We have been bringing our work trucks here for a while now. We once had an A/C compressor lock up on one of our bucket trucks. The part was covered under warranty and Supreme even assisted in finding another shop on the other coast of Florida to help tow and repair. First class customer service! On a more personal note, I had been restoring an old Toyota pickup for a couple of year when the time finally came to get an alignment. I went to the closest place first which was a mistake. I then drove it to Supreme and spoke with Matt in detail about the truck and he was very helpful. They managed to get me in the same day and looking at the alignment report from Supreme vs the other guys you can tell they actually care about getting it right. These guys are honest, affordable, and really seem to care which is so rare in this day and age. Good job Supreme!

I tried three mechanics and no one could fix my older Camry. But Supreme Auto Care made her run smooth again. It s such a relief! Thank you. They re getting my other older vehicle on Monday too! They also cleaned the engine area and the car came back, clean and not smudged or dirty, which is how I always expect my car to be returned but lately it would be returned filthy. But Supreme Auto Care returned my car very nice and clean.Now Supreme has fixed my other older vehicle which now runs perfect and smooth saving me buying a new vehicle. This one will last me a long time with care which Supreme gave it, two new timing chains and fixed the oil leaks due to old seals failing. That s two jobs done with no complaints from me! That s a first in a long time. Usually I take my car to a shop and get it returned not completely handled. It s nice to pick up the car and have it work!

I can't recommend Supreme Auto enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and friendly service. The team at Supreme Auto went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue with my car quickly and efficiently. Not only did they provide top-notch mechanical work, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. Their transparency and honesty were greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Thanks again to the amazing team at Supreme Auto!

Supreme Auto Care was referred to me by a satisfied customer and now I can refer them to others. I like how they break down their analysis issue-by-issue with a written explanation of details needing work showing the parts and labor separately. They go the second mile by working my car in to their already busy day. Every employee is top notch and their facilities are impeccable.

I have been going to Supreme Auto Care for a couple years now. They are the best mechanics I ve had. They are very honest and straightforward. They do not try to nickel and dime you for every little thing like a dealership would. My car is been running great and they re able to diagnose any issues I ve had. Their prices are fair and they re able to get me in and out in a timely manner. I will continue to go to them to take care of my car for many years.

Second time in a month I am writing a review for Auto care. Supreme Auto was recommended to me for work on my 2017 Sprinter, and they did not disappoint. From Dave at the front desk, owner Mike, and the rest of the staff, they are friendly, professional, and thorough. As a veteran of the auto industry I can not stress enough how rare this combination is, and will continue to drive over an hour in each direction to make sure my van receives the best care....

I ve had my truck for 8yrs now and it was overdue for a spa day . I needed a few things addressed.. oil leak coming from the head, coolant leak, and spark plug replacement. After dealing with a couple other shops, Supreme won my business with their honesty and affordability. We spoke over the phone every step of the way and discussed my problems and clear explanations. When they finished those jobs, my truck was running lean and they fixed that issue also. I noticed a real difference when I got it back and I couldn t be more pleased. Supreme is now my forever mechanic! Thank you!

THE CAR THAT COULDN T BE FIXEDMy 360,000 mile 2014 Toyota Prius Plug-in, in June DIED in Avon Park, Florida towed 106 miles to Supreme Auto Care they breathed life into it. Still doing good 8,000 miles later. The end of August I m towing my 2009 Toyota Prius in after I have service done on my 2014Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Had a very good experience with them replacing the transaxles on my Toyota. First of all, they operated and looked like a well run shop! Big shop, tools/equip well organized, etc. They were a bit cheaper than the competing quote, and were able to take me in for the work immediately. All went well.I recommend them!

Excellent customer service and fair rate on repair. The garage is kept very well organized and clean, which is not common with mechanics. Diagnosed and Replaced my alternator on my 87 BMW. Overall 10/10 experience .

Super pleased with the service! Was recommended by a friend who lived in the area. Decided it was worth a visit. Mike and his team were very professional and upfront about the cost, repairs and services needed. You don t feel pressured or that they are just trying to over charge and under deliver. It s only been 2 visits, but I m a happy customer so far. Live across the bridge in Tampa and it s worth the drive!

This was my 1st visit to Supreme Auto Care. In addition to an oil change, they performed an extensive evaluation of my vehicle and found only one minor issue. I have complete confidence in their evaluation and it was refreshing to finally find an honest and capable mechanic! I will definitely be a return customer.

When you move to a new town finding an honest & professional mechanic is one of the most important details. Supreme Auto Care was recommended by a 25 year local resident so I knew I wouldn t be disappointed. They re even better than I expected & I m a car collector (antiques to Alpha Romeos). They go above & beyond in customer service, do only necessary work & give you a timeframe of upcoming repairs that aren t urgent but worth keeping an eye on.I can t recommend them higher than 5 stars or I would!Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

I have been to a handful of private shops in the Tampa Bay area over the last couple of years after the Toyota dealerships have continuously let me down with very poor service and their upsell tactics. Having a couple of my family's four vehicles starting to get up in age, I needed to find a shop I can trust that won't cut corners, does quality work, and stands behind what they sell for a reasonable price. Gave them a try based on reviews and reputation for some preventative maintenance on a Highlander and based on this experience, I can tell you their attention to detail and high level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be bringing my Tundra in next which will likely need some mechanical repairs. At this point I'm confident I found the right place.

My well cared for Infiniti SUV started throwing Camshaft over advanced codes (ECU went into limp mode). The solution ended up being very difficult to diagnose and it ultimately required a very experienced mechanic who would have to disassemble my engine to replace the damaged parts. I did a lot of research and I spoke with 5 different shops before choosing Supreme Auto Care (SAC). As we progressed through the repair the SAC shop owner explained everything to me in a very logical way and I even spoke with the mechanic when I picked up my vehicle who showed me my worn out or damaged engine parts. Bottom line...this shop is very professional, clean and highly experienced. They charge mid level but fair prices for labor and parts. I am very satisfied with the work they performed, and I will bring all future auto work to them. (Sidenote: I've been a professional buyer for 23+ years, I do a lot of research and get a lot of quotes, I rarely give reviews, I'm only leaving my review to help others)

This guys have the name Supreme for a reason.I ve brought my Mazda Mx5 Miata last week because the vehicle it was shaking like a vibration when I was driving it and I felt so overwhelmed because it was a new purchase from the dealership so I was feeling really worried and stressed out. But this guys were amazing. They were really honest and upfront with the vehicle condition and they even took pictures of the inspection. The price was reasonable too and I have to say that they have a new customer here. Thank you very much.

I am so grateful to Heather and the team at Supreme for their honestly, transparency, knowledge and care of my vehicle. After buying a used vehicle, I took it to Supreme to fix the A/C and do a full inspection. To my surprise, the dealer sold me the vehicle with several issues that I would not have known with my visual inspection and test drive. The dealer was dishonest and it has cost me. Supreme did not push for any of the repairs or suggest anything that was unnecessary. They really care about their customers and the integrity of their business. Extra bonus was that they offer a loaner car which saved me!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

Bottomed out the car and busted the protection shield, was not sure if more was damaged. Took the vehicle in to have it checked out expecting massive repairs and my car being in the shop for days. These guys got me an estimate and repaired it same day and when I got home I noticed they fixed my fog light that was damaged at no extra charge. Fast, reliable, honest are words that come to mind. Customer for life now.

I have a Toyota Avalon Year 2000. I have been with Supreme for the entire time i ve had it. They are honorable, professional, and most of all, they have auto mechanics who know their craft. Great company to do business with. Recommend Very highly. My 2000 Avalon feels like new.

As is often the case dealing with supreme, they fixed my car using the less expensive option that another mechanic out of state said was too difficult an option. I have always had the best car repair and maintenance experiences at surpreme.

I have been going to Supreme Auto Care for at least 7 years now and am always impressed with the service I receive. They are absolutely amazing! After my most recent visit I was compelled to write a review. I had noticed that my car was having trouble turning over the last 3 times I had stated it, and it seemed to be getting worse. I didn't want to turn it off because I was worried that it may not start again. I drove to Supreme immediately! I apologized for not having an appointment and explained what was happening. As always, Heather was welcoming, did not make me feel like an inconvenience, and was fast at work to see what could be done. The team at supreme identified that is was my battery, checked to see if it was under warranty, replaced it, and checked the charging capabilities to make sure everything was working properly. I was back on the road in 30 minutes!! They are absolutely amazing and unlike any other auto care center I've ever been to. Thank you Heather and team!!

I own a 2004 Toyota Tundra. Had a few issues with it but I really love that truck and just can't part with it. Supreme Auto Care did a fantastic job taking care of my truck's issues. Communication was excellent, received very detailed descriptions of what my truck needed, the priority of each repair, and an exact cost. Their system was easy for me to pick and choose which repairs to perform and which ones to put off until later. Can't ask for much more than that. I must admit, when I first entered their facility, I thought I was going to a dentist office, not an auto repair shop. That place is CLEAN! Very professional, courteous and well informed. This is my new shop for all my vehicles.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Supreme auto care did an incredible job working on my vehicle. I am not originally from the area, and finding a mechanic that you can trust and doesn t try to up charge everything is HUGE.They run a very smooth operation & the online link that shows what all was identified as being wrong with your vehicle and the ability to accept & decline the services you want right there is awesome!I will definitely use their services again in the unfortunate event that my car requires more maintenance & I ve already told my other northern friends who are new here to keep you all in mind if they are ever in need of a great mechanic.Thank you!
