Had an awesome experience today at this Summerfield location. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible when it came to discussing my needs. The service was timely, and the customer care top-notch. Although they evaluated all of my vehicle's needs, there was no pressure to purchase additional services. I will definitely be doing business here again!!

This five star review is not solely based on the nail that was found in my tire and the generosity of this staffs repair.It s more based on the individual time, compassion and comfort Val (Store manager) demonstrated to a distraught customer before me. My observation was Outstanding Customer Service.Additionally, My experience with Paul (Service Rep),on the phone was polite, thorough and courteous. And, my face-to-face experience in the store was superb all around.I recommend Mavis Summerfield, highly and look forward to my next experience there in a couple of weeks for further work on my vehicle.

A big thanks to the manager at Mavis tire. I pulled in with a leaky valve stem and an almost flat tire. He got me in right away! And they changed both tires! Awesome service! Will definitely go back!

This place is outstanding. I would recommend this place to everyone. I went there to get an oil change and have everything looked at because my car just wasn't acting like it should, we found some major safety issues and these wonderful people fixed everything and my car is running like it brand new. They helped me out so much, and then on top of that, they gave me a huge discount. I even called other shops and asked them what they would have changed me for the same work, and it was hundreds of dollars more from what I paid. I'm am so great full for this amazing shop. I won't ever go anyplace else.

I dealt with Val, he was great.. Went there for two tires, they looked everything over, let me know what issues I had, gave me a great deal and were very knowledgeable and friendly. 100% would recommend

This place let me tell yall. Brought my truck up there to have 37s mounted when no one wanted to do them. Great price to get them done and amazing staff. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys

Extraordinary! Automotive Repair Service! MAVIS #1756So often we write about problems. But it s just as important to herald the merchants and service people that go above and beyond.Had a series of issues and problems with my car - most would have given up, or would have charged an arm and a leg-Mavis in Summerfield (store #1756) has earned my trust as the go-to for any work I ll ever need in the future.A big special thanks to the Manager, Val and workers, John and Paul, on their workmanship and made difficult problems encounter non- issues.I hope others to take the opportunity to pass business to Mavis in Summerfield.

Hi, Mavis Tires & Brakes,I was in your shop on March 11 and I mentioned to you guys that I need an oil change/ pressure.The guy told me no problem I can do it left the car here and I ll keep you updated , so I left my car at the place and drove to work in a different car ..when I was waiting for my oil change I spoke to one of the workers and he said that my car needs to be inspected and there is more issues, I told him to fix what I ask for which was only the oil change and I ll take the car to the Mini center later in order to solve the other problems.I mentioned to him that I am not interested in doing any updates to my car but only an oil change/ pressure .I was in between work and very stressed out they were supposed to charge me only $180 for an oil change and when I came to pick up my car I saw a $1736 charge on my credit card for a service I never asked for. I immediately came back to the shop they told me that they are very sorry for the situation, they knew that my English is not perfect and I m woman and with no knowledge in cars, they told me they going to check what they can do and ask me to come back tomorrow morning to get a refund. I came back this morning and spoke to the manager and he mentioned that he can t do anything to help me. This is fraud and I am giving you one last chance to give me my money back. Please let me know if There is any supervisor I can get in contact with before I take this to my bank

Val and John helped me out tremendously today. Great personalities, great sense of humor, respectful, reliable, helpful and super quick. Definitely will be coming by for my tire services from now! They're also doing a food drive and any canned foods donated is greatly appreciated! Check them out!

This company use to be tuffy's. This company is under new ownership, and under new management - Mavis. I spoke with the store manager Val. I spoke with Val and told him my experience from tuffy's. Val listened and cared that I was hesitant before because of what happened. Val reassured me the process of my services. Thank you, Val!Libby

Wow, I was lost and 2 tires with nails. Pulled in and BAM they took great care of me. Plugged both and took the time to show me how bald my tires are and gave me affordable quote on new tires I will only come here from now on!!!!!

I went here because Pep Boys was full on Hwy 42, if you go to Pep Boys you NEED a appointment.Taffy s initially they said it would be an hour and a half. I asked if I could make an appointment and come back, in a hour and a half, that was a firm no . I have a severe neurological condition, that makes everything difficult, so I decided to wait.I was surprised and happy, they managed to work me in only after 20 minutes; when I showed up, the 3 bay doors were empty and they didn t seem busy.The tire was fixed and brakes visibly checked and was was on my way in 35 minutes. If you need car repair around The Villages make sure you make an appointment, but for something like a nail in a tire it s tough to make an appointment for that. Overall I would go back to Tuffy s.

If I could give more stars I would! These guys are fantastic at their job! Fast friendly and knowledgeable! Had a nail in my tire and they got me in the shop two minutes after I arrived! On a Sunday at that! For any of your vehicle needs, come see them!

Great, honest, fast and friendly! All of the vehicles in my household have been coming here for about 6 years. They are very honest, friendly and they're willing to help you by being honest about your vehicle and what needs to be done..... Jake and Travis amazing!!! Their waiting area has also been upgraded and it looks wonderful.

This has to be the very worse, most unprofessional business I've ever been to. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. They damaged the wheel on our new infiniti and had us leave with missing lug nuts. Run, Run, Run!!!!

Ran over something while driving put on the spare are drove past Mavis pulled in and they had me back in the road in less than 15 min!! Great staff great experience will definitely comeback!!
