AAA+++ sales and service. Your treated like family here. Service department one of the best I have ever used. Being a GM guy that is One of the most important reasons I purchased my vehicle there. We moved here from Pa and glad we found each other in Sebring.. Service writer Mark on top of his game.. The service manager Gary Ferry always there to help.. and keeping things running smoothly.Service: Oil change

Tiresplus told me my truck needed to go to the dealer. I had it towed there and the service manager Mike, told me my TIRESPLUS BATTERY was dead. I needed to pick up the battery from the dealer, take it to TIRESPLUS and Jen gave me a new battery. But one week earlier my husband took the battery out of the truck. Brought it to TIRESPLUS and the said the battery was good.Come to find out Mike and Jen are like sister and brother; verbatim from Mike's mouth.Mike charged me 158$ to take the battery out and give it to me.In addition, Mike said the entire battery cable was bad and cost over 400$.My husband and I took the new battery to the truck. It was still where the tow truck left it. Hubby put the battery in my truck and i drove the truck home.It's fine and it didn't need 400$ ,off work!I bought my truck new in Broward County and then moved to Highlands County.When my truck was under warranty Alan Jay Chevrolet said it wasn't. They refused to give me the free oil change too.I took it to Huston Chevrolet in Avon Park and it was still under warranty. The fixed it under warranty.

I purchased my first car today. What a Blessing it was that I stopped by and got a Chevrolet Malibu. My credit is bad but God is good all the time and after getting help I got low payments and the friendliness and help I got from Joshua Chavis was more than anyone could ask for. My vehicle had a battery issue. Geo got me in immediately and I was out the door in less than an hour. Great service and he is super friendly!
