Will and his team did a fantastic job on my Jeep Wrangler. Also being new in town I was recommended to Will by a long time Jeep member. Very happy with their service and quality.

Within recent months I ve done some upgrades to our Jeep, I ve rebuilt the entire front and rear suspension with all new upgraded parts, shocks and bushings. new calipers, discs, pads, speed sensors all around and a new ABS module which totally screwed up my computer system. Apparently Chrysler embeds your vehicles VIN# within control parts so the computer system couldn t identify the new part, even though it was an actual Mopar part. After some research I found that I needed my whole system flashed and the dealerships want over $700 to do it stating it s labor intensive and takes more than half a day. This is where Will from Battle Thru Gear comes into play ..I sent them a message during hurricane Idalia asking if they did this type of work and their reply was of course. I took the Jeep in this morning and met with Will, he asked if I was gonna wait and I said I had no choice not even an hour later Will comes out from the back saying you re all done. Less than an hour and my bill was $202.23!! Since first meeting Will a few years ago, when he first told me about his new venture Battle Thru Gear custom shop, I ve always recommended them within the off road community anytime someone asks do you know anyone who can do this? If u own an older model jeep or just modify your existing jeep. This is a great shop. Will and Les have jeeps in their blood. I own an 85CJ7 and they treated it like their own!

I am so thankful I found Battle Thru Gear!!! I was looking to get new outer fenders, wheels, and tires and the service that Will provided me with was phenomenal. He took the time to research the various things that I was interested in, and not only that but he also reached out to some of the various manufacturers and became a distributor for them. Things like that are above and beyond what I'd expect of any shop, and I'm so glad to have found such a phenomenal group of people.Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the new fenders just yet but we did manage to get me some new Method 701s, and KO2s!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

We cannot say enough great things about Will, Dennis and Ashley at Battle Thru Gear! Immediately after purchasing our Jeep, something felt way off with the steering and control over 50mph. We tried another advertised shop first, committed to buying new suspension, lift kit and more. After not feeling completely comfortable with their recommendations, we called Will on a Saturday and he graciously let us come in before leaving and did a look over.He determined there were cheaper routes we could take to resolve the problem without replacing everything, but unfortunately the other shop had our parts in for install and we felt obligated to get it done.After a horrifying experience at the other shop, we immediately brought it back to BTG who walked us they everything that wasn t done perfect, fixed our bumper install, wired our winch, and did other work to make the ride much better. They even remembered a comment I made about the bumper bolts not being black to match and painted them for me as a surprise!The best part is we feel like the team here is family. We (including our 3 year old) have spent hours here chatting, hanging out and not once felt like we were just waiting for things to be done like you do in other shops.All of our future business will definitely be here and I encourage anyone looking for things to be done right the first time, go here! Ashley, Will, and the team are fantastic! They installed fender flares, inner fenders, and fixed my wonky rock light situation for me. Their work also comes with a warranty (for free) which is amazing and they are very fairly priced! As a newbie in town I was referred to Will for my Jeep's needs. She had put on a lot of miles over the few years we've been together, and she needed some TLC.That is exactly what she got! Will showered Harmony (my girl) with 5-star care while Ashley dropped me off for a little shopping in the interim. When I returned to the shop, Will went over everything he did for my girl and addressed my future wants and needs. I am not remotely close to being technically mechanical, and Will explained each phase of maintenance in a way even I understood. He went over Harmony with a fine tooth comb and tender loving care...his report to me was extremely thorough. They won me over and Battle Thru Gear is now my go-to shop for everything "Harmony".I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car overheated and had to have it towed. Not many options on the spare of the moment. The quote for the repair was rather high, so I reached out to Battle Thru Gear, and instantly I felt like my car troubles mattered to someone other than me. Will towed my car to his shop to replace the radiator and thermostat. I had also asked to check my brakes because I thought I needed them, and rather than just telling me I needed brakes and replacing them to increase my bill, he was honest and said I had about 5,000 miles on them. They even offered to take me to work to make it as easy as possible on me to be without my car. And as if that wasn t top notch customer service enough, when I picked up my car and got home, my car overheated. I called them right away even though it was after hours and he and his wife Ashley, came by to look at it, then towed it back to their shop. The new thermostat was bad, that happens. But I was freaking out internally as car issues has been my history, but thanks to Will and Ashley, they made it senseless for me to worry because I was in their capable and CARING hands. Car Care with genuine honesty, care and concern. If you are in need of car repairs, give them a call. You won t be disappointed. SERVICE ABOVE & BEYOND!

Came for a prepurchase inspection and was very impressed with the thoroughness and obvious expertise of the staff.
