Excellent service and the guys were great in getting my Tesla in last minute and doing a quick balance at the end of the day. One of the best interactions I ve had in relation to all other shops I ve been to over the years. Chris and Shane were very professional and super fast with the work. Great job! Alex helped me out up front and got me a spot in the shop same day no problem! Make it your go to spot!

Just arrived at tire kingdom thinking I d have to wait hours to get a flat repaired. The gentleman working the service desk was very nice and welcoming. He said, we can get in you right now. Wish all locations were like this. I went to another this morning and they told me to come back later in evening, even when I had an appointment.

These poor guys are working their a$$es off. My tire wasn't consistently holding air so I took it in to see if there was a leak, etc. My local store on 41 was closed so I ended up taking it to this location. The tire in question, a Continental I bought less than two years ago, is flaking. The guy working on the tire took the time to explain and show the problem to me. The extra effort and friendliness of the manager Alex was greatly appreciated!

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received at Kingdom Tire on Clark Road in Sarasota, Florida. On Monday, February 19th, 2024, I called to explain my urgent need for assistance as my tire kept going flat despite multiple attempts to inflate it. The individual on the phone was extremely brash and insisted that I had to arrive before 5 PM or they wouldn't even consider looking at it.Out of respect for their time constraints, I left work 45 minutes early, arriving promptly at 4:30 PM to ensure they had ample time to address the issue. However, within a mere 10 minutes, they callously dismissed my concerns, attributing the problem to "changing temperatures." This flippant attitude towards my safety was appalling.Just two days later, my car began to rumble and shake while driving. Upon inspecting the tire I had been worried about, I found it nearly 70% flat. Outraged by Kingdom Tire's incompetence, I sought a second opinion from Goodyear. Their assessment revealed that the tire patch, which had been previously repaired, was leaking air.This entire ordeal demonstrates Kingdom Tire's blatant disregard for customer safety and well-being. It's evident that their primary concern is clocking out on time rather than ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their patrons. This level of negligence is nothing short of an absolute disgrace.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and seek assistance elsewhere. Kingdom Tire has proven themselves unworthy of trust or patronage.

Had a nail in my Mercedes Tire and had to be fixed today, called over to Alex, he got me in at 1:00pm and took care of it right away. Back on the road in no time. Thank you Alex for the competitive and fair price and most importantly the great customer service. That s why I only go to Tire Kingdom !!Thanks to the whole team at Clark Rd. Tire Kingdom today !!!

Worst tire experience ever. Rude and disrespectful. Whoever he was even cursed at me.lost my personal and company business forever. I gave the call center my information and told me 45min. 2 hrs later I arrived and under a completely different name because of the car I was driving at the time. Never again going here. I see why this place rarely has anyone here..shame on me

This used to be our go to place to have tires mounted & balanced, especially the higher dollar rims. We could always count on TK without question, that is until they were purchased by Mavis Tire and the talented staff was gone.People of a certain age remember the Samsonite luggage commercial with the monkeys banging on luggage, I wish TK was that good.Took new tires & expensive and extremely limited availability rims to be mounted & balanced along with the TPMS calibrated, well I guess expecting a tire store to check if monitors were active before saying they re ready was too much to ask?Then brought the entire car back for them to fix the mess they created. They replaced the rims back incorrectly, normally a staggered front & rear, but they were mixed. Fixed that. Then realized the new monitors (315ghz, supposed to be 415ghz) they guaranteed to be correct weren t even close, there s more but the point has been made.Moral of the story, keep driving, this place is beyond a hot mess, regardless of how great & professional they were prior to the acquisition.

I had a great experience and Wonderful customer service. Michael was extremely helpful finding the right tires/deal for me and explained the advantages to adding roadside protection! Thanks again, I'll be back! Annnnd I have been back several times lol! And I receive excellent service each and every time! I especially appreciate Alex, at my most recent visit to this location, he was prompt thorough and very accommodating! I highly recommend this particular location if you're in the market for any tire needs!!

My go-to tire shop!! They always help a young lady out even if it s close to closing. I came by 30 mins before close, with a nail in my tire, and they made sure to help me out. Amazing guys here!

Recently I research tires at Costco & at Walmart (where they want everyone to get Goodyear Arrivas) & then I took a drive down Clark Road & stopped in two or three tire stores.The initial few tire stores along Clark Rd were barely responsive first thing on this Saturday morning. I did not get good responses.Then, I pulled in to Tire Kingdom on Clark Road & was immediately met with professional service & quality products. I purchased four Michelin Cross Climates, which are beautiful tires, for a better price than I got was offered at Costco.The store manager, Andrew, has continued to give me outstanding attention & service in the year since the purchase of the Michelin tires. I recently had an issue with the tire sensing mechanism. The Tire Kingdom the team took care of all of my issues with the tire sensors at a terrific price. Also, I've had my tires rotated at other Tire Kingdom stores with ease.I've bought tires for decades - I've bought sets at Costco of Michelins. Now? I would go to Tire Kingdom over anywhere else - especially the Clark Road in Sarasota store.

Went in for a low tire. Alex and team quickly diagnosed a puncture and quickly replaced the tire with a spare. Very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend this location!

Very disappointed! I came in early because I called and they said they were not busy for just a tire balance and rotation, which usually takes less than an hour anywhere else. Also asked if they could do their free inspection for wheel alignment. After 2-1/2 hours of waiting, all other customers come and gone that were after me, I asked again if my vehicle was ready because I had to go to work and was told to just give a few more minutes to check for the alignment. I said I couldn t wait any longer that I just needed my car back so I paid for the rotation and balancing which was $106 , about $50 more than anywhere else I ve had it done and then I was still waiting. The tech came in with my keys and gave me a dirty look. Michael was very nice and apologized. He was the only member of staff that was nice, friendly and customer oriented. First and last time here!

This is from an experience I had at the tire kingdom located at 4626 Clark Road in Sarasota FL.The only reason I give one star instead of no stars is because the price on the tires were good but everything else was awful. I went in and purchased a set of pirelli AS tires for my truck that came up to $1200. I also paid for a new battery and an alignment. After them having my truck for 8hrs. They informed me that they could not do an alignment on my vehicle and that the steering wheel would not be straight (which was straight prior to the appointment). The alignment on my truck was way worse than when I dropped it off (diagnostics pictured below). I then leave and get onto i75 and my car starts flashing that I need to service my trailer brake system, ABS system, and it automatically turned off my traction control and I could not turn it on (pictured below). None of this was an issue prior to dropping off the truck to tire kingdom. Once I got home, I then checked to see if something might be off with the battery since they replaced it. I then find that the brace that is used for my battery was not attached and was just sitting in the hood bay and my battery was just sitting in place bouncing around. This was by far the worse experience I ve ever had with a business. I had to take a day off work to go to another mechanic to have them fix all the problems that tire kingdom created02/2023I just want to update this post I did the feedback message that the owner told me to do, I have yet to get a response or any assistance from the company to fix the problem. I had to pay an additional $350 at another company to fix the problem that tire kingdom caused me,

Leaving on a trip in my RV got a flat tire the night before called my roadside assistance co who changed to my spare tire but I needed to get that flat tire repaired. Stopped in at my favorite tire dealer Tire Kingdom on Clark Rd Sarasota they determined it was defective valve stem leaking offered to fix it as a no charge courtesy and even checked air pressure in all 6 wheels to make sure it s safe for our trip.Great service great care good people to trust your tire needs to.

Amazing experience! Tire kingdom serviced my 4 runner with a great price on new tires that couldn t be found anywhere around! I also had my breaks serviced and my car runs awesome! Couldn t be happier with the experience! My car was ready in under 2 hours!

Every time I come here they are fast very nice people always give good discounts! It s the only tire place that I come to get even when I had my Tahoe and I couldn t get tires. They were the only place that I could get tires from the workers are very diligent and make sure Your satisfied

So they sell tires here...and refuse to patch a nail in one less then 3 months old. Not on the side, directly in the center of the tire. Wow. Seems to me they were too busy and would rather turn away customers who aren't in for a whole new set. You lost a customer for life.

Stopped in with a slow leak and they were able to take me in on a busy day and gave me a great price on a new tire. Didn t try to up sell on anything else which I appreciated.

Took my wife's dodge journey to get tires. As usual they didn't have the tires that were on sale. Par for the course!! Always trying to upsell stuff you don't want or need like hooking the vehicle up to code scanned without permission.

10/15/23 (Sunday) called several stores to get price on 4 tires. Was quoted a price by this Tire Kingdom. 10/16/23, since i could not reach all of the desired stores by phone on 10/15, I decided to visit all of the stores to get printouts of the pricing and confirm the quotes. The rep that I spoke to in this store quoted me a different (higher) price than the one given me on the phone the day before, and then told me they only had 2 tires in stock. Also, they did not offer a printout of the quote like the other 3 stores did. Selected a different store for our purchase and tires were installed today. Not planning on buying from Tire Kingdom in the future.

Made an appointment for 4 and arrived 8 mins behind time, the desk receptionist said they could no longer do it because it takes an hour and a half to do the job and they close at 5 but they let me make an appointment, over the phone for 4 then denied me once I arrived. Shameful
