0/5. These people want to sell batteries but they have the gut to charge you if they open your FOB remote control if you are not sure if you are buying. Battery over priced. Horrible service. BUY in Amazon. And then they complaint about how slow business are.

These guys really know their stuff. Very helpful and informative with getting a replacement motorcycle battery. They answered all our questions and did a great job.

Dale, Chris, Lindsey are an amazing team in the sebring location. From answering the phone to having difficulties from ordering the wrong batteries. The entire team was so responsive on making sure I got the correct batteries at a great price! Not once did I feel that nobody wanted to help me. 10/10 highly recommend!

Called and ordered a screen for my phone. I was told it would need to be ordered and would be in middle of the week. End of the week at the latest and that they would call me when it came in. I called in the middle of the week to check status. At that time they told me it had not been ordered because I did not make a deposit.At no point in any of the conversations I had with them was I told a deposit was required.That also explains why when I ordered a charging port for my phone 4 months earlier no ever called me to have it installed.I made two calls on that one to check status on the port, and again no one mentioned I needed to make a deposit before the part would be ordered.

Jake took care of us today...made me and my lil one super happy by fixing our charger for the car dvd player. He knew right away how to fix it. All it needed was a new fuse. Thank u Jake

I visited Batteries Plus to have my car battery tested and replaced if needed. I was given my options, was given recommendations and explanations of options. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Once I made my decision, my car battery was checked, replaced, and I was ready to go in 20 minutes or so. These people are so helpful and go out of their way for their customers. The warranties on their batteries are really good and easy to understand. Have shopped there before and definitely will again.

Customer service was very knowledgeable on pre visit telephone inquiry. Service person in the actual store was courteous and outgoing in working to help me select the correct battery for my mower. This company got my business because they also had the item in stock and I didn't have to wait on a mail order. Prices were reasonable.

The batteries + bulbs was very friendly and I would recommend it to anyone that needs a battery anytime even on Sunday. Very pleasant and cordial Youngman. The place to go for batteries and service.

Very friendly as well as knowledgeable. They have batteries for everything and I mean everything! My only complaint is it's on the pricey side. I guess you're paying for what you get, excellent service!!

I purchased a U1 battery online stated that if I bring in my core I would get my core charge back, when I picked up the battery they only wanted to give me $2 instead of the $10 owed, said it was an environmental fee. I recommend you buy your batteries somewhere else that is more honest with there practices. I will not shop there for batteries again. It would have been one thing if they were up front, but they lied!

I highly recommend looking here first for batteries, bulbs, cell phone screen repairs and misc relative items. Prices are great and they stand behind their work and product, store is clean and simple. The staff is always knowledgable, helpful and in good spirits. It is so refreshing to get great service with a smile from people who clearly know what they are doing and enjoy their work. The one and only down side is the location. It is an absolute nightmare to get out of the parking lot and on to 27 and even worse if you want to get turned around and head north. I have recommended this store to several people who say they will not go there simply because of the location. Shame too, because it is the right place for all kinds of things.

I went in to Batteries and Bulbs to get the battery in my iPhone replaced. Nicole assisted me and she was wonderful! I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I walked out with a new battery, installed. I also booked the appointment online and received $10 off my bill because of that. It's a great perk for sure! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The people of this location are very very friendly and helpful. That being said I will never buy anything from batteries Plus ever again. I had purchased a battery for my phone at around the cost of $40, the package said lifetime warranty. In about a year when the battery crapped out I went to get it replaced they replaced it and informed me that Batteries Plus no longer honors the lifetime warranty. I could have purchased a battery for $14 on Amazon Prime. Please don't take this as anything against the location just the corporation.

Ordered some batteries online for a good discount. When I picked them up in Sebring Fl. Location the guys were very friendly and made me smile and laugh. Great clean environment. Will recommend to anyone. Good prices. The cheapest place I could find them.

Nicole was super helpful. Though the issue was more than my battery and we weren't able to solve it. She was so nice to talk to and seemed to really care about my problem and that my phone was important to me for work and worked quickly to try and help.

I had a serious issue with my iPhone 7 that was causing problems with not being able to operate my business properly. I came to Jake and his co worker to see if he had any answers at all. I was so doubtful on getting my phone fixed and kinda hoped for the best. Within 10 minutes they had my phone up and running!!!!! I m so grateful for this amazing store and I can t believe how wonderfully helpful they were! I highly recommend this store as the place to go!!!Thank you again!Chelsea Lemay

The personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. They were able to help me with one item and I will return another day to get their assistance with my other issue. The store was very neat. Location may be the only issue for this store but I will make the effort to go there.

I love this place! It's bright and airy and has a lot of cool stuff to look at and buy. Also every time I've been in there, the staff has been so polite and outgoing. I have recommended this place to a few people!

VERY disappointed with my visit today. (5/8/18) I have shopped on many occasions before and the staff was most helpful, but apparently today they left their "helpfulness" at home. Normally, I am in no rush but today I had 3 other places to be by 1:00, but despite that I drove a couple of miles out of my way to stop by for some batteries I really needed. As I was walking in, a young man walked out and said I will be with you shortly. Even though the store is changed around I found the batteries I wanted over on the wall now, and went to the counter. And, waited. Finally, after 5 minutes or so I had to leave. As I was backing out in my car, the young man returned but now I just did not have the time to go back in. What really disappointed me however, was not the young man it was whomever was in back, yakking on the phone!! I come from the day where if you have a customer at the counter, you take care of them... you don't just keep talking to someone on the phone. So, in the end I did not get my batteries I really needed, and the store lost a sale. They are only $30, but still a sale. I don't have plans to go back there anytime soon. Next time I can just order the batteries online and have them shipped, most definitely not from Batteries Plus Bulbs

Only a witness to events. No claim of any transactions had anything to do with my own currency. Obligation to transparency fulfillment achieved, in my own opinion, read on for my account.The sales representative was very helpful in making sure that the customer was able to get every discount for the batteries that were brought in. Helped a friend replace his batteries for an APC. I pulled them out, so I increased the chances of success with putting them in by presence alone.

The attendant was rude. It took us less then 5 minutes. He barely looked at the bulb we needed and said they do not carry it. Now we would have waited if he could order itBut did not offer to even look at it. This is not the first time we have shopped there. But it will be the last. I have never gone into this type of chain store and had anyone polite assist my husband or myself.
