I ve been here for standard service twice and the process has been great. Junior has provided exceptional and professional service both times. We had a complex issue with my front seat heaters also, Junior and Jeremy were happy to help try to resolve my issue and worked through it for a couple days while I had a loaner. Thank you for everything!

I had to have my car towed & called Guy, at Infiniti. He said to have them bring it right in & he had it repaired & ready to go in 1 1/2 days!He is such a great man, genuinely cares & does his very best to accommodate me!Ryan Rutherford has the same honesty & values as Guy!The sweet gal that answered my call & patiently listened to me, obviously detected my stress in my voice & my words. She was so sweet & understanding & calmed me down in a BIG way! She also checked me out after the repairs were completed. Came in for an oil change. They checked everything. Didn't really need any routine maintenance but they were pretty thorough. I got a wiper for my back window and that was about it. My favorite part is they washed my car!

The service person was very friendly and respectful. But the dealer I went to for years in Chantilly, VA always washed, vacuumed and cleaned the seats and dash even with only an oil change. A little disappointing considering the cost of doing business here.

Had a very pleasant experience with Infiniti of Sarasota. Getting an appointment was fast and accomodating. A loaner car was offered. All work performed as stated and estimated prior to any work being done. Would return for service in the future.

Ended up making a last minute appointment for service and was surprised I got one for day-of. The associate that greeted me seemed a little annoyed at first but after that the service and friendliness of the staff was great. I'm very pleased with the service department, parts department and even the few sales personnel I talked with while at the dealership. My service writer, Guy was awesome and great to work with. I decided to make the 65 mile drive to the Sarasota Infiniti because they came highly recommended by another customer and they did not disappoint! Thank you Infiniti of Sarasota for the stellar service!

Excellent service. Usually my car is returned to me in a lot better condition.I do have a question about my bill. I purchased 4 new tires on 9/18. And I paid new tire fee. I brought my car in on 10/17 for an oil change & was charged $10 for new tire fee. The only request I had besides the oil change was to Check the air pressure on my new tires.Why am I paying new tire fees twice? I trust the advisor but don t know what new tire fees have to do with an oil change.I didn t go over my bill closely because I had to pick up my family at the airport. Please let me know about this.Service: Oil change

Paul, my service manager was great. He got me a loaner car even though I just called with my car problem that morning. Went above and beyond fixing my lift gate problem. Let me keep the loaner the entire time. I was in the middle of moving. This Infiniti dealership is wonderful.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The issue with my infiniti and the roof issues were fixed. The power windows were affected some how and before would open an inch upon opening the door and then would close after the door was shut, this no longer works that way. I have to open and close the window using the window switch.

I recommend anyone that has an infinity to drive to Sarasota for service and to make sure they ask for Guy. Service always great, they take good care of me and my car.

This was my first visit. This place had a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of space in the waiting area which allowed me to work as I waited. I received updates on the progress of my vehicle service. It may sound obvious, but I was also provided a receipt for the work done on my car. The prior Infiniti location that I visited 3 times did not without me asking. Guy, my service advisory, was awesome. I will definitely continue to use the Sarasota location for my service needs.Service: Battery

I have been a happy customer at INFINITI of Sarasota since 2018. Every aspect of this dealership is 5* They make sure that you are 100% satisfied whether shopping for a new vehicle or in for scheduled maintenance. Did I mention I LOVE my Q60?!

I cannot say enough good things about this service department!To start with, I took my car to another Infiniti dealership for a checkup since it has 113,000 miles on it. I also had an issue with the car hesitating to go sometimes which seemed like it could be the turbos going out again. The other dealership quoted about $10,000 in work that my car needed, which I knew wasn't accurate because I keep impeccable records for my car and I know what my car has had done and when, so they were quoting things that would need to be done for a car that has never been maintained. They also didn't address the issues that I was having within that $10,000 quote.Fast forward to the day that I decided to try the Sarasota Infiniti dealership. I showed them everything that the Tampa dealership said that my car needed. After they looked over my vehicle, they actually brought me back into the service bay so that I could see myself that the things that I was told wrong were not wrong at all.They even were able to determine that I was right about my turbos and that I needed new ones. That was covered with my warranty (thankfully).After my car was serviced, I blew a tire, had my car towed to Sarasota even though there are two other dealerships closer to me because I now trust Jeremy (service manager) and the rest of his amazing group to take care of everything.If you want to take your car where the people are honest and will treat you fairly and with respect, then skip all the other Infiniti dealerships and head to Sarasota.Thank you to Jeremy, Doug and the head technician for taking the time to teach me about my car, for taking care of my car and maybe most importantly, doing all of that honestly and with the utmost integrity.

Other than being told on the phone I didn't need an appointment, there was same day service for an oil & filter change, but when I got there I was initially told I needed to make an appointment.When the first person seemed to complain to a boss, suddenly I was told of course I they would do my oil and filter change and don't worry about it. He was wonderful but now I'm not sure whether I need to make an appointment in advance? We she see on the next service call.Other than this everything was completed wonderfully.Service: Oil change
