being rude and how she responded to me was unacceptable. Even tho I was pretty upset I still spoke with her respectfully and with a good attitude. I have to say I will never ( ever) enter any autozone ever again, and you bet I will never go to this one either.

Javier R. Went above and beyond in assisting me with my wonky license plate holes. His service was impeccable with his bright smile and helpful ways. I was super impressed and will certainly return to this particular Auto Zone, even though it is not in my neighborhood. With service like Javier's, I strongly recommend this store and am grateful for his help. :)

I gave them my coupon, supposedly scanned and when I later check my receipt they did not give me any deduction which was $10 as prices are rocket high every where, every penny makes a difference.

The best service yet. I young guy named Alex was not only more than happy to install our battery in the rain he didn't want a tip he wanted a review. He went above and beyond with a smile on his day off. Thanks!!

Had a good experience today with getting a battery checked charged and replaced. 4 stars though because they marked my battery as good when it only had a 6 volt output after an hour on charge. Luckily Jorge double checked before I left. Also, the guy who s name starts with Efr was extremely helpful.

Offers the products and assistance expected at any of these national chains. It has a great selection. However, when I was asking for advice on what I needed to do my own oil change, the cashier was trying WAY too hard to sell me the most expensive equipment.

I live close to this one and the service is amazing they know their cars well enough to make sure your buying the right kind of stuff for your car. The check out system is a bit slow as there aren't enough employees for the amount of people that go there in a regular basis but this is almost the same with all other car part stores ive been to. So far they have had all the parts I've needed 90% of the time
