Bought a honda civic in mid-late november of 2023. Check engine light has been on since purchase. The tires were dry rotted when "Frank" swore they were not. The exhaust system is cut off. A main reqd symbol has been coming on when it did not originaly. Bad customer service aswell.

Found these guys on Facebook marketplace and knew what I wanted. Great customer service and provided all the info I needed without a hassle. Great experience here. Frank and Sam took good care of me and made the whole deal quick and easy. Would definitely recommend if you re looking for good prices on used vehicles.

Just recently purchased vehicle from this dealership. I found them through Facebook marketplace. Sam and Frank assisted me through the process. Very knowledgeable, honest and professional customer service. I would recommend this dealership.

This place is horrible. I ve had the car nine months and out of those nine months, it has been driveable for one month. They re crooks. They steal your money. They ll tell you to bring it in to get a diagnostic, say they ll fix it and keep your car hostage for months and give you the run around. They play about people s money and time and life. Do not go here. They need to be shut down. From their attitude to their cars, it s horrible

After an accident and my old car being totaled I needed something quick and in the price range of what my insurance was paying out, Advance Import was a saving grace for me. I literally got laughed off the lot of several other places in the area when I told them my price range, but Advance Import had more than one option for me.Juan has been the best person I have ever dealt with when buying anything. Sam, the owner, was also great. I had a few issues with the car after purchasing and even though I bought it "as is" they were still quick to help whenever I called.Less than a month after purchasing I blew a tire on the interstate and Juan was there faster than my insurance could even hope to send someone out and I got both of my back tires replaced and was back on the road. I could not recommend them more!

If there was a zero rating this place would get one. I purchased a 2011 jeep liberty in May from the start it has been nothing but trouble engine light now I have no clue what the problem is it just died and starting pouring water while ibwas at work last night. Of course the man whom I purchased the car from is not available which has been the case every since the very first day I brought the problem with the engine light on the day after I purchased. Guy never available have taking back three times nothing poured some stuff in it said that would take care of problem did not. Now there is a whole another problem. I see a pattern here of deceit over the last year alone. I want my money back

Bought a Jeep from here a little over a month ago engine light been on since a purchased it. Took it back several times guy always had some excuse or wasn't there. Left it there said he fixed the problem but no he did not even "changed the co2 sensor " still reads bad sensor sent me to another shop to fix the catalytic converter shop knew nothing about it. Guy not available well low and behold it left me stranded while I was on my job as an uber driver had to tow it home. Won't even start now just died purchased I May 27. Left message after message never returned me call

I bought a car here on 08/10/2021. The car broke down 2 1/2 weeks later. I took it and had a diagnostic test done on it it was over$5000 dollars worth of repairs needed. I brought this to their attention and they told me to bring it so they could look at it. I also called the finance company. The finance company was not happy so they had them give them their money back(only because I hadn t made the first payment) so they said the finance company repoed the car( which was a lie)and took the car because of all the things that were wrong with it. And they Don t want to give me my $2000.00 down payment back!!! Please don t EVER buy a CAR from them THEY ARE CROOKS!!

I saw my dream vehicle online on Advance Imports.A quick phone call and I was given a satisfactory and accurate vehicle description.The Dealer agreed to hold the vehicle untill I could fly 1100 miles and test drive/ purchase the vehicle.Mission accomplished. Drove home 1100 miles with pleasure in my new Great Purchase.Thanks Advance Imports!Great staff...great communication...GREAT DEALERSHIP!DB

Inquired on possibly purchasing a car through messenger and the person that was messaging was very rude. I am not sure if there is a manager at the location but if there is they should consider monitoring the whoever it is that is replying through messenger to prevent losing possible business. Because of this I personally will not be purchasing from this company.

Bought a car and it was explained that the only issue was the motor mount. Took two days to get the car, each day something else was discovered wrong with the car. When we finally got the car it would not run the car cut off, the steering wheel locked up and brake would not work while driving. When we asked for our money back the game us a time frame in which they would be able to do so. The owner said we was disrespectful because we opp out to buy two other cars in which we did not want. He called us rude and was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you are looking for a car it is my best advice to steer clear or this car establishment and go somewhere more reputable.

Worst experience ever..got a 2015 from them..in the 8 months ive had the vehicle ive paid more in fixing it than the asking price..its always something new breaking and they are no help at all. Also there finance company does not offer early pay off..now you pay full price of lease regardless. I would not let anyone I know get a car from here period!!

Seems as if they are really cool people me and my boyfriend just got his & hers BMW'S and so far so good will update you guys in a few months on the cars physical health etc.. So 4 stars for now but i do recommend

The only thing I like about this place is they do help you get in a car but I really think they rig up cars to make them seem like good working cars to get past the 30 day period. After that they leave you with all the problems that comes with the vehicle.

STAY AWAY , My boyfriend bought a 2015 Chrysler paid 5K down the car broke down the very next day abs they didn t want to give him back the money , they kept 1K of his money and gave him back 4K stay away fro JUAN THEY ARE THEIVES

Worst place don t go there got a 2001 Chevy 3500 pick up truck and it had a bad radiator first day and I took it back like asked and they got rude that time then the next 2 days it had problems and drive shaft broke and I paid 4K down for the truck and I asked for my money back because I had 30 days and they scammed me and only gave me 1500 back scammers only had the truck for a couple days

I had the worst service ever with this company they sold me a bad car they only fixed it enough to drive it off the lot and 4 days later the car was running hot stopping in the middle of the rod the car broke down and I had somebody to tow the car back to them and they didn t wanna fix it all they wanted was money and it was my 2nd time going to them about my car I repeat do not buy any car from here it s a waste of time and money

Will sell you a over priced lemon dont trust got a truck and shut off on me with a cracked engine block and was unsafe to drive off the lot they sell parts vehicle as perfect scammers after 500 dollars of my parts money and over 25hrs of my labor to get told not my problem you bought it and was promised it was a great truck smh deff NOT recommended
