The staff is very courteous and their mechanics know what they're doing and they don't try to sell you things you don't need, which is very important to me. I've had it happen in another company that tried to sell me a break job when I didn't need it. They didn't know that my son is a mechanic in another profession and he assured me after checking my car that I didn't need new brakes at that time. He is actually a customer of your shop and I trust his judgment implicitly.

Front counter staff quick efficient and easy to deal with. Conversation seemed like we'd been doing business for years when it was my first visit to the location. Taking my second vehicle back for oil change and booking for its return. All future cars needs will be with this team.

The gentlemen that helped me were friendly and helpful. They told me exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I am a 76 yr old lady so their helpfulness was greatly appreciated.

Manager Brandon and Tech Kevin. I really was just shopping Sunday am. Ended up spending over $1000. Because of the skills of the forementioned. I was in retail for 40 years, from sales to district magr, to marketing and then corporate buyer..these two men know their business...Brandon is soft spoken and handles customers beautifly. He knows the answers to all the questions and knows how make. Customers happy. Kevin did a very through job on my tire install and taking care of my vehicle.. nothing but praise for these two good members of your team...would not have bought those Tires sunday morning if it wasn't for those two

Well, this time I only went in for a simple lube oil and filter, they did that with no problem but checked out everything else as well and all was good. They always do a great job.

The service I received at Tires Plus was beyond great!! The service manager, Ramon went above and beyond to take care of my need to get tires replaced On a very busy day which happened to be the day before Christmas. I had ran over a bolt that penatrated my front tire and was in an emergency situation to get my truck back on the road. My wife had just got home from the hospital and I had to have my truck to take care of her medical needs. Upon explaining my situation to Ramon he immediately went into action and was able to fit me into schedule and get me back on the road. It's employees like him that makes Tires Plus my go to store. The world needs more people like Ramon!!

Craziness.... Imagine just having a baby 20 hours ago, leaving hospital found flat. This location went completely out the way and sorted me out in record time. They did a great job at a fair price. Rarely you can give Kudos these days... Kudos and thanks again for the assist.

Well, I went on for an oil change. I bought tires 10k miles ago and since buying my car have rotated tires every 5k miles. Was told by Frank the front tires have more meat on the outside, so doing a rotation would wear the tires out earlier. Determined I want the rotation and requested my free lifetime alignment since tires are not wearing evenly. Was then told we can try to "squeeze" that I'm bit is pretty busy today. If I was paying for the alignment, I bet they could have found the time. So, after 2 hours for an oil change and rotation I was told I could schedule the alignment since it would be another hour. I was never asked if I was willing to wait another hour. I paid for lifetime alignment and get free for rotation since I bought my tires here, so I will continue to go back and use the products I prepaid for. And I was looking for my coupon when I first got there and Frank said I didn't need it. Low and behold, no coupon applied to my invoice. I have used this location for over 30 years since my first car, and I have never been treated this way before. This service appt lines up with the horror stories I hear from other tires plus stores. Hoping they can bring back staff that took care of customers whether or not they were female.

The guys went over and above I walk in at 630pm the close at 7pm the tires I wanted where at another store the mgr went and got them and guys got it done at 655pmOut standing

Ramon was super helpful. I called around noon and they have my 274/55/20 but only one. He quickly gave me an out the door quote and I showed up a cpl hours later without an appointment. He got me in and out within 30 minutes! To my surprise my bill was $40 cheaper. Ramon definitely takes care of the customer.

Great service! Got two tires, an alignment and an oil change. Made an appt online and was out of there in an hour and 30 minutes. Very professional and personable employees. Thanks guys!*UPDATE: We're pretty certain that they never changed the oil in my car. My oil light came on about a week or so ago and pulled the dip stick and it was black. I've only driven 300 miles since they supposedly changed the oil. I have since changed my 5 star review to a 1 because of this.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I work with them as an independent auto dealer. They are petty straight up with their pricing and diagnostics. From a more personable standpoint, they are pretty helpful, hospitable, and friendly. If you've not had the opportunity to do business with them yet, they're worth giving a shot to earn your business.

Ramon and his team were so helpful, upfront and honest. They helped me figure out what work I needed done on my car to get it back on the road safely while also letting me know what repairs I ll need in the future! I needed a tire at 7 am in the morning. It was my first time at this shop. I was immediately taken care of, in and out. Great, honest service with good pricing. Called and made an appointment for the next day. When I show up they say that they see where I called but never scheduled me for my appointment like they said they would and couldn t service me. 0 stars
