Recently took my '97 Z3 to the Lakewood Ranch facility. This service center is first class. Super clean and professional. Erik, the service advisor, was communicative and kept me up to speed on the status throughout. Very transparent with photos to document and explain everything being done. They will continue to get my repeat business. High comfort level with giving them my car.

I brought in my car that had a slight vibration in the steering wheel at speed. They did a quick diagnosis and found the suspension was fine but the wheel weights looked off since they were on the opposite side to the marks on the rim. The car had new tires put on at another shop before I bought it and their tech must have done it wrong because after the guys Elite road forced balanced them, the ride was smooth as butter! So happy for the quick turnaround and smooth ride!

I have a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire with just 6,000 miles. I had a problem with draw down on the battery. I came back from a vacation to a completely dead battery. I brought it to Elite after two other specialty repair shops ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong. They said that it may be my after market radio that I had installed. Of course I was charged by the other shops for no solution just it may be . Elite took on the task and within a couple of hours they ran diagnostics, found the problem and corrected the issue. Elite is the only shop that will do any repairs on my Crossfire. Elite is excellent. 5 star experience.

Like most I assume - I found elite motors through Jamie s YouTube page. So I already had high confidence going in.This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. Staff was amazing and incredibly attentive to their work. They also quoted me a hundred dollar less than Audi! I was also floored of how great the quality of their work was - the images they provided of parts - truly felt transparent. They went out of their way for what they were supposed to do. I loved that they washed my car and the little gift they left me. Christine was great to work with Dang, now I m considering to move to Sarasota. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Excellent experience from drop-off to pick-up! Racheal was so nice and friendly and everyone I encountered was friendly. Incredibly clean shop and entry area. My Range Rover received service and additional updates which took about 4 hours to complete. However it was done with expertise and a car wash as well. The complimentary Uber was a great touch... its the go-to place for "elite" vehicles.

Service was tremendous. Scheduling appt was fast and easy. They kept me updated throughout the oil change. Received complete inspection of BMW with pictures and videos. Everything was top notch. Will definitely return for future service. Would highly recommend them to anyone who really loves their vehicle.

Elite Motor Works is a high quality company and customer service is a top priority. My Audi needed extensive A/C repairs and when I called I was able to bring my car in the next morning. Peter did a great job of keeping me updated during the service of the vehicle. The mechanics did a wonderful job and the A/C works perfectly now. Plus the car was spotless when I picked it up. Well worth the drive from Venice. An all around excellent experience.

This is absolutely the BEST PLACE we have taken our cars. Their prices are the best...all of their employees are courteous and friendly...and most of all, they do their absolute best to assist and please their customers. I have a Porsche 911 and the battery was completely dead. They sent men to my home to charge the battery and drive it to their shop. I am still amazed at the way they treated me. And...they brought my car back to my home! They are the BEST!!!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Elite Motor Works is one of those special performance shops that really needs to be explored by International and fabricated car enthusiasts.. Peter (the on-site Elite Manager) and Rachel truly run a first class operation and front office. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and has the means to quickly address your issues and/or solve your mechanical modifications.Of more significance, Elite s mechanical staff is one of the best I have ever seen, in many years. Mechanically sound and savy with respect to International and fabricated cars. Joe (who worked on my car) is very thorough and knowledgeable, with mechanical skills that allows him to go well beyond the standard practices. Great mechanic, highly recommend his skill set!Of more significance, Elite s skills set and knowledge doesn t stop there, with everyone at Elite being top niche and easy to approach with your issues and/or modifications.Very clean and professional looking shop! Romao and his team came through for me, provided excellent service and expertise, and gained a new customer. In November 2022, I took a 2021 BMW 540xi on an overnight test drive from the dealer and wanted to have a PPI / pre-purchase inspection the next morning. Elite was a referral of a referral and I explained the time urgency. Understanding the time-sensitivity Romao worked me into the schedule. He personally looked at the car, his mechanic took it for a test drive, put up on the lift and spent almost and hour with it, checking it inside and out. They checked to make sure it was not in a previous accident, if it needed any repair or maintenance, checked the Carfax, and gave their overall rating of the vehicle.This shop specializes in European cars and in fact some of his mechanics are experts specific to Mercedes, Audi, BMW Porsche, etc, and that s all they work on. I had complete peace of mind after my appointment, and bought the car that afternoon. You will also receive a written email report detailing the inspection and any recommendations. I live in Fort Myers but will make the trip to Elite when I need maintenance for my BMW. If you have a European car, next time you need something, a pre-purchase inspection, repair, even just an oil change, call or visit their shop and speak with Romao. My Mini needed some attention to a pesky half engine alert. Another garage couldn t find the solution. Glad I came here. Jake was great with communication and clear with details. My car runs like it was brand new again. Didn t realize it s poor performance until Elite fixed it. They even arranged for Uber as I had to leave car at garage. Also washed car. The only place I was take my BMW to have serviced. Honest and reliable service and a real pleasure to work with. They did some diagnostics on my X3 I purchased from a shady used car Dealer that had some brake issues and a coolant leaks I wasn't aware of. The repairs were done in a timely manner I was kept aware of the progress throughout. They even looked at the car again when I was convinced that the trans. was acting up and they assured me that there is nothing wrong with the trans. after multiple tests and checks. Peter was my service advisor and he was knowledgeable, responsive and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend these guys.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake replacement, Battery

I needed tires badly on my 2016 Charger. I called in and tires were ordered and an appointment was set. Peter communicated with me every step of the way from when the car was written up until it was finished. Very impressive service. I need to update my review (3/22/24):*Absolutely stellar service by Christine, the service advisor at the front desk. Her mannerism and professionalism are second to none, made me feel completely at ease. She's incredibly patient, both on the phone and in person, has impeccable manners and a genuinely friendly smile - and she manages to do it all with unparalleled grace. Christine went above and beyond, which not only increased my appreciation for her, but also for her team and the shop in general.In an industry where trust and transparency can sometimes be in short supply, their honesty and integrity are a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend their services highly enough.*Talk about excellent customer service! They genuinely care about their clients and explain everything in detail before starting to work on the car. They let me know exactly what needed to be done and why. They gave me a time frame for the repairs to be done and they were on time. I'm so happy and grateful for their care of and honesty. Glad I found my go to place for my car.

Amazing service! I ve had such bad luck with mechanics. I was very stressed trying to find a place to work on my VW. I gave Elite a try and they did not disappoint! They were so kind from start to finish. Recommended additional fixes needed without pressure. I will definitely go to them moving forward. The car was returned many days later than promised. More explanation was needed as to why this was happening. I had to pester for updates.To top off all this lack of communication, they performed bodywork on the vehicle without my consent. However, they did not charge me for this work.I will not be returning to Elite Motor Works.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Had my 2019 Audi RS5 chipped (APR Stage 1) and upgraded the brake rotors and pads. Sensational! Performance is perfect for aggressive/enthusiastic street driving. But as good as the performance is, the customer service is even better! Simply outstanding. Brought in my van in person w/o making an appointment because it seemed like most Auto shops would only stick to easy, predictable routine work and wouldn t even address special cases, listen or LOOK at the unique work that i needed to get done.However, Elite Motor Works took the time to see if they could do the work and shortly afterwards were able to help me and took in the van the very same day.Appreciated that they even looked at the work after others had turned me away and told me they do not work on my type of vehicle. Perhaps didn t want to risk the unfamiliar work.Elite Motor Works took the extra effort and went above and beyond. They assured me they would take care of me after looking at the unique parts to be installed and after deciding it was doable. Also, a fair assessment of how much actual labor it would take since they normally don t do this type of install. Elite even dropped me off at my hotel, since I was on vacation and called me couple hours later when they finished the R&R. The total cost was as told and as expected.Clean office and waiting area. Quality expert customer service and I had a great experience !!! Thanks everyone !!

I bought a 2012 mini cooper not sure what i was getting into ,but Elite motor works has help me spend a little cash getting this car safe and running so i can have a reliable car for a long time. They take pictures of what is wrong and show you that they have fix it. Thank you crew for all that you have done. Awesome people here, Neal answered all the questions I had about the coilovers I was looking into and ultimately helped me decide, and Gordon is the one who recommended this shop to me and helped me schedule everything. Everyone here is professional, trustworthy, and happy to help. Work is done quickly and with care, along with it being cheaper than the dealer/ surrounding shops. Jake was good. Prices are high. Spent $4600 then they forgot to wash the car that was covered in grime and greasy prints. However I won't hesitate to go again. Just have to remind them to clean up after urselves. Please

This was my first time using Elite Motor Works, having recently moved into the area. I had been looking for a shop for my classic BMW and a friend alerted me to Elite Motor Works. I contacted them and was pleased with the professionalism on the phone, so I made an appointment for an A/C recharge. I was greeted promptly and politely, the car was taken into the shop quickly and the service was performed thoroughly and without problems. They diagnosed and repaired a small leak and the A/C blows nice and cold again. The waiting area is clean and welcoming for those waiting during service and Romao was terrific in keeping me informed as to the progress while I waited and with followup after. I will definitely return for my regular maintenance needs or any repairs that may be needed in the future.Service: Air conditioning
