Acquiring a 38K mile 2013 Audi A6 over 3 years ago, I made a decision to have it serviced at Audi Sarasota. My 1st appointment, I was confronted by a service advisor that tried to sell me a front end alignment, I asked if it was checked, he replied no, stating we try to save our customers money by aligning the front end thereby increasing tire life. I stated I check the tires, not noting any adverse wear. A year later, different service advisor, same sales pitch, this time I pressured him for several minutes asking why I should have the front end aligned, until finally admitting they're told to sell everyone a front end alignment. After the oil change & tire rotation, I paid the bill & retrieved the car. 3 months previous I had a 2 1/2 hour back surgery, while attempting to seat myself in my car, I dropped several inches as someone adjusted my driver seat all the way down & all the way back, while changing the radio station to a Spanish "Gangsta Rap" station. While driving away, I went in my glovebox for my sunglasses that were now missing. I remember watching when they put air in my tires, the young Spanish driver opened the passenger door, I thought why go in the passenger door to put air in the tires? I wanted to be 100% certain my glasses were missing, so I checked with a friend that I visited before my service appointment, he confirmed I wore them when leaving his residence. Later I found that Audi service only rotated the tires on the L side, causing exceptional wear on the tires on the R side. I checked the Dealer invoice, the recorded mileage was recorded less than it was 1 year previous! How can that be? I spoke with & texted the Service Manager about all the issues, improper tire rotation, pressured sales for alignment, my seat adjustment & radio stations deleted, wrong mileage recorded, & my prescription sunglasses missing, that were in a Ray-Ban hard case. His apology was short & insignificant stating that no employee there had taken my sunglasses. While in his office, I noticed his name was Spanish, as in the "Gangsta Rap" station the radio was tuned to, & the Spanish young man that delivers my car to service, then returns it when finished. It may have been a family member or camaraderie? It took 6 months for him to rectify it with CarFax to correct the mileage so as not to be erroneously recorded showing odometer tampering rendering the car's mileage as suspicious. Adios Audi Service! From now on, I'll use an honest independent repair shop that guarantees their work for 3 years/36K miles.

Recently scheduled an online service appointment to get 4 new tires and an alignment at sarasota audi. Got a confirmation email immediately with an order number and my install was supposed to be 6 days out. The day before my appointment I hadn't heard anything from them saying my tires were in stock or checking to make sure I was still coming so I called them. The lady in the service department I talked to couldn't find my appointment even with my order number, I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were all busy at the moment. I said fine just have someone call me back asap to get this figured out and she said she would. Never heard another word from them so I took my $2k to Fit automotive and had a million times better experience.

Dee was my customer service representative and she went above and beyond to get me to work safely and on time. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable abt the recall service for my vehicle. Her service was exceptional to say the least.

2021 A4 allroad: service should have aligned my rear wheels when 42L1 recall was performed or at least they should have told me, before they performed the recall, I would need a $500 alignment. My right rear tire wore out prematurely.
