I go to them all the time! They are usually fantastic! BUT, if you get on the phone with a Chris ask for someone else. I didn t feel like he was trying to listen to me and was very short with me on the phone. His responses were very passive aggressive. I had him on speaker and my husband was annoyed how he spoke to me. I asked for a quote on an EVAP hose plus the labor fees to replace on my 2013 ford focus and he told me $1400 (Ford priced it around $720, but I was trying to see if AAA had a better price) I don t know if he thought I was an incompetent woman or just trying to get me off the phone fast, but my dad and grandfather used to work on cars AND I worked on Jeep Wranglers, I know that an evap hose plus labor is $420-$800 depending on make and model. I m giving 3 stars because the rest of the staff had always been so sweet to me! He must not know I m a regular

AVOID!!! Horrible service!!! NIGHTMARE!!! Went in for basic oil change, tire pressure check. Drove off and tire pressure lights were still on I called them and they said give them a chance to reset. Never did reset. Went back they said it would take them less than an hour Two hours later I m still sitting there and almost missed a flight (they were aware of this). Drove off lot with engine light on!!! DONT BOTHER!!!!

No appointment needed and walked right in. No lines, no waiting. The customer service was fabulous! My daughter and I really enjoyed our time as the gentleman was so kind and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I'm went inside to take care of a problem with my license tag. Someone has stolen the 24 sticker I had on my license plate and I had to go in and have it replaced. Very easy but I did have to wait a decent amount of time.

We do not recommend this AAA Service Center.After breaking down on the side of a road, AAA towed our inoperable van to AAA West Shore to repair a coolant leak. The van s rear auxiliary AC unit had developed a serious leak, resulting in the loss of all engine coolant. We directed the AAA West Shore to simply bypass the auxiliary AC, refill the coolant, and test the system. AAA West Shore installed the $7.50 coupler (charged $20) and reportedly refilled the coolant, pressure tested, and burped the cooling system. After paying $218 and driving the van to our temporary destination, I let the engine cool to test the coolant concentration (mixture). When I opened the radiator cap, I could see the radiator coils and that the reservoir was empty. We had to add over four quarts of coolant to get it to the proper level. We attempted to contact AAA West Shore using text, which was their primary means of communications, as well as telephone, but had to leave a voice message, to ask how they could conduct a pressure test and burp the system when it was over four quarts of coolant low. AAA West Shore disappeared and never responded to our queries. We would have been stuck on the roadside, again, had we not checked the coolant because of AAA West Shore s poor quality of workmanship and supervision. A $218 mistake.We do not recommend this AAA Service Center.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I could not be happier! Not only is this place fantastic, but all the folks are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can get your tabs, plates as well! Truly one-stop service.

Did not go for car issues, but for gift cards Waited in line for over 20 minutes to purchase gift cards. One employee offered to help until she mentioned the cashier is busy!Not happy with this situation! I left afterwards empty handed. This is no way to treat someone who s been a member over 40 years!!!Addendum: I went back today. Steven Vitale was at the front desk. He was not only fast and efficient, but far more organized than those from my last visit. Thank you Steven.

This establishment is a total rip off. I had my car towed there recommended by AAA. They charged me $855 for a new radiator and I didn t even make it home. I had to have my car towed back to them and they forgot they had my car. 4 days later they told me I had to have it towed to the dealership. They broke my ac while replacing my radiator, and had to replace that. I can t believe they let me drive off of their premises to break down on the way home. They broke something else and told me it was just coincidence. I have had AAA for over 20 years, and never thought I d receive this kind of service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service. Kevin is outstanding. He communicated all the way and in no way pressured us. Daughter goes to Univ. of Tampa. Didn't know of a mechanic in Tampa looked up AAA and found this location. They are honest and outstanding. We now have a great mechanic in the Tampa area. Thank you AAA.

Excellent. Diagnosed and repaired within 48 hours. Was making intermittent noises on the front end and I was able to send them a video to confirm since it was so intermittent. The dealership I'd previously been to didn't really want to get to the bottom of what the noise was because they couldn't hear it. Turned out to be bad wheel bearings.

Brand new facility looks amazing! Super nice people and very knowledgeable. Perfect location. Great place to get your car maintenance and repairs completed by professionals. Dan and the team were great. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!If you want to be lied to, overcharged then take the risk. But I am speaking from experience I towed my car there after AAA recommended this shop, which by far was the worst decision. Very disappointed that AAA would even recommend these thief s and dishonest business. They will try to charge you to replace things that are not even wrong with your car. They will overcharge you thousands for something that other shops estimates to only cost hundreds. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME , AND MONEY. This shop needs to be closed down immediately please stop taking advantage of the people in our community.

A#1 service in a spotless bright center. All mechanics are ASE certified ... Important. Fair prices & honest estimates. Everything was clearly explained. I think they are trustworthy. The waiting room gives a clear view of the garage.

Great place to get your car repaired or even a simple oil change. You are updated along the way and provided with an overall vehicle check report. They did not try to upswell me anything which was very refreshing! I would definitely recommend going here if you are a AAA member!

The technician broke a part on my truck while working on it. Dan Maroni, the manager, told me to get it fixed and they would pay for it. I did and Mr. Maroni would not return calls or emails afterwards. I called the main line and nothing happened. It was not an expensive fix but the actions (and inaction) of AAA is inexcusable. I cancelled my AAA membership and will never do business with them again.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Customer beware, I brought my car in for an oil leak and nearly ended up scrapping it when they told me I had a broken timing chain and bent valves. They flat out lied.A broken timing chain didn't make sense as I had driven the car into the shop myself, which would not have been possible with a broken timing chain.I asked them to confirm that the car would not drive. They told me it would not, and I will need to have it towed to a junkyard.At best I figured they'd put my car back together out of time and blew the motor.We were told they'd cut us a break and only charge $150 for the diagnostic fee and that they'd remove the parts they'd put in, but when we went to pay we were charged $243 and they wouldn't give us our car key. They said they'd need to hand it off directly to the tow truck.A few days later we returned to collect my personal items from the car and call to have the car towed. When we unlocked the car the lights came on. This was odd because if the car had been taken apart down to the timing chain there would be no reason to put it back together only to have it scrapped. And of course there would be no reason to reconnect the battery.Out of curiosity we turned the car on. It drives. We opened the hood...nothing had been touched aside from the engine being degreased to identify where my oil leak was coming from. No parts were removed or replaced.If they didn't have time or the knowledge to work on my car they could have just said as much. Instead I waited a week with no vehicle and almost brought it to the junkyard. This is absolutely inexcusable. If we didn't have mechanical knowledge ourselves we'd be making a purchase right now that we hadn't planned for. How many customers have been put in a similar situation without their knowledge? How many families have had to put out thousands for a new car when theirs could have been repaired? Is this a regular occurrence for you guys?We asked for an explanation and received none.I drove my "undriveable" car off of their lot and over to another mechanic where it is currently being worked on.You should be ashamed. Do better for your customers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We called when our car wasn't starting, let them know it was the battery and were told they would bring a battery. They come at 11AM and forgot the battery and said they'd be back. Called about an hour later and confirmed. No one calls, we call again at 4PM to be told no one is coming because they didn't have the battery. They didn't even call to tell us. Then they take no accountability or try to further assist. Really disappointed.

Excellent customer service.Josh Pless was amazing and very helpful. The staff was very nice and the mechanics were constantly working to prevent any further delays.I will be returning for any future car problems I may have !

I was here this week regarding the dmv services. Unfortunately, here they don t do the vehicle registrations without an appointments.I thought all AAAs works same as in other states.This place looks like all time busy.Appointments are strictly recommended here.However the officer is very polite, friendly, professional and helpful. She helped me with the appointment schedule and other required details.

Their tire patch prices (for AAA members) are literally higher than just going to any tire shop !Not sure if the membership with these guys was worth the money now.
