Called over a dozen times day one and went straight through to a FULL voice mail each time. Day two (2 days later) called a dozen times and got a pick up followed by an immediate disconnect. Can't say much about actual service they do but I gave up as I'd be nervous doing business with someone you can't even communicate with.

Great people to do business with. Kathy in the office is very helpful and friendly. They promptly came out to check out problem with my rv. They quickly found the leaking area and sealed it to prevent further damage. Quoted reasonable price estimate. Will be having them replace my awning soon. They also communicate well when confirming appointments and running just a bit late.

They replaced the floor and repairedthe gas lines in our RV. They did a great job in a timely manner. They were very personable, kind ,and caring.We will be recommending them to our son for his RV

Came out to us at the time they said and did what exactly they said they were going to do. Taking good care of our RV. No games just business was 500 cheaper than the last repair before I talked to them. Thank you Looking forward to doing more business with them.

If you are impressed by glitz, fancy waiting areas, etc., this is not your place.If, in the other hand, you like to be sincerely greeted, treated fairly, get honest guidance, and receive quality work at fair prices, THIS IS IT!We needed some work done on our RV , and Gauthier's was recommended by a close friend. During the course of our service which was less than one week we met Tara, Dave, and Tom. Each of them were a pleasure to meet and behave very professionally. All of our work was completed in a professional and TIMELY manner. Thanks to all of you. Highly recommended!

They worked on my onan generator and cleaned my ac coils and fixed leak in roof picked up rv today everything looks great working great they were reasonable prices and fast service will use them for all my rv needs update generator still working great all was great.New I had my AC go out Friday October 25 at 1230 pm I called and talk to Kathy and she had the mobile service out to my by 4:00 pm and I was up and running by 6:00 again fast friendly service and great prices thanks for everything.

I have been dealing with these people off and on since 2004. At no time have they ever done anything but the very best work at the fairest prices. Kind of a hike for me for repairs but worth the travel. Very nice people and very accommodating.

Gauthier's installed a new Dometic Brisk AC system on my Airstream TT. Installation went OK until the air distribution panel and condensate drain were lifted into place when the installer bent the condensate tube sharply, causing a severe kink. I questioned whether the condensate would drain properly with the severe kink. No response. Three weeks later as we were 600 miles into our cross country journey, the drain backed up and water flowed out over the side of my trailer, staining the exterior. I called for help. Though I was assured I would hear back from them for a solution, not a word. I was left to solve the problem myself. A failing grade for lack of response to a problem.

Called on 3-25-16, made an apptmt for 3-30-16. Told me they would be out between 3-5 pm and would call before coming, no one called or showed up. I call on 3-31-16, advised by Rick it was not on their schedule, excuse was it was probably written on a piece of paper and not put on schedule. Very rude, told me to call someone else with no apology at all. Will never recommend this business to anyone

We have used this company several times and have been happy with the service each and every time. Love the fact that they come to us and we dont have to take the camper to them. Such a time saver.

I live near them and both times I needed help they where great.once to set up antenna and another ordering a part for hot water heater.

Great customer service- they did some major repairs on our 5th wheel after a blowout, plus replaced stairs and awning for us. Nice job, on time!

ok, ill bottomline it so not to drag it out....these guys will ALWAYS be the only Repair service i use...prices are fair, work is good and YOU WONT BE taken advantage of like you will by those other guys down the road...THE END

AC went out and thanks to Rick Dave and Tommy they had it fixed and back on within 24 hours. Nice to know I have someone I can trust to fix my RV. Thank you Thank you

Greatest shop. Had A/C issue , Thomas and Eddie came after hours to resolve the issue.They fixed the problem and as always so friendly.
