The good folks at 813 Auto glass came through!!! Windshield was severely cracked and, honestly, about one more rock away from falling in. I googled auto glass repair in Tampa and they were one of the first places that came up. I read the reviews just like you re doing right now and nothing but great things! So I called them up to make an appointment. I spoke with Mike and was able to make a same day appointment for later this afternoon. I asked him how long it would take he said about 2HRS. He offered me the option to pay a deposit of 50% so that they can get the windshield before I arrived and have it ready when I get there to cut down the time so I did. Price quoted was very reasonable compared to other places I ve researched in the past and customer service was great from beginning to end. When I got there the windshield was ready and his partner took 1hr and 1/2 all together. They also quoted me a fair price for my back window that I ve been putting off. Will be back soon for that job. Overall, highly recommend!!!

Very professional and to the point. Very good work done. I called other places and they gave me absurd prices for my Lexus back window. 813 Auto Glass gave me a more reasonable price and got me in quick. My back rear window had exploded and I was so shocked that had never happened to me before. So I called my insurance and they told me safelite wouldn t get to me until a whole week later! I decided to google glass repair shops I read some reviews and figured why not give him a call and I m very happy with the service I received from The Glass Man he was able to help me much faster than my insurance. Also my rear window looks great Thank you so much for helping me at such short notice!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Unprofessional, poor quality work, messed up Calibration! Then denies it. I m filing complaints w BBB, any other regulating gov agency. I may even file a lawsuit. And you ask for an itemized receipT, they look at you like your speaking a foreign language.. See you in court

813 Auto Glass is the absolute best! I had an Alfa Romeo which needed a windshield. I called seven different places. Either no one would pick up the phone, no one would have the glass in stock, or the one other place I called quoted me $300 more. 813 Auto Glass got me a brand new windshield in 2 hours at a great price and for $25 more, they detailed the car! Don't be fooled, there's no such thing as a free windshield. If insurance pays for it too many times, the next time you try to get insured, you'll get denied. Believe me, it happened to me. Just pay cash to these guys and they'll have you in and out in 2 hours with no issues!Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys at 813 Auto Glass are legends! My driver-side power window went out on me right after I moved to Florida which was very inconvenient for me and these guys helped me install a new one in no-time. Everyone I talked to was very respectful and the price I paid was a fraction of what I was quoted by other places. Can't recommend them enough! I was driving to the store with a broken back windshield one day when the owner of 813 auto glass stopped traffic to give me his card. I finally had time to get my repair and brought it to him in the middle of a storm and he and his team did an excellent job repairing like nothing ever happened and in a timely fashion. Absolutely no. They damaged the interior headliner of my car with silicone, improperly installed the wrong piece of glass into the windshield, and left the inside dirty- covered with napkins and tools. I came in for a simple glass replacement on my car since there was a crack on the front windshield. Within a week, a leak formed and rain came into my car, destroying the interior. Took my vehicle back two more times and Hassan promised me it would be fixed. It was not, they just heavily lined it with MORE silicone and tore apart the liner. They ruined my car. Don t go here looking for a deal it s not worth it. They WILL damage your vehicle. they don t take pride in their work and will refuse a refund. I ll be taking legal action. Consider yourself warned and just go to safelite.Service: Auto windshield repair

I followed all the ridiculous instructions by a gentleman named Mike who apparently didn't communicate anything with the person who was supposed to replace the windshield at because Mike insisted that he could do it the same day yet when I called him back he didn't answer that day I called him back the next day got everything he requested and went to the address given to me and when I arrived I explained to the person that I was sent there by Mike and here's my claim information and person had no idea who Mike was and said they couldn't do the windshield replacedment with the information my told me they needed so needless to say it was a waste of time and money and effort for something that he just didn't care enough to communicate with people about resulting in him not getting any business from me or money and I would not recommend him and especially the way he talks to females on the phone is disgusting he talks over you and thinks he runs the show but I don't play that game

Got my sunroof fixed, truck washed and cleaned inside out. Said it was going to take 2 days to do everything but did it in 1 day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Broken driver side window, fixed quickly and inexpensive. $225 for the window replacement. The guys here were very helpful and professional.
