What a great little place, they have a lot of stuff in here! They had exactly the piece I needed to fix my RV, price was right and the staff was so friendly! Never knew it was here, nice to know it's right here in town!

Amazing team and customer service. From the front staff to the owners who take pride in their business. They can t control shipping or quality of parts but they certainly do their best to make sure my RV got fixed even though my parts showed up 16 days late! My parts also showed up Incomplete and they did their best to seal and fix my parts! The ramp door came in without weather stripping. They did a great job sealing it and installing it level and square.Service: Body & Trim

I had work done recently on my Class C RV. Since the unit is older I had to do some major maintenance. The transmission was starting to slip after 128,000 miles. I also had a steering issue that needed to be checked. I tried several of the local Ford dealers and they said that they could not help me on these issues. Corey said that he could do a transmission and cooling systems service. He also took a close look at the steering issue. I have had the unit back for 3 weeks and the RV is driving like new. Better tham it has in 10 years... He also installed a new generator that runs prefectly. You need someone like Indian River RV that has the knowledge and skills to work on your unit. Thank you and your staff for professional work and great results.

Since we live in our homes it's not a big deal getting repairs done. Indian River RV has shore power set up for overnight guests while waiting for parts to arrive. I had 50 amps and water for my stay. The folks couldn't be friendlier. And they do great work. I'm very happy with the work they performed and even tho I found them through my misfortune of needing the vehicle side air conditioning. It worked out OK. I bought some much needed parts and enjoyed spending time with the folks who worked there and fellow customers. All of whom are happy with the place...

We were heading to Port Canaveral RV park to do some fishing for a few days, and coming through Vero and lost our brakes on Our BT Crusier . We were able to limp in to Indian River RV Repair , and Cody was able to diagnose the problem right away. Stephanie worked up a price and started ordering parts . They were even able to give me a place to stay . The following day they did a complete brake job, and had me back on the road that day. Thank you for a great job and the hospitality.....

I chose this business for their great reviews about being treated like family...but am VERY disappointed overall with their business. I had booked an appointment with Sonya a few weeks ago for a "trip check" on a vintage '69 camper which I recently bought for my daughter for Christmas. I was quoted $149.00 over phone and even though I knew my old gal didn't have half the things they probably check to justify that price I thought it was worth it for piece of mind/safety. I arrived yesterday on appt day and had to flag down someone to help me even though I pulled in where it said service drop off. I dropped off at 830am and at 930 am I received a call it was done and was going back the next day to meet with the mechanic as I had some questions. I went back today as planned. The mechanic came outside and was very nice and showed me what he checked and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I went back in to pay and they tried to charge me over $180.00 as there was a "supplies fee" of $10.43 (oh, and they charge when you use a credit card, a little over 3%) and of course taxes which I expected. I asked what supplies they were referring to and was told "for the tools they use to check your camper." I asked for details about that and another lady working at the desk (I assume she was a manager as she didn't introduce herself) and told my cashier Sonya to "just take it off" and the fee was removed from my bill. Oh and FYI, the tires don't get checked which I thought was odd to not check tires for a "trip check." Just saying. I was also told my brake lights and turn signal lights didn't work but when I hooked up to leave (I had asked Sonya for help to back up to hook up but no one came over to help, but thanks to my back up camera I managed) I checked them all (oh and I had to ask for help from one of their customers who had stopped to admire the camper as no employee came out to see if the lights worked) and ALL of the lights worked fine as they did yesterday before I brought it in. I definitely won't be going back and sure didn't feel like part of the family! Work on your customer service skills as they are very poor!

I called to see if they would replace the blower wheel on my air conditioner., as that was its only issue. And I had the part on hand. They were polite, but said they would only replace an entire NEW air conditioner, not just the blower wheel, about $1,600 for the unit, Plus labor, so I'm guessing they would be charging $2,300 or more, for the project. That's a no for me. I kept looking and found a mobile mechanic to replace the blower wheel. His charge for 3 hr labor? $350. And it works as good as new. I'm glad there are still people out there who can actually repair and not replace an entire unit.

Had a good run for 2 years. Then things turned real sour. My coach batteries were draining overnight. Both Coady and Wife rudely told me it was operator error . (NOT)! One year and 4 batteries later it still is not fixed. Coady was always at lunch or getting parts. Would not call me back. Stole my Airstream power cord last year with indicator light. Found it in their shop this year. So aggravated, just bought a new Airstream. Professional rip off artists. Stephanie could not have been more rude. Might add charged me $375 labor just to change macerating. Previous shop $100.Services: Electrical, Battery

Above and beyond! Went to get two propane cylinders filled and buy some keys for my RV. Stephanie the front end sales associate was able to locate a source to get them cut and delivered back to her shop. Then, my main A/C Dometic unit shut down, and I was able to buy a reasonably priced fan motor and run capacitor, turned out to be run capacitor, so all I can say is with a 95 degree weather constant here in Sebastian, FL. they have proved to be a great source for any RV issue! They work on all size units, from class A down, and will steer you in the right direction if they can't find a solution. One of the best RV stores/shops I have been too! Give em a call or stop by and visit, you won't be disappointed! Real class A service!

I recently had an appointment to take my new Keystone Montana into Camping World. Since I have had this, I have had no backing from Camping World what's so ever ( except for writing a check to CW in Berkley Ma to purchase... After that not even a phone call back for ANY issue I called on). Anyways I digress...I found Indian River RV when I went to fill a propane tank and asked if they did warranty work for Keystone. They did and now they have a customer for life!! They are the friendliest people from the customer counter, Sonia and Charlene to the service rep Stephanie and the guys working on my camper. They are what I wish I could find in all businesses. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly.I would recommend them to everyone. I live 10 minutes from a CW but will drive right past any CW to get to Indian River RV. Thanks again for a pleasant experience!

AC stopped blowing cold on our camper. Took it in for 8 am appointment not knowing what to expect. What we got was a group of employees who worked together to ensure customer satisfaction. Brand new unit, covered under warranty and on our way 3 hours later. Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Special shout out to Stephanie, Cody and Mario.

I appreciate the quality of the work Indian River RV did. In addition to some body work repair, they welded heavy steel casters under the rear bumper to prevent dragging in low areas and it works perfectly. Also replaced the AC, welded on a hitch for later bike rack, and replaced rear ladder. I d have preferred a more clean up after themselves inside but 5 stars because of the workmanship. Thanks Cody and team.

We had electrical issues with our class A, Cody the service tech was quick, found our issue and treated us professionally. Bonny the service advisor did a great job. I will take our unit back to them the next time I have an issue with our unit.

Brought my camper there after going to another service dealer which completely disappointed me. The techs at Indian River listen to what you explain to them and offer possible solutions, they work fast and accurately. Finally don't forget Stephanie. She is a pleasure to work with and always knows the status of your repairs or parts orders. One of a few places where you don't need to prepare yourself for a fight or disappointment for poor service

I think we're lucky to have this RV service business in the area. They are good at explaining your options prior to doing the work. Barring unforeseen problems encountered, the work gets done as promised and on time. They are quickly becoming our "go to" service provider for RV issues large and small. If your RV is built on a Sprinter chassis, check out Sprinter Van City in Ft. Pierce.Service: Body & Trim

I had a dash AC issue with my Diesel Pusher. I drove 100 miles from Orlando to have it serviced at Indian River RV. The folks at Indian River really take good care of me and really want to dig deep and solve the problem. This was the third RV shop that worked on this issue, and the first one to fully understand what was going on and to take the steps to fix it properly. It was worth the drive and time to take my RV there from Orlando. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and HIGHLY TRUSTWORTHY. Thanks again!!!

The techs we're great. Always busy so make an appointment. They solved my generator issue(mud daubers). Replaced Coach battery--all at a reasonable cost.

Went here for the first time to get propane in preperation for hurricane Dorian. The 2 gentleman filling tanks were very friendly and helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I went back later to see if they had the cords I would need to connect my generator to the generator interlock on my new house. Coty assisted me and with his knowledge was able to assist me in getting me what I needed. I cannot say how much I appreciated his patience and commitment to getting me just what I needed. Everyone here is friendly and willing to assist, I will be back!!!!

Really disappointed. Felt misled at every turn. Was told one thing and then the opposite. Just not trustworthy and paid over $2500 for things to not be fixed. Will go into details when at a full keyboard.

Had to make an unexpected stop, our AC quit working...that's just not going to cut it in this Florida heat so we called around and found Indian River RV. We expected to be told we would have to wait a couple days before they could get to us but instead we were in and out with a diagnosis and a fix in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to bring your RV.

Had some work done at Indian river RV of rebuilding a couple of leveling hydraulic jacks to which there was a small problem with one afterwards and they are not very easy to rebuild, but mechanic Cody took the jack home to repair on his lathe, had it repaired and done the very next morning. That is courtesy to the customer to say the least along with the work was promptly done after dropping it off. They own up to their work on repairs and at a fair price. Can t ask for any more than that. Five star service.
