I would give it 5 star review, but his prices are not comparative at all, I wished I could do my shopping locally, but sadly I have to shop else where. I thank the Internet which allows me to compare prices up to 500 miles.

We recieved a add on FB. About a huge sale. Bad credit, no credit no problem. So we messaged about us having bad credit, and our situation. We were told no problem, they can still do it. So we drove 1 1/2 hours to get there . Nobody new anything about our appointment, and the sale was over. Then I asked about the trucks I had seen on the add. They no longer were there. ( Thats Bait and Switch). So we looked at another truck. Thousands over Book price. Of coarse our credit isnt good. We were told by Mike he would Exaust all efforts. I believe that was another lie. We were told it would be a all day thing, so we would be called back either way. Another lie. As far as people can see, any complaints are falling on deaf ears. Complaints of lies, bait and switch, and lack of Courtesy. And Santiago must be a punk. Instead of corp. Asking how can they help, actually do something. They have our number. Transfere that 350 truck and sell it to me from a different dealership. As advertized ( No problem.)By your response ,it seems its business as usual.

I recieved a call from alan jay corporate from a young lady named Katla I hope i spelled that right. She was very proffessionaland you could tell she was genuinely interested in who my last service was with Alan Jay Kia was I gave her alot of information . I would like to say Hats off Aan Jay you have a first rate dealership network and you have alot of great employee's like Katla thanks for your service

Bought a used ford from Alan Jay had a very good salesperson Russell was very helpful and courteous and the whole team got the sale completed in a very timely manner would recommend them to anyone
