To get right to the point, if you're like me and you have a modest income and an older model BMW, don't come here for service work because trust me when I say that you're not gonna be able to afford it. However... If you're looking for a top notch group of BMW techs that'll do some damn good diagnostic work on your car to figure out what's wrong with it so you can fix it yourself, then come here. Not even the independent euro shops in the area do as good diagnostic work as these guys do. The parts department also had most of what I needed to fix it myself, and the parts were reasonably priced, being only slightly cheaper online. Sadly I can only give 4/5 stars due to the fact that the prices for repair work here are absolutely egregious and completely unrealistic.

I have owned a BMW for nearly five years, and the service department has usually been mostly helpful and courteous. Although the last few visits we ve been told various things likely need to be addressed/serviced and then in follow up visits they interestingly are not mentioned. Aside - this review was for today s service (a simple oil change) which started poorly right from the start dropping off my vehicle. The man at the kiosk was rude and dismissive - I was dropping off my vehicle as my husband was there to pick me up, so I used the self service check in (as Ive done in the past). The drop off kiosk guy treated me like I was dumb for doing that and had me fill out a paper form anyways, telling me the self service check in is only if you wait for your car - even though it has an obvious option to select drop off. This wasnt that big of a deal but was definitely poor taste and a bad first impression for a service visit. My service advisor later advised me that in addition to the oil change, the service techs found something that needed to be addressed - replacing engine mounts. I agreed to this expensive add-on, and had some other back and forth with my advisor but she never told me that there is now an additional fee for using a credit card (we learned later at pick up). I also usually get an invoice via email and the option to pay online, none of which happened. And my service advisor quit responding to my messages asking what time I could pick up my vehicle. When we got there to pickup, she was no where to be found. This all wasnt too terrible just a bit irritating and unprofessional. The final straw though - the girl stepping in to help us charged my credit card $22,000 instead of $2,200. It is supposedly being fixed but what a circus and bad service experience. My husband is ready to trade in and go somewhere else.

Truly not a fan of the way I am treated compared to everyone I sit around. Usually I make the first appointment available for the day. I ll easily spend 4 hours waiting on an oil change and a simple car wash with a 2 minute vacuum. 3 hours without the car wash. After being at this location for 7 years, you d think I d find one good advisor, but their all too concerned about making commission to remember your face or greet you the same no matter you age or race. It s quite interesting to see how differently I am approached. I worked I a dealership so I understand how things run. Also I have a lot of questions, which shouldn t be a problem considering good associates will have or find the answer. Unfortunately I ve been through so many advisors and everyone I actually enjoy working with leaves. Can t be a coincidence can it?

Juan in service was excellent. Ensured the job got done with little impact on us waiting for repair. We had uber service to and from local restaurant while our car was Serviced.

I cannot say enough good things about this BMW Service Center. Andy kept me informed on the service status of my car. When the speed of the service wasn t going as expected due to dealership capacity Chong Lee, the service director step in and followed through as promised. When the service center gives its word they follow through. I was robbed and taken advantage of if I could give less than one star I would. They lie and tell you all kinds of things wrong to get more money out of you. They lied and said they replaced numerous things when I got another mechanic to look at my car and tell me the truth. They charged me $1300 for one ignition coil. Shame on you. I would not take my car here to get a car wash let alone worked on ever againServices: Engine repair, Oil change

Had a great experience! Went in for service and worked with Chong. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the video that the mechanic (Ramsey) sent showing his inspection of the car. I felt like my car was in good hands. Overall great experience and I will be back!

This is the first experience that I have with a BMW dealership and to be honest is really bad, it s hard to make an appointment, impossible to talk to someone if you are not buying a new car. Service take forever, web site online system doesn t work and 10k regulars maintenance take 4 hour, even with appointments .first and last with this dealer.

The time for service to be completed here is unreasonable. I scheduled an oil change for 12 noon today, they didn't even touch my vehicle by 1PM. I've had other services completed here in the past, and the amount of time to complete basic service like an oil change (2+ hours) is ridiculous.I'll avoid purchasing another BMW vehicle from here just because of this continuous issue.

Long time BMW owner, have always had fabulous service. We spoke to Cameron prior to arrival, he was kind, helpful, and efficient. Pulled into service department, and rudely greeted by Mark, he was irritated we came in, rushed, responded with agitation with every question. Absolutely no customer service skills. We asked for an eta for repair, he replied rudely with, I have no clue.For reference, the other younger gentlemen working alongside him, was very kind, wish I knew his name. Greeted with a smile, even under his mask, and made sure we were taken care of.Service: Tires

Overcharge one parts over all dealerships in area, lie about what it cost when I brought it in for a 50% of oil change(eat $70 then when I want to pick my 3rd bmw over the years the were so inconserably rood the his me with a $180 bill wjlth out even blinking. The after Progressive returned my bmw to the fender repair shop that same day 2 additional issues defaulted which we d all working before I retrieved it. I discretely believe all there repair are on a commission basis tampering with perfect items. Also ther prices from what I ve experienced are twice as expensive as the bmw dealer in Sarasota.!This has been my consistent experience of different beamers over a 5byearbexperience.
