I've used caliber before in Bradenton and had an excellent experience. My experience at Sarasota was not quite as good as appointments were missed, parts not ordered in a timely manner, and the entire repair took about two and a half weeks longer than expected. The good news is the quality of work both times was excellent once I finally got the car back

Caliber Collision does pristine work. They offer timely and accurate repair work. Caliber collision offered regular updates on my repair work. The bodywork was incredible. They cleaned my car before they returned it. Caliber Collision is so confident in the work they do that they offer a lifetime guarantee. Why would anyone go anywhere else? I hope I don t need them again, but if I do, I won t go anywhere else.

I went there and the staff was very helpful for the most part. The most helpful by far was Kaylon (their service advisor). He made sure my car was in great condition before returning it to me. I got treated like family by him instead of like a customer.

Don t believe all reviews of this shop are real this is a real review. Craftsmanship (5 star) is very good but unfortunately management (1 star)of location is not. You should expect multiple missed deadlines and poor communication. Will not bring business back here ever again. That is why this is a 3 star review.

Excellent customer service, they do fantastic work. They kept me informed and when I picked up my vehicle it was so clean inside and out! I highly recommend this collision shop to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

This is the second time that I have used Caliber Collision for auto body repair. The first was 10 years ago, and the second was this month (09/23).I chose Caliber Collision because of my great experience 10 years ago. Once again, they did not disappoint.They dealt directly with my insurance company with the estimate, making my payment of only my deductible simple. They helped coordinate a rental car with Enterprise, for which the insurance again paid directly. The rental car was great (I think I like it better than my car!), with a simple pick-up and drop-off.Maria at Caliber walked me through the steps of the repair process, describing why it would take 15 days. It actually took only 13 days. They contacted me with status reports every several days.Best of all, the repair looks great! You can't tell where the damage was, and the paint match is perfect. Great service and great results!

The best body work I ve seen and had done! Caliber was able to restore my car as if it just came off the factory line! Not to mention the staff was beyond friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns I had and made me feel at ease. Ten out of ten would highly recommend caliber to all friends and family! THEFT - I came to this shop 10 days ago, and they had my car for 3 days and stole my very nice Canon camera out of my glove box.It was my own stupidity leaving it in there, and I don t think the manager (Mike) was involved, but they had access to my keys for 3 days.I gave them 10 days to return the camera, and now that they haven t I ve resorted to police reports and formal complaints.Do not come here

My experience with them has been great. I unfortunately missed my appointment slot, but they were so kind to still take care of me, and have made everything very easy.It is a long wait time to take it to them, but once they get it, it's a lot faster than they estimate.As of now the repair looks to have been done perfectly and I have had a good experience. Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful along the process!

After someone ran through the back of my brand new vehicle I was referred to the Collision Center for the repairs. After making an appointment to drop off my vehicle they called a couple days later to get me in earlier. Maria was awesome!!!!! Best customer service anywhere. My vehicle was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and Maria called me regularly to keep me apprised of the progress. I highly recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber does good work. If it's completely right, they'll make it right. They stand behind their work. USAA insurance has directed us to Caliber twice now. Their easy to work with.

Caliber Collision provided a thorough estimate. They scheduled my repair; and were able to fit me in earlier than expected. They kept me informed every step of the way. My truck was delivered to me two days earlier than anticipated. The damage was perfectly repaired and my truck was clean. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault in May of this year. The impact did significant damage to the Vehicle's suspension, Body and far more things we couldn't see visually until repairs were begun. Everyone involved at Caliber went above and beyond attempting to get the car back on the road - the process was long due to the pandemic but I was informed EVERY week of the progress and what to expect. Special thanks to Gidget, Karen, Kevin, Gary and everyone else involved behind the scenes! Had our car repaired after being rear ended. Repairs are great. We paid our $1,000 deductible and then found out that our insurance company paid 100% of the repair bill. Its been over 3 weeks with multiple calls in my attempt to get our deductible refunded. Was told on my last call that i needed to go back into the shop to get the refund on my credit card. I drove 30 minutes to see them yesterday just to be told that the GM wasn't available and she was the only person who knows how to process a refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I've asked for a check on repeated occasions and was told they wouldn't send me a check. This is HORRIBLE customer service and to think that a GM doesn't cross train employees is irresponsible. Go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Karen was very helpful throughout this process. She continuously kept us updated on the status of our vehicle. The estimated time for repair was about a month, but we dropped the car off on Monday morning and got it back that Friday afternoon. When the vehicle was returned to us, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and shiny our car looked. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I chose this Caliber location because of its high ratings by customers. I have a special edition Mustang I wanted to be treated as such. They did not disappoint! Best collision repair business I have actually felt comfortable with in a long time. Excellent communication and attention detail. My (very sweet and apologetic) neighbor backed her Silverado into the passenger side door of my Mustang and the entire door needed replacing. I was skeptical of other shops due to bad reviews and this shop definitely did not disappoint. The good reviews were true and I m so happy I chose to go with this location even though it took a bit longer to get an available appointment. The customer service was top notch! All the ladies who work up front were so sweet, so helpful and empathetic to my situation. I truly felt cared for. The work they did was STUNNING!!! I don t know if I just have rose colored glasses on after being without my car (and driving around with a destroyed door for months) but I think my car may look better now than it did before it got hit lol. They also (either unknowingly or out of the kindness of their hearts) fixed a dent on the driver s side rear quarter panel when they reset my rear bumper and I didn t even notice until I got home! What a pleasant surprise!!! On top of everything they kept me updated on the status of my repairs every step of the way and my vehicle was finished a full 4-5 days before originally expected. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. Compared to other shops in the area this one seems to be busier and it can take a while to get seen. For example my vehicle was hit at the end of October 2022 and my vehicle was just repaired on March 24th 2023 (I was not without a vehicle that entire time they only had my car for like 9 days and I was given a rental) but it was absolutely worth the wait. Lack of communication with their facility. Was receiving texts only for updates. Don t rely upon this information. I would suggest you either call or more likely go down there. Although the story will change as to what is needed to be fixed. Lack of communication and incorrect information given.

Karen was absolutely amazing in keeping me updated and informed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the week. When I first brought my car to Caliber Collisions I thought my car was totaled but the team did better than a perfect job and returned the car back to me better than when I first bought the car and even saved me some money. Went in for a tail light and bumper and my car no longer starts, they said I need to replace the battery. I had no issue with it before the repair, driving it to the tow truck, or offloading it. Maybe it did reach the end of its life cycle while it was there but its really odd I went from a fully working battery to a brick that wont hold a charge over the week it was with them. As for the repair there are multiple new dents where they had to repair the bumper so it will most likely have to go back for that as well.

I never would have anticipated needing my car repaired would be a pleasant experience. My adjuster, Karen, was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and efficient, she kept me up to date on the process and the work was completed sooner than anticipated. My vehicle looked amazing and they even went the extra mile and repaired my dented license plate.Donna at the front desk was so patient and friendly as she assisted me with scheduling appointments and my rental car and even went to search my vehicle for something I left there.If you need any work done, I highly recommend the Caliber Collision on N. Had a small fender bender. Selected Caliber since they were one of the shops recommended by my insurance company and they were relatively close. I was impressed by their service people who were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the repair process. The car was ready ahead of schedule and the repair is perfect.
