The battery in my car died. I got a jump and drove straight there after speaking to someone on the phone there. I pulled in, they got me a battery and sold me the less expensive one. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they installed the battery for me at no charge. Very friendly people and very helpful. Now I know where to go for all my auto parts needs.

I was in transit and needed a starter for my 27 year old truck. Cole's said they could have it by 4 PM that same day. At 1 PM they called and said they had managed to get it delivered early. Two hours later I was up and running again. I was well pleased.

I get most of my parts for my vehicles at Napa. Very experienced and knowledgeable personnel. Last time I was in I needed windshield wiper blades. I was joking around about wish I had somebody to put them on guess what. They put them on.

Generally they have the new parts you need.In my case a new set of 1937 Oldsmobile flat head piston rings and valve seals!

Does not stand behind their parts. Purchased a set of v belt less than 24 days ago. Store will not honor a warranty with belts and receipts present. One came apart. Another local Napa informed me that their v belts come with a limited lifetime warranty. I will be escalating this issue to corporate because this is the worst Napa Auto Parts I've ever dealt with. I'd avoid this particular store and see Craig at the Carquest down the street if you need service in the area as all the other Napa's are atleast 15 miles away. Carquest has a friendlier atmosphere and they stock a lot of parts that NAPA carries for medium duty/ commercial heavy equipment.
