I am from NY and Traveling in Florida. My camper got a Flat Tire and within 20 minutes of showing up the Gentleman working got right on it and got me out the door. RECOMMEND

This place is great. Today I was in a pickle and needed to have my tire patched up asap. I was able get in same day and everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was so nice. They fixed up my tire good as new. Convenient location, highly recommend!

This place is peppered with signs and placards begging for Google reviews, so here we go.I went in for routine maintenance/rotation/oil stuff. Returned the following day to pick up the car and pay. Received an invoice with just the total cost. When asked if I could be provided with an itemized list, the youngster at the counter admitted that he wasn't able to. When asked what work was actually done/needed with the car, he was only able to shrug again. When I expressed confusion and frustration, he was quick to agree with me and then went on a convincing tangent about how the Tire Kingdom management isn't concerned whatsoever with improving the service or staffing at the location. I paid my bill and left, not knowing, and having no record of what had been done. However, I was able to keep this informative souvenir for my window. I came in to replace a tail light and a tire rotation. The man working the front desk told me it wasn t my light bulb that I needed a part that would cost me $385. I told them I would have to take it for a second opinion. A friend who is a mechanic told me this part was not necessary and is working perfectly fine with a new light bulb. It is poor business to try and scam people to spend more money. I will never take my car back here nor will I ever recommend this establishment

I've been coming to this Tire Kingdom location since 2012 and after reading some of the negative reviews I figured I'd chime in after leaving the center today. Yes there's been times in the past that they seemed too busy to care, understaffed, or rushed, but as of the last few visits I've had that's not the case anymore. Today my visit, on a rainy Sunday, I had an excellent service technician/advisor named Joey who was superb, friendly showed he care, and treated me like gold on a day where most shops would be closed. The culture at this location is superb and I'd ignore the noise of any bad reviews from years ago. it's 2024 and these guys are good!

Courtney and Bud totally exceeded my expectations I have been a tire kingdom customer digit several and this kind of service is the reason why. I travel a lot being a route sales rep and need a dependable service shop like this one

I went to this Tire Kingdom today for four new tires and an alignment. I worked with April and Courtney inside and then saw them working out in the shop too! Get er done girls! This is what service is about! Thanks for getting me right in and taking such great care of me! I will refer my friends.

When in for oil change/ tire rotation got coupon for $20 Valvoline rebate. Tried registering this last night and today. No luck. Called Valvoline and was told Tire Kingdom nor Mavis had signed up! So, we\re out of luck on the promo! What a way to run a business!!The business responded. But, I've already wasted too much time so far for a $20 rebate.

My second time here, I got a new spare and an oil change from Jack who did a fabulous job and cut me a discount. I was able to reschedule last minute and was given a priority time frame for getting the work done. Will certainly be coming back whenever I need more automotive maintenance!

I was in Sarasota for a business trip. Got nail in my tire. I spent a long time on the phone looking for a place to fix my tire. No one can help, either they have no time or no tire. This place was absolutely awesome. They had the tire and I was back on the road 30 minutes later, very happy. Bud Desai the manager there, was very helpful and professional.

I have been going to this exact location of Tire Kingdom for a long time with my vehicles. Each time I go, the service gets worse. Their customer service was never friendly or even acknowledge that I was there until they were done with what they were doing on the computer. I had a 9am appointment to drop off to check brakea and tires(big mistake to drop off and not stay) and they never called with an update. At the end of the day I called and they said they couldn't get to it til the next day. When I picked up my car the next day, they weren't even at the desk and they helped someone else that came in after me when they did finally come in. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

This place needs to get their stuff together. The heavy set older guy that works the front is rude and I saw him argue with multiple customers. I saw two customers walk out because of him. he has zero customer service skills. I brought my car in for 4 tires, was told there was a 40,000 warranty then after i pay he said zero warranty. I wanted to get my brakes checked then replaced and they already had the new tires on the car getting ready to back it out and i asked him how will y all check the brakes and replace them if your pulling it out. he said i don t know let me go ask. I said don t worry about it and cancel my alignment as well. I m taking my business else where. this guy lost 4-5 customers just in a matter of hours. get rid of that guy. he worked the front counter on Wednesday 12/27/23. he is terrible. I have a recording of him arguing with a customer as well!

This location has taken care of us in the past but after our last 2 experiences there, we will NOT be coming back. Not only did the service that was promised to be completed in an hour wasn t event started 3.5 hours after our appointment, we were quoted $29.99 for the oil change and there was an advertised $10 discount on the website. Instead, we walked out paying $50 as apparently the quoted price did not include labor, or oil or other necessary parts. Very misleading- bad business!!! When asked about it, the representative became very hostile and rude. There is absolutely no excuse for quoting a price for a service at time car is dropped off and charging DOUBLE after it is completed.

I have brought my vehicles in here and gotten tires and different parts done.. recently I brought my Jeep in and the team here is excellent. They worked with me explaining every detail that needed to be done and what was wrong and why it needed to be done and offered financing. I would definitely recommend this place.. customer service is extremely top rate and also their work...Bud Desai the manager is wonderful and Tyler the assistant manager also is wonderful. They are a great team

If I could give zero stars I would. Bait and switch pricing with no disclosure of additional fees. Don t bother making an appointment because they won t pull your car in to work on it for about an hour. Technician goes on lunch? Hope you brought yours because you re going to sit and wait while he eats. Front of house employees treat you as an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. This place is terrible and I d rather pay more money for honest pricing, and a decent customer experience. Stay away!

What should have been a simple flat tire replacement turned into a fiasco thanks to improperly remounting my wheel, overtightening it and damaging the rotor. TK s technician couldn t figure out what the noise was when I brought it back to them, but my experienced mechanic figured it out right away. Manager wouldn t own up to it and make it right. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place.

Brought my Nissan Murano in Fridaymorning at 9am for a leak in rear tire, tire rotation, oil change, replace brake light and brake pads.At 4:30 , called and was told they hadn't had time to get to it but would be able to first thing on Saturday. At 11:30 they called and said it was done. When we got there, ae were told the bill was $118.00. That seemed ridiculously low for the service that was supposed to be done. When we questioned her, she was nice and said she would go check.We went out to the car and discovered the brake light had not been replaced, the tire was very low in rear and obviously had not being changed or rotated. The serviceman came out and said he couldn't find the lug lock so he didn't do anything and was too busy to tell the desk. Nothing had been done and on our windshield it doesn't say synthetic oil was used.There are so many things wrong with what happened, but it is a major issue when problems are said they were fixed and they were not.This is a business we will no longer trust and will never go to again.

I came in last night for a nail in my tire. I was greeted by Joey who got me in and out in a timely matter. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Joey for outstanding customer service.

Came in initially for an oil change and an employee noticed my brake light was out and offered to fix it as well in the same session. Great service and very nice people.

First experience with Tire Kingdom. Stay away if you can! Terrible experience all around. They rush you to bring your vehicle in just to have you wait 3hrs to change 1 tire. Multiple other customers with appointments waiting over 3hrs as well just on the day I was there. Front desk complaining the entire time about their jobs. We will never be back to this location or any other Tire Kingdom for that matter.

We were traveling on a Sunday to Virginia and realized we had picked up a nail in our tire. The guy at Tire Kingdom literally saved the day. We pulled in at 10:30 and was back on the road by 11am. This shop is close to our home. Carries a substantial invintory and has well trained, friendly staff to get you into the right tires. I wish they provided tire rotation as part of the package but they will do it if you have the time.

So my 80-year old parents got a flat tire on the freeway and I had to find a new tire on New Year's Eve to save their day. With most of the smaller shops in town closed, I turned to Tire Kingdom (specifically the one off of Fruitville near Lowe's and Target). Thank God, St. Joseph (Joey) was there to help me. Not only was the flat tire not damaged, but Joey repaired the valve stem for a very nominal cost...free. You read that right, free. I rarely write reviews, but when I do, I hope they count. St. Joey was knowledgable, courteous, efficient and was working both the front desk telephones as well as in the mechanic's bay, side by side with the other mechanic. He handled 3-4 customers in the time it took him to fix my tire and I watched him handle each person's issues with alacrity (cheerful readiness). If I had an applicable business, I would have offered Joey a job on the spot and stolen him from Tire Kingdom--he was that good. Thank you, Joey--you made my New Near's Eve more memorable than any party or "ball drop" in a long time. Can't say enough good things about St. Joey and Tire Kingdom on Fruitville. Best, Dana

Deshawn helped my friend with her tire. Took time to check the tire for damage and carefully filled the tire pressure correctly. While the tire had been all but flat he enabled her to go home safely. He's a super person! He deserves a raise!

I went and got one of the tires on my jeep replaced and everything was amazing!!! Jack was the one that took care of us, and You went over the top to satisfy our needs. We will definitely be back.

Today in the morning I had an incident with the tire of my vehicle when we went out for breakfast my family noticed that our rear tire was flat we looked for the nearest tire and I got Tire Kingdom in fruit ville we were taken care of by this young man named Joey excellent human and honest service I recommend it 100%

Hello! Just wanted to come on here a say I m absolutely appalled by the service we got here at tire kingdom. We are a tree service down here helping out with hurricane Ian relief work and are out of town and stopped in to see if they could just swap a tire from one rim to another cause we blew one out on the side of the interstate. But we were greeted with rudeness and told it would take a day no worries tho we got treated with the right service down the road.

Can t do zero stars.I d rather push my car than go back there.Flatly refused to aid with road hazard claim.Scratched my wheel. Didn t clean my wheel. Left greasy handprints all over the door.Argued with me about condition of my wheel.Rude and dismissive.Happened at Atlanta location as well.Worst auto business I ve encountered.Steer clear of this business.
