This the best parts store in Sebring! The guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and they do really care about your problems, they always have some recommendations and suggestions for you. All other stores around suck!

I m a 60 year woman from out of state who knows nothing about cars. Thought I just needed a headlight. Rob recognized there was a bigger issue going on and helped me get it taken care of.I couldn t be happier with the kindness he showed me.

My husband and I went to orileys today thinking we had a battery issue and it turned out to be a starter issue. Jacob was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Awesome customer service.

On the advice of the salesman, I purchased the part for my Chrysler 300. Now my air-conditioning works perfectly. I probably saved over $1000 dollars by doing it myself. Cost for part was $170.

After spending hours looking for calipers for our oldet RV...we found them at OReillys. The guys working the counter really went above and beyond by turning our rotor...in under 2 hours. Very kind and helpful staff.

Hi my name is Kevin I drove into O'Reilly's today and a gentleman that worked there by the name of Eric he was absolutely wonderful he came outside climbed underneath my pickup truck and help me get it fixed just so I can get to the house and get back home safe he is super he is 100% perfect as long as he works at O'Reilly's that's the only place I will shop ever again as long as he's there

I went here because my engine light stayed on and they said they could do a diagnostic free to find the problem, the part that they said and wanted to sell me was not the problem! I brought my car to the dealer and it was just dirt and debris that needed to be cleaned off. Glad I didn't buy the part for $80 for nothing!

Excellent store. After shopping at O'Reilly's, for the first time in quite some time, I've learned that they sell tons of stuff I never figured of an auto parts store AND very competitive, if not better prices than online even. Not to mention if it's not stocked in the store, they'll have it delivered from their warehouse in just a matter of hours. Great staff at this store too. My new favorite auto store.

Needed what I thought was a headlight replaced and someone named Alejandro not only helped me replace them but also was very patient with me all while kids were throwing fits. Very professional worker !!!

The staff acted like they like their jobs and enjoyed waiting on customers. Not every auto parts store in that neck of the woods has that attitude. This will be my go to auto parts store from now on.

Always have had good things to say in this store...NOT TODAY. Went in for fuel line about 10 in of rubber hose. Guy tries to sl me radiator hose for $22 dollars when I have looked up cost of part from various suppliers a around avarage of$2. He said u have to cut it also whi h is no big deal but for 22 bucks FU. Went next door they cut it to size and cost $2.06. My mob machanic said this store has went down hill big time other day and this proved it absolutely terrible.

We, my husband and I, needed to identify a part that was broke on our mustang, brought it to O'Reilly's with hopes they could help. Well, Michelle, hope I spelled it correctly, she was Awesome! She identified the part and then some. Personally was amazing. Hope she's there if there is ever a need to go back!

If you want to be told something DOES NOT EXIST FOR YOUR CAR, I.E. BULBS, go next door to Auto******.IF YOU WANT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE FOLK GO SEE THE PEOPLE AT O'REILLY . Learned my lesson!!!!!!!!
