I ve been taking my vehicles here for yrs. The owners are and staff are very professional and courteous. They are always upfront and honest with letting me about what s going on with my vehicles. I took my 2016 F-150 with the ecoboost engine in it. I thought the transmission was slipping and so when I took it to them Mr and Mrs Walker were so kind and gracious. Mr Walker explained in detail what all they were gonna do to diagnose and correct the problem. He said it seems to be either a spark plug misfire or the transmission is shuttering which is a very common thing with yr make and model F-150. He and his crew changed the plugs and cleaned the carbon buildup out and they changed the transmission fluid and cleaned that out. And that fixed the problem. Along with the shutter fix. If you need your car or truck fixed take it to the pros at Walker s Complete. Good honest people which is hard to find these days. I will be taking all of my vehicles here in the future.

I am beyond thankful for walkers. Nate and his team were amazing. I had just recently moved into the ruskin area, and I began to have some serious car issues. I google searched for mechanics anywhere in a 30-mile radius. I just wanted honesty and reliability. After passing 7 different shops, I landed at walkers. I am so thankful for it. They were so honest, efficient, and affordable. My car was diagnosed within 3 hours of drop off, and they left it running better than when I bought it. It felt like family, and I'm thankful they went above and beyond to meet my need. I will be recommending all my peers to them. I am thankful to still have honest and integral mechanics.

I highly recommend this mechanic shop! Exceptional service, quick turnaround, and knowledgeable staff. They consistently provide a hassle-free experience, making them my go-to for regular maintenance. The staff is great and super fun to talk to!P.s. If you come in at the right time, you might have the pleasure of meeting the super friendly shop poodle who loves to give hugs and greet his customers!

I m an automotive tech from out of state. I came in about a special anti-theft system issue on my niece s Toyota. They listened and understood what my issue was. They were able to help refer me to a specialist. This shop is competent, helpful, and friendly. Shops with a team like Walker s are hard to come by. Highly recommend!

I wrote a review some months ago expressing some dissatisfaction with the length of time it took to get my funky transmission fixed. That was my only issue. Everything else as far as service and personable service was near excellent. So, I left Nate's and had to drive straight away to Colorado dragging a trailer. The ride was slightly different than before, however, the truck has performed reliably & excellently.Unfortunately, what was expected to be a two week turnaround has entered its fourth month in (S)Norwood, Colorado where the nearest traffic light is 75 miles in any direction and when needing supplies such as building materials, groceries and other services, there are no shortcuts, so I've put a lot of miles on the transmission with numerous trips through the Rockies to resupply and have had absolutely no issues.I'll be stopping at Nate's when I finally return, to personally thank them again for a job well done. Thanks, Nate and to your entire crew.

Recommended by several shops for diesel repair in my area when my normal repair shop was booked 3 months out. Since I've used them a few times now with great results and quick turn around. Things anyone depending on their work horse would appreciate.

Walker s Service is awesome! We are snowbirds and our Ford F350 SD diesel truck is our only vehicle. We broke down on the side of the road and had our truck towed to Walker s mostly due to their convenient location and great Google reviews. Robert met us at his shop AFTER HOURS, got the problem diagnosed the next day and repaired in a couple of days. Very happy with the great customer service, prompt repair and fair price!Service: Engine repair

( Nightmare!! ) failed on every level! , I went to Walker complaint with transmission problems, he quoted me $2800 to rebuild, $1000 more than a quote from a transmission professional and $400 more than the Ford dealer, I asked him why he was so expensive, he didn't deny it he just said because I can start right now. Then the very next day he called me up and said I'll go ahead and fix it for $2800 but I'll do a real good job for $3400.00, I told him just fix my truck for the $2800 like you said. Two weeks later and two failed attempts now going into the third week and the third time he's going to drop my transmission, I complained, he had the nerve to say it was my fault. I should've agreed to pay him the $3400.00, which he charge me $3200 in the end anyway even though the scope of work never changed. When I left, he had to jump my truck off for some reason my battery was dead, I'm leaving I thought the nightmare was over. I could forget about him, but I was wrong. I made it to the grocery store and then had to walk to discount auto parts and buy a battery. Then the very next day my malfunctioning transmission light came on and it's been on every sense. I'm 60 years old and this was the worst experience I've ever had from any business! Update my nightmare, Feb 22-24. I finally found out what's been throwing my motor into a limp mode, a survival mode, Walker strikes again, he was paid to replace the TCU control unit on my rebuilt transmission, he did not. Now my motor constantly goes into a limp mode. I felt like I went to my doctor for a check up and left with a two finger prostate exam...Service: Transmission

Took my car to these guys in a pinch. Nate was very helpful in giving me updates and providing an excellent level of customer service. These guys did a great job of giving me a detailed explanation of what went wrong with my car. Long story short I had to replace my radiator and thermostat due to some issues. The work took longer than expected, but they reassured me that they would prefer to take their time rather than give me a rushed job. Nate would always give me an update whenever I called in to ask about my status. The day I got my car back, I found it leaking coolant, I'm sure you can imagine how upset I was given the fact I just got it out of the shop. The previous job I had spent about 1.1k in repairs and labor. I took the car back the next day and come to find out my water pump had issues due to the previous incident that occurred. I let them know that 1.1k is a lot of money and asked were they willing to work with me any.Shortly after Nate got off the phone, I received a call from the owner, I believe his name is Robert, he gave me his explanation of what caused the issue and as a business owner let me know he couldn't address the issue for free, but I can say he defiantly went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer and got me in and out that same day. This was my first time dealing with Walker's complete and I am satisfied with their work. I felt their explanation's and intentions were honest and genuine and am happy with their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Moved to Florida and have not found an auto shop like I had in Michigan. Walker's was the only place that would/could turn my slotted rotors on my '09 Challenger SRT. Not the dealer, or several other places, they all wanted me to buy new rotors. Walker's turned the slotted rotors and saved my from buying new. No complaints on braking, the vibration is gone.Service: Brakes

Best service aroundI got shafted into one of those high dollar extended vehicle warranty things from the dealership ,when i purchased my truck , but I knew better than to go without having anything for a diesel. .1st issue leaky oil pan gasket , took 2 days , my own damn fault for waiting 10k for an oil change . Oil thick as molasses. Can t get the oil pan on without the oil dripping onto new gasket . Have to lift motor for oil pan to clear lift tube . I get it2) after changing oil pan gasket noticed rear main seal leak , scheduled for a month out , brought it in , once they dropped the trans , they noticed excessive wear on clutch & fly wheel , they called and sent pics and gave me my options , made sense to repair while trans was already pulled . Had issues for 2 weeks , 3 clutches later , multiple man hours , many cuss words (I m sure ) and thrown tools lol I GET ITWalkers is Hands down the best in the area for customer service . Did we have issues ? Sure did , many . But with supply chain issues the way they are since this Covid BS . There was nothing that could have been done differently. Nate and Robert let me know every time something went south . If you have NEVER EVER worked on a vehicle you should not have any major repairs done now .You will be very disappointed and it is not the business fault if parts aren t available or pieces of junk when they arrive.1) mechanics aren t paid by the hour , they are only paid if they have a wrench in their hands2) it doesn t benefit anyone for them to sit on your vehicleL3) ALWAYS ANTICIPATE HAVING ISSUES BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF THINGS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL RIGHT NOW .Robert and Nate were incredible patient and fought for me with my stupid warranty insurance to make sure my truck was taken care of properly . They went above and beyond for me and my wife and although there were issues , I have the common sense to know that it wasn t their fault .And please bring Belcher some treats !!!!

Excellent experience. I needed new rear brakes and they were able to fit me in as quickly as possible because of safety concerns. The staff was excellent. Thanks for the great service, I felt confident and was very happy with the quality of work and the price. Would not hesitate to return if needed and would highly recommend Walker's Complete Auto Repair Shop!

My car needed the evaporator core replaced which was quite a time consuming job that was turned down by two other shops. But once I called Walkers Complete and asked if they could fix it, they said they can with no hesitation. They had great communication throughout the entire process and were all so friendly. After the job was complete, they even checked to make sure my vehicle wasn t misfiring and gave me suggestions on how to stop the hesitation, which was unrelated but shows how they care about the quality of their work and about their customers. I ve finally found the auto shop I trust and will not be going anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!Service: A/C installation & repair

Great customer service, fair pricing, pleasure to visit. Quality of work could use some attention. I was very happy to have my truck running again, but was disappointed when I looked under the hood. The issues I found were not detrimental, however not what I expected to see. A little tighter inspection by management can quickly resolve the problem. I fixed some of the problems in a few minutes, but I will probably not come back to Walkers.

What was nice is that the owner answered the phone at 3:40 pm on a Thursday and understood the situation I was in. Ok, 2017 GMC 2500, Diesel. Truck went into limp mode and was one hour away from home on a vacation headed to Orlando that s more than two hours away. We came in and hooked a scanner up and found out that the number four cylinder connected to the injector was misfiring. Knew about the problems GMC was having with this year make and model, He could recall having problems with a similar vehicle same # piston. In the end on vacation this gentleman had me back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. And only tried to charge me $200. You don t run across people like this often and want anyone and everyone to know that this gentleman is top notch. To the owner of Walker s complete , thank you so much and you made what would be a horrible vacation and much better one!Sincerely,Tim BoyerServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Called to busy to schedule a appointment. All appointments are at least a week out. Good luck running a business that far behind. Little did u know that I have used your business before under a company name. Had a problem then to. And u did talk to me and I was willing to wait for the first delay not the second delay. So you still have bad scheduling. And again good luck people getting timely service.....love your answer your racks are full of auto's waiting for parts. Mechanics standing around waiting. And again good luck with bad scheduling!!!just look at there web page pictures. No work being done just waiting for what ever....

Walkers took us in when others wouldn't. Our motorhome was dumping fluid during a trip from MA to FL. Once I noticed I could not find a shop that would even look at something this big, and the few that would said they didn't have appointments for a month out. When someone suggested Walkers they took us right in. They even dealt with our pain in the butt warranty company. The job took longer then expected, but we were very happy with the results. They were very professional, kept us in the loop the whole way and were honest about the delays. I wish we lived in FL so they could take care of all my motorhome issues. Definitely reach out to Walkers for all your automotive needs.Service: Transmission

When I was researching auto repair places I asked several friends and neighbors where they would take their cars to get repaired. Walker's was recommended by a friend so I thought the place was worth investigating. Having spent 20 years in law enforcement (last 10 years in Washington DC negotiating and managing large multi-million dollar contracts), I have become very skeptical of contractors (remember the $500 hammer that ended up in the news?). After talking to Nate and learning about their processes and their approach to building customer relations; I have decided to build a relationship with them for the following reasons:1. They aren't the cheapest repair shop but they are reasonably priced(somewhere in the middle of several companies I researched);2. They are reliable and stand behind their work. I feel like I can dependon them to take care of my wife's car when I 'm out of town;3. They respect veterans; but you need to negotiate any discount;4. They listened to me before responding; and we worked together on aon an action plan to address repair problems;5. They "appeared" to be knowledgeable and followed reasonableprocesses to analyze problems and took the appropriate correctiveaction after consulting with me. I say "appear" because this was myfirst visit but I felt in control of my repair decisions and costs;6. They provided various alternatives for repairs so that I could evaluatethem and make an educated decision about the "best value" solution."Best value" contracts have generally been more beneficial to the U.S.Government then "lowest priced, technically acceptable" contracts;7. Most of their business comes from word of mouth (their words, notmine; but that is how I found out about the company).I don't often recommend businesses (this is my first) because your experience may be different than mine; however, I encourage you to visit this repair shop; talk to Nate, Dina or the owner (Robert?); and draw your own conclusions. While the outside appearance and location may appear to be sketchy, the people inside are friendly and competent. I haven't found a mechanic that I could trust in the past three years; but after my experience today, my wife scheduled her car for a safety inspection next week so that we can baseline the condition of her car and plan preventive maintenance. Additionally, I have decided to buy my next set of tires through them and have our brakes repaired or replaced when needed. While they told me that they are more expensive (around $50 for my Michelin tire set) than the large chain box stores; my long term benefits of buying locally outweigh the initial costs; and the comfort of working with someone that I trust gives me peace of mind, which is priceless.

I was driving through and noticed my tire was going flat. They were very quick / diligent and found two leaks on the same tire. The owners and employees are very funny and welcoming, felt like I was at a family get together instead of a garage. 10/10

I went there thinking my AC needed a major repair.A Mechanic looked at my truck as soon as I got there. In 2 minutes my AC was fixed. He removed glove box found a plastic bag had clogged my system , but only with the AC on it was floating and getting drawn into system.I asked how much he said no charge.I tipped him and drove away happy.A crooked shop would have got me for a fortune, this is a honest shop.
