Andy was a lifesaver! My vehicle broke down while I was in town visiting family. I don't know any local mechanics but I hit the jackpot with my first phone call! Andy picked up and after describing the issue, he knew exactly what it was. I offered to have the vehicle towed to his location, but he assured me that he was mobile and would be by me in less than 20 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived a short time later and diagnosed the problem exactly as he stated. He got the necessary parts much cheaper than I would have been able to get myself and he had the vehicle fixed and roadworthy within an hour. His labor rates were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Andy again or recommend him to friends or family.

This may sound like an exaggeration, but Andy is the nicest mechanic I ve ever dealt with. My clutch for my manual broke down on a Sunday, he was one of the few mechanics available to service my car. Picked it up that same night. It was a big job but he got it done pretty fast and even drove my car back to me when it was complete and made sure everything in the car was smooth again. Great guy, very knowledgeable, would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely hire again for any other car maintenance. Also very reasonable pricing. Trust me you won t regret hiring this guy.

If i could give more stars i would !!! Andy is hands down the best mechanic I have ever met. There isnt a job he cant do.He is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. There is no BS here.My MIL broke down in parking lot he was there within 20 minute and had her starter and thermostat changed in an hour. He is beyond fair with pricing and went above and beyond the original problem fixing a problem that other shops have charge hundreds of dollar and never actually fixed the problem.Then came back to rescue me when i can ran out of gas

I ve referred several people to Andy, but regret doing so.He seems upfront and kind at first, and may even be a half way decent mechanic, but after my recent experience I can no longer recommend Andy to anyone and feel that unless he makes this right, he should not be able to work in this industry or uphold any position of responsibility.I bought a 2011 Subaru Forester in October of 2021 & had Andy look it over, as he was my trusted mechanic. All looked good he said.Within a month of driving the vehicle, under 1,000 miles, the vehicle somehow runs out of oil. It wasn t something Andy thought to check. As the vehicle owner I should have been more aware of the levels, but after the dealer assured me in was freshly changed & Andy had looked it over, and at no point did I see any oil leaks, it was not something that seemed necessary to check.Regardless, once the engine ran out of oil, the engine locked up. I had the vehicle towed to Andy and paid him $4000 cash and more down the line. After 3 months and every excuse in the book, he has not completed the work and has ceased communications with me.I ve learned the hard way not to pay cash up front for services such as this and to be more careful where I place my trust. I have little hope of finding resolution in my situation but am sharing in hope to prevent others from making the same mistake, particularly with Andy.

The Auto Parts store referred me to Andy. I didn't do the math but l am positive I saved money having Andy replace my battery rather than buying on my own and changing it myself. Plus he had a big job that afternoon that he worked on until after dark. I would of had no problem with him calling it quits and getting to my vehicle the next day. Instead he stopped by my place before he went home, that's excellent customer service. He was easy to talk to and even offered his help with other projects I have that we talked about. Andy's NO B.S. Auto Repair is a great find and a great reference.

I pushed my luck and ran out of gas as I was exiting the St. Pete Home Depot on Tyrone Blvd this past Friday(12/16/22) during 5:00 rush hour. I hadn't done that since my early twenties when funds were extremely tight. I waved Andy's truck to pass. I'm pretty sure he overheard me say, "gas" on my in-progress phone call. Andy immediately took action, pulled in front of me, grabbed a full gallon of fuel out of his truck and got me out of my jam. Never any conversation of compensation. He simply wanted to help a stranger in need. I carry most tools, jump box, tire plugs, compressor, etc. on my truck and it feels good to help. True Karma. Thank you Andy!-Joe Kane

Andy came referred by a friend and has done nothing but phenomenal work on my vehicle. Came by and picked up my vehicle and had it back to me within a few hours for some transmission work. It's running extremely better! Not only that, but he also went above and beyond by replacing a brake light that was out and fixed a long standing issue with my door just because he had an extra minute! 5 stars, would recommend!

Sometimes , being a woman, you wonder if you re being taken advantage of when you talk to auto mechanics. I have used Andy a few times and he is honest, trustworthy and he goes out of his way to make the repairs as convenient and cost-efficient as possible. Highly recommend.UPDATEI really wanted to believe that Andy was honest and dependable. He recommended that I replace all the coils in my car after one went out and he sent me a link where I could buy them online for a good price.He supposedly replaced them all with the parts I provided, but wouldn't provide me with the old ones when I asked for them. He conveniently disposed of them. I have since had work done at another garage and they told me that the coils were all factory original. None were replaced. I have pictures as proof. There is a reason this guy doesn't work at a reputable garage.

I drive for Uber and Lyft and my alternator died on me while driving a passenger. Right in the middle of the Christmas holidays. Andy came right away. Worked in the nighttime even and did I mention it was raining. Got me up and running right away. And the cost was way less than other quotes. Thanks again Andy. No BS here. And my car now sounds like a purring kitty as opposed to a fork in the garbage disposal cause it turns out a belt was all wonky as well.

Our van broke down on a Saturday night and we didn t have a clue what to do. All the other mechanics were closed and wouldn t be open till Monday, Andy was the only mechanic open and said he would come check it out first thing Sunday morning. He made the repair and gave us a fair price. He is definitely a lifesaver! If you need a Mobil mechanic Andy is the man to call!

Andy's the best I tell you the best. He is a busy man. But he can work on minivans to Mercedes. He worked on my Expedition. He changed the spark plugs and all the coil packs. He gave me the best deal around and he saved me a lot of money. He really turned out to be a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone. You want to save some money and get a good deal on any kind of mechanic work on any kind of vehicle you can possibly think of this man is the guy to do it. Thanks again Andy you're the best.

Andy does an excellent job of communicating and making sure you fully understand what is going on with your vehicle. He has worked on my 08 Mazda 3 several times now and each time I have always felt confident in his abilities to complete the job with honesty and efficiency! He takes the time to explain anything you have questions about and even points out future issues you might incounter and the best possible route to take to save you time and money. He goes above and beyond and takes pride in his work and always has a smile on his face. Couldn't be happier with my experiences with Andy. I almost didn t make it home when my car was misfiring and shaking, as well as engine light flashing. When I called Andy and explained, he right away knew what the issue was. He even made the trip to my place to make the repairs. It runs great now, and I m so grateful an honest, down to earth mechanic exists today like Andy.

I was referred to Andy from Advanced Auto parts in Dunedin. The fact Andy is referred by Advanced, spoke volumes. I called Andy. He answered after hours. He told me he will come over in AM to repair my car. He was very pleasant and knew his business. He treated me very well. I would recommend Andy for your auto repair. He will come to you. He is very fair and reasonable.

When my car wouldn't start on a Sunday afternoon, I called around multiple places hoping someone could at least come and diagnose the problem. Andy was the only one who answered, and after I listed the symptoms, he immediately knew what was wrong. Within two hours of my call, he came to me, replaced my battery, and made sure my car was running. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get to work on Monday, but after calling Andy, I ended up having plenty of time to get my errands done on Sunday and my car is still running great! I'll definitely call him next time I have any automotive needs!

Andy did an amazing job working on 2013 Jeep Wrangler! He was helpful, kind, and explained everything along the way! He also got the job done quickly, even with needed to order extra parts. My Jeep is now running great! Would definitely take my vehicle to him again in the future! Thanks so much Andy!!!

Andy worked on my 2003 honda accord and replaced my ac compressor. I met him at O'Reilly autoparts and he worked on my car on the spot.� The compressor worked for a couple weeks but stopped functioning shortly after.� Two other mechanics at a licensed shop diagnosed� the issue as a compressor issue and notifed me I would need to replace it. I called Andy and asked if he could take care of it, as he installed the compressor incorrectly. He sent a rude text and informed me it was a condensor issue and he would not work on it. I had the condenser checked and it was functional. The mechanics noted the compressor was not installed using the proper method and thats why the compressor is not functioning. According to the better business bureau, his business has not acquired the proper licensing� needed for a� Motor Vehicle Repair license from the Florida Department Agriculture and Consumer Services. I would recommended going to a reputable shop and not using his services.

I was broken down on the side of the road and happened to have Andy see us and help us out, he instantly knew what the problem was and drove me and my friend to get the part to fix it. When we got back and he had the alternator fixed in a matter of 30 minutes. Great work and a reliable man

10/10 Andy literally went above and beyond for me I am currently full- time student and work at pet Supplies Plus where Andy and his family bought a bearded dragon a few years back. I needed to have a oil change done and my brake switch was bad and my battery keep dying because of it Being in school I had no time to get down to his shop before close so Andy took it upon himself to offer to pick up my car from Pet Supplies Plus where I work and drop it back off! I literally gave this man my car keys and $100 bill and he was back with in the hour at amazing price can you be leave that?! happened just yesterday and I still can't believe it! Good man. Beautiful famly. honorable business. Thank you Andy

Andy saw my daughter and I waiting for my dad to help me and asked if I was ok. He parked his car, came over to my car, introduced himself, and told me what was wrong with my car after looking around at it for about 5 minutes. He gave me his number and told me to call him to have it fixed. Told me it was safe to drive my car home. I texted him when I got home and he was at my house in an hour or so. Plugged his device in to see what the problem was and sure enough, it was exactly what he said it was when he first saw me. He got the part, fixed it really fast and talked to me the whole time. Pleasant, down to earth guy. He texted me the next day to make sure my car was running fine and I had no problems. I definitely recommend and my trust doesn t come easy. He showed a helping hand when I really needed it and that exemplifies a lot about any individual. Pricing was great and service was even better. Thank you!!

Andy was awesome, came out last minute, diagnosed the issue, went and bought the parts, and fixed the problem. ALSO, pointed out two other issues that needed to be addressed and he took care of them (20-30 minutes) at N0 CHARGE!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I m a small business owner and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Dump your current mechanic and go to Andy!!! My AC blower went right before a big family trip and he made some calls, got the parts and got it done! Then, he noticed my break pads were dangerously bad, again, made some calls and replaced them, so my family would be safe for our trip!!It's so rare to find a mechanic who's honest and truly cares about the customer....Thank you Andy!!!!The Chmeliks

Alternator went out on my way home from a bowling tournament on a Sunday evening when most places are closed and Andy was willing to replace the alternator right away either coming to my vehicle or me driving to where he was at. He was quick to get to my car and, very nice and friendly, and did the job quickly and got me and my car back up and running so I could avoid a tow and trying to find a way to work the next day
