I was hit in a Wal Mart Parking lot, someone coming out the wrong way drove right into my drivers door! 7/4 was the date, called Alan Jay to see the process of bringing it in, he told me that it could be 4-6 weeks. Due to the rain everyday didn t take car down until following week (Mike again told me could 4-6 weeks, as LINCOLNs parts are sometimes hard to get) The person that hit me had Suspended license, gave wrong insurance info it was a mess - However When I got a call a week later from Mike with Alan Jay telling me my car was ready! WHAT - I was ecstatic! Went to pick it up the next day (they only had the car 9 days and it was ready! the Car Appears to be perfect, Mike was professional, the job they did was great, and the expectation was set to possibly take longer, thankfully everything work perfectly to get the car back to me quickly !! Would certainly Recommend Alan Jay and Mike Driggers who is the body shop manager

My brother's car was still there. I had to call and get it out of the towing gate. They were very nice on the phone. I was not physically there only on the phone and everyone was polite and satisfaction was guaranteed!

I received a recall for parts on my 1986 chevy silverado c30 they kept in touch with me every step when the day came to install it went well and faster than I thoughtPolite ,professional, service. 10 out of 10Thank you Alan jay Chevrolet
