Update: ten minutes after spending $350 on am oil change, transmission flush and rear end differential changed, my engine stopped working. They put the wrong oil in my car and that can be the cause. Mechanic said my whole engine is trash. Sure the people were nice but I ended up having to get my car towed all the way back to California. Definitely wasn't worth the trouble it caused me.Best place I've ever been to get an oil change. Super friendly and fast. Awesome place. Anytime I'm in town this is where I'm coming

I love bringing my car here. The staff is absolutely awesome and they really make sure to keep you updated on everything that is going on with your car and what needs changed or not. Definitely recommend!

It's a little pricey but I guess you pay for the convenience. And it is super convenient! You don't even have to get out of the car. They check all your lights and wipers. They aren't pushy when making recommendations and they don't make you feel bad if you decline their recommendations. If you need a quick oil change, this is the place to go!

I have gone to Valvoline twice in the last year for an oil change . The mechanics working there are polite, efficient, explain the cost for specific service to your vehicle. The mechanic checks the air in the tires, fluid check for transmission, brakes, window washer. Ask if you need any filters replaced or wipers replaced.It took about 20 minutes to complete service .

The Sebring store is soo professional and helpful. Mr. Paul, the assistant store manager and Mr. Chico and there was another young gentleman. Made sure I got the oil change needed and got me in and out. Awesome Fast Service!

Eugenio Gino , Christopher, and Earlson took great care of my car today! The experience was 10/10 they showed me all of my filters gave me the option if I wanted to change them or not with no pressure at all. They changed my oil and checked all of my fluids as well as AC I am so grateful for them they are an awesome team to valvoline look forward to future visits :) thank you to everyone at valvoline for always being so uplifting and having positive attitudes

I had a little kitten underneath my car that wouldn't come out and I went there and 4 of them helped me get the kitten out and then one of the workers walked me over to the veterinarian place right next-door. honestly, they didn't have to help me. They didn't have to go above and beyond, it's not an oil change issue it was a kind issue! They were so phenomenal and I appreciate it very much! (And the cat got a wonderful home and I'm sure that she appreciates it to)

If damage is done to your car be these services you will need to big it back before bring it to a Machinic otherwise the investigation will be voided... so after this location gives services and you find problems you will have to risk taking it back or you have no Chase of being refunded for damages.... 13 year of my business only one mistake made cost way more in the long runPretty sure 1.5 quarts over filled blew out my valve cover gasket and rear main seal... started smoking 3 days after oil change..... I'll be doing my own oil change from now on. My car is still at Allen Jay nissan. Cost of repairs exceeds value of my car.

I've taken my car a few times to this location after a recommendation from a friend. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. No up-sales, no pressure.Gino gets an extra shout out for my transmission fluid change. Great attitude against the finicky cap. Everything appeared and seemed fine. They show you your new oil they put in along with an old and new air filter as well. Stay in your car. Probably could you some high power commercial fans in the garage as when your car is off and windows down very hot.
