We drove from Bradenton for the Alan Jay experience. Our local dealerships tried to rip us off, and gave us the run around. At Alan Jay we got the deal we wanted and an even better truck than we had originally planned for. We are beyond happy with the new truck and will only shop Alan Jay. So so Happy!

Loved working with Jordan to buy my new car. He was very informative. Explained all the features of the car and showed me everything and helped me move my belongings from my old car to this car which many of the many of the dealerships there salesman don t do that I really had a very good experiencebetween Jordan and James and Alex and letting me bring my little Frankie in everything worked out beautiful. Alan Jay is for their profit only. I bought a car from them almost 2 years ago and for the most part I have just had the regular hiccups with this company. I made my usual oil change but this time I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation. When I asked for the price, I was immediately hit with okay so just the oil change . I didn t know asking for a price automatically means you don t have money but nonetheless I scheduled the appointment. I have been getting free oil changes for the duration of the time I have had my car which I am thankful for but this time I had to pay. Paying is not my issue, but not once was I notified at my last appointment that I would have to pay next time, I was not notified on the call when I made my appointment but was only notified once the service was completed. I had to work so I was not able to take my car, I called the dealership after to get a better understanding and he told me information that just contradicts my experience for the last almost 2 years. He told me I only get 2 free oil changes. So how I have been getting oil changes this whole time? He couldn t answer so your guess is as good as mine. I asked him so you don t inform your clients that their warranty runs out you just wait for them to show up and tell them they have to pay my words exactly and he said yes . If I had known previously this company makes their money off of scamming their clients and not offering proper communication I would have never bought from this company. I did a little digging because I have friends who have worked for this company before and they told me that Alan Jay will purposely let a warranty run out and not tell the customer so they can gain money. I think taking advantage of the people who are keeping you in business during this economy is outrageous and they should feel ashamed of themselves. Hopefully this review will save the next person from getting scammed from Alan Jay.

Our salesman Mario was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. If he didn t know something he was humble enough to answer honestly and say, I don t know, but let me find out . And he did just that. Additionally, he was willing to listen to what WE wanted and not try to steer us somewhere else. Everyone was very kind and so easy to work with. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

Good experience overall. Salesman was friendly and helpful. All dealership staff friendly. Stock was low but found a vehicle I liked. Hoped for more from trade, but dealership did meet me in the middle. I was surprised at how quickly the transaction happened. I thought I'd have a day or two before delivery. It was immediate. Almost too quickly, but that's a high end problem. So far, dealership has been helpful and responsive.

The absolute best service. James met me at the front and showed me around the whole dealership. He was so personable and took away any dealership anxiety I had. John was an incredibly knowledgeable salesman, knew just what I wanted and showed me multiple vehicles. Mark was fantastic in finance and made the process very easy.

My husband had trouble starting his 1999 Chev. Tahoe and we had it towed to Alan Jay Chev Buick GMC on Sat. 1/27/2024. They said it would take a couple days because they were swamped. They called early Mon. and I told them what my husband thought the problem was with the car. Mark, the service guy said after they ran a diagnostic on it he'd call me back. Mark called and confirmed that the problem was what my husband had thought and said they'd have it fixed that day. Wow! we were pleasantly surprised by their fast work and professional manner. They offered to send a car for my husband so he could pick the Tahoe up that afternoon. We were so happy with their service. We bought that car (used) from them over 20 years ago and we've hardly ever had any problems with it, so we feel blessed! Thank you, Mark and the team at Alan Jay Chevrolet.

I just bought a used car from them. I had been shopping around for a while just waiting for something that I ve been looking for. I seen what I liked online so I went in with just that one car in mind, when I got there it was sold the previous day so that was a huge bummer BUT Chris Sanchez helped me find something else in my budget and what I needed and I fell even more in love with it. He was attentive, pleasant, and I was in and out pretty fast actually. From 1:30p to 4pm! Which is pretty amazing lol I expected to be there forever this process is usually really time consuming. My experience was great and Sheri was amazing too! I d recommend buying from Chris Sanchez to all my friends and family and anyone looking for a car.

I dropped the truck off two hours early, told them my problem (shaky steering wheel at 60 mph), they made a suggestion to correct the problem and performed the work same day!!!Can't ask for much more than that!! Thank you to the service advisor 'Mark' - re-balancing the tires fixed the problem!!

From the time I walked in to the time i left every one there was very polite and helpful. Them took the time to understand my situation and help me and my wife to find the right car with my trade in. The sells manger stayed on tip of it all. The whole process was very short and we drove away in our new car. I would defiantly go back to ALLEN JAY for all of my car buying and hope all will see the great people that I have made my friend.

Dropped by this evening to look at a few cars I had scoped out on the internet... no salesman showed up so I sent a text... they responded and told me If I wanted a salesmen I needed to walk in the building and ask for one... so..in we go... Sales manager met us at the door...said the salesmen were too warm during the day and he didn't want them to get a chill on a 75 degree evening..ok... no problem. Left after waiting 10 more minutes...never saw a salesman..

I have given up trying to do business with these thieves, scam artists, liars, poor business people at Alan Jay dealerships in Sebring as a whole. Do not trust them and do not give them any money. Don't even let them buy a car from you, let alone buying anything from them. They use very high pressure tactics, typical slimy used car salesman approach, and do nothing but waste your time ending up with stories of lies, deceit, and are uninterested in actually holding up their end of any deal. Stay away and travel to the coast if you need to in order to buy a car. Car. Do anything except deal with these people. They should be forced out of business and never be allowed to sell anything in Highlands County again.

I have had good car buying experiences in the past but this has been the best. Everyone I worked with from John my salesperson to Daniel the manager and Sheryl in Finance. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They guided me through the process and I felt confident in their guidance. Whether you are buying a smaller purchase or a large one, they treat everyone with the utmost value and importance. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Many thanks!! Do not. I repeat do not take your car here to have it serviced. They do not stand by their work and they do not do work properly. You ll have more problems with your vehicle when you leave then when you came.Beware

We wanted our credit union as the lender, you set us up with PNC Bank at a higher interest rate than our credit union. We had to turn around at get theBuick refinanced with our credit union. You lied about the interest rate and the terms of the loan. This was the second vehicle we bought at Alan Jay, but it will be our last.

I made an appointment for service and they gave me an appointment for two week's out,I went to the service person an told hom I needed it now he then told their booked and I'd have to leave it for the day. No way. I then made an appointment for two day's later left it with them. They told me they would call when it's ready. Never received a call when I went back to the dealer. It was done and never received not one call. I'll take it to Huston next time

I have always been so well treated here but I have to say that Mr. Mark Betscher is outstanding. I was concerned about an issue with my vehicle that we were unable to resolve ourselves and additionally too dumb to realize that attempting to just drop off my car (so they could repair when they wished) was probably a bad idea which would likely inconvenience them and I should have made an appointment instead of leaving a message when I couldn't get through. Not only did Mr. Betscher not say this or make me feel like a selfish idiot, without any prompting he fit me in the next day.This is not the first time I've received exemplary service from Mr. Betscher. In the past, he also helped me with new tires for my vehicle, which required some amount of legwork on his part. But he made something that could have been very stressful for me a smooth and easy process.I really can't say enough about him, and I am most happy to do so as someone in a supervisory position in a customer service field. He is a true asset to Chevy and Alan Jay.Thank you so much for everything!

A big shout out and thank you to Sheryl Adams, Business Manager for handling all the financial details of my 2019 Blazer purchase and explaining everything on the warranties etc and her great capabilities, experience and knowledge of her job. To David Bob e, Sales Manager for his wonderful behind the scenes to get me the best deal and for being such a nice and courteous person and to Jack Weisblat, Director of Finance working his magic with the lender to get me the best interest rate ever!!
