I want to give a genuine review. I was in Sanford for a memorial service and after driving 7 hrs found I needed an oil chg. Called Fast Lane due to their new customer special. They had a busy schedule but worked me into rotation. The Manager, didn't get his name but ginger hair and a very personable personality, held great convo and was very welcoming. I was impressed by the waiting area's neat look and even a small amenities nook but when I went to see their bathroom was blown away at not only the decor and cleanliness but the scent. Very very clean for a mechanic's garage. They showed me my lower ball joints to let me know I'll need replacement and in total took about 20 mins. Thanks for coming through in the clutch and top tier customer service. We need this in GA!

Amazing, the BEST customer service I ve seen in a very long time. My family was on our way to a Christmas event when we picked up a screw in our tire, which could have easily ruined the entire evening. Other tire stores quoted 2-3 HOURS to fix. Fast Lane really stands up to their name, they took our car immediately to get us back on the road for the event and they were extremely friendly and professional the entire time. The facility is super clean- they even have stocked snacks/candy to keep our daughters happy, and coffee to keep us adults sane. Way to go Fast Lane, especially Chris! They really took care of us!

I had a great experience with Fast Lane Automotive. I made an appointment for a brake job and left my car with Fast Lane for the day. Within a few hours the company provided me with pictures of the brakes and routes, and explained the options. Customer sevice throughout the process was helpful and professional.Overall great experience from start to finish. And my brakes feel great!

Very pleased with my car service. Cesar, did a great job and explain me what needed to be done on my vehicule. He did an excellent job. Good and honest mechanics. The prices are reasonable, and the waiting area is nice and comfy. I would highly recommended. Thanks.

Fast and friendly customer service. Services are priced fairly and I did not feel pressured into paying for any recommended additional services. They took the time to show me and explain the full body inspection as well. You also have the option to finance which is a major help when needing to get something expensive serviced.

If your having unexpected car issues and need quick and inexpensive service, this is your place. Communication and customer service was above any previous experience I ve had before. My car went down unexpectedly and I communicated directly with Chris throughout the entire process. He knows how to do customer service right. I got a free diagnostics exam, mechanic took me out to car and explained to me the problem areas and answered my questions throughly. I did not have enough money to cover all major issues so Chris got on the phone with his manger and got a plan together to get me situated out. They even offer services though a finance company if needed. Fast Lane Automotive is truly looking out for their customers and builds trust though transparency and giving good service quickly and affordable. Diagnostics and maintenance work completed under 60 minutes. Waiting room and restroom is clean and stocked with snacks and drinks, along with free Wi-Fi and phone chargers. Even beyond the mechanical services, the customer service here easily changed the day for the better.

Great guys. Helped me diagnose and fix the issues with my car. Had trouble with alternators blowing out and offered me free lyft rides while we waited for the part to come in. Very sympathetic to my situation

They said they couldn't change my oil after me waiting about an hour because they said my car has front car damage. Which makes ZERO sense. I won't go back here. He says it's their policy but there's nothing on the website or in store stating that. Won't return.

Urgent issue with zero oil pressure introduced me to them, they went above and beyond, found a few other issues needing to be addressed. Packaged a deal for me, offered the military discount and completed the service in great time...very appreciated. My favorjte Sanford repair and service shop!

I've been a mechanic for 20 years, I had a blend door actuator problem, on drivers side, I isolated which one was defective, but didn't feel like doing it myself or driving to Daytona. So I took it to fast lane auto. When they told me, I needed the actual door that switches the flow of the air and heat and both actuators, I knew they are a scam, total price 850.00. So I went to Daytona got my boy to look at it, I needed one actuator, he fixed it, now the heat is working like brand new. They will sell you a bunch of bull because they figure it's impossible for you to check the part after repair. If you go in for one thing and they try to sell you things that you know you don't need, walk away. By the way to fix my car, it was 150.00, and I got the part from Amazon for 18.00. Total price, 168.00 far from 850.00. Lastly any shop that tell you that they don't use customer provided parts, all they want to do is by the part for less than your part and mark it up 400 percent. Stop going here, they are ripping you off.

Updated updated review. The VERY next day after my last updated review, my employer called. Someone had stalked my Facebook, found my employer, made a fake Google account, wrote a fake negative review with my name plastered ALL OVER IT. Luckily my name at my job is not my name on social media and it was easy to see they had no clue how my job worked. Google even took their fake review to make me look bad down. WHO DOES THAT!? What company is so mad they got called out for their shoddy work practices they stalk the customer and try to ruin them. I was scared and now with this update still scared since they have our address I'll be getting a brick through my window!Updated review: Took to 2 other mechanics and had inspected and showed receipt for work done and they were shocked and appalled that were were over charged so bad. Owner also told my husband over phone I needed to take the review down. NO SIR! I was also shocked to hear the stories told to me about other people's experiences being over charged at same location. SHAME ON YAL!!! If I can take legal recourse I will.Paid for an inspection was told the repair would be close to $2k, I said for that much we might want to just get a new car. He insisted the vehicle looked good besides the $2k repair. So we paid it, then two days later the alternator blew, then the water pump, the a huge engine leak. Back to back to back. I'm convinced we were lied to or we were sabotaged. We were definitely over charged.

My experience with Fast Lane has been phenomenal. Their staff is kind and thoughtful. Rob and Christian are superstars. They showed nothing but patience for me. Fast Lane fixes your car while offering affordable prices that can t be beat with a more than fair warranty on their work and parts.

I was quoted $5,600 to perform work on my car, but I had the same work done elsewhere for $1,336 (parts and labor). Be careful about over inflated prices.

Came in for a control arm, shock absorber, strut, and rotation and balance. Suspension problem fixed but came out with a new car issue from them. Went to my actual dealership, was told these technicians were negligent when putting the dust shield on which led to scrapping of the rotor. I would go somewhere else if you re looking for any mechanical repairs.

Fast Lane replaced my transmission. It works perfect now. It's a shame Toyota lies to their new car customers about the cvt about never needing serviced.

I have taken my car to Fast Lane twice and each time has been a great experience. They find the issue each time and reach out to let me know the breakdown of the prices before the work is done. The first time, they found a few things wrong and since I couldn t afford all the work to be done at that time, they went over the work that absolutely needed to be done for me drive off safely. Fast Lane is the best!!

After a negative experience at 1st Street Firestone, I was headed to Longwood Firestone, driving by I saw this place, decided to pop in. They were all absolutely amazing. They even brought me under my car to show me the problem areas and worked with me on my list of things to fix in terms of priority and making sure I kept safe and back on the road. The lobby was super clean with plenty of snacks and drinks and a beautiful TV to watch while waiting. I really appreciate the service and the top-notch fixing that was done. I will definitely be back.

The whole team there at Fastlane Auto Sanford took great care of me and my vehicle. They were able to clearly explain the issues and were upfront on the costs and what did and didn't need to be done (saved me some money!). Rob, the General Manager, was nothing but professional and courteous from the moment I walked in! I took my Mom's car in for an oil change and they suggested other repairs based on the age of the vehicle, but did not try to give me a hard sell - which is refreshing! I booked the appointment online, which was very easy, efficient and got an appointment the next day. I would highly suggest using Fast Lane Automotive in Sanford for your repair needs! I went with my dad to get his car service his been looking for a reliable place and trustworthy to service his vehicle for a long time And we found it my dad was very comfortable That they spoke Spanish and they will take you to see what s wrong with the car. I was very happy with the price and repair they did to the car . I will recommend this place to everyone 10/10 service

Stopped in today for a walk-in, wanted a wheel alignment on my car. Saw this place from the road and decided to give them a try.They were very friendly and helpful from the start. After working on my car for a little bit, the mechanic came and spoke with me and explained that everything was looking great and there was no need for the alignment. Afterwards, he gave it a test drive to double check. They were thorough with the entire process and very quick as well! I was barely in there for an hour! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for service. Try it out, you won t be disappointed.Service: Wheel alignment

I had the best service here today and this will be my destination to service my car now and forever more. I was helped by Christian and Jacob. They were both so friendly and thorough and they took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable. They both deserve a raise! I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs service with their car and I am so happy I found them!
