Tommy Blair s was such a delight to work with while my Lexus RC 350 F was being repaired. The staff is so polite and the communication with them during the whole process was excellent. They did an awesome job. My car looks great!

Tommy Blair s Quality Collision Repair is not just the BEST shop to fix your vehicle but they are like family. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you pick up your vehicle, they are professional, kind, hard working, dedicated and absolutely amazing. Brought my car to Tommy Blair's for some bumper work needed after I got hit. From start to finish the staff was awesome. From the estimate, to scheduling service, to being updated on the progress and pick up. An insanely easy process and the work came out immaculate. My car is back to tip-top shape. I took my Navigator in to have some body work done on the rear hatch and Tommy s guys did a fantastic job on it. I was kept apprised daily on the status and couldn t have been treated better as a customer. This is the second vehicle they have repaired for me and they are the only shop I will ever use. I highly recommend them for any level of work that needs to be done.

Took my car here after a very minor accident. Soonest appointment I could get was 2 months out. Estimated cost was around $2000 and pick up time was 5 days. Over 2 weeks later and my car is still in the shop with the cost now over $5000. Staff is friendly. Not sure how well the job on my car is since I still do not have it. Every time I call and ask when my car will be ready it is something different.

I am giving them 5 stars for now based on, friendliness, professional, cost, and timely appointment, I am having a sprayed in bed liner done so we will see if they can keep the 5 star rating.Update; I am pleased to report that while I did not personally like the delay to get my liner, I respect and admire the attention to detail and the fact that these professionals know what they are working with and let's face it no one can control the weather. due to the high moisture content last week it was rescheduled for yesterday and I just picked it up. They have kept the 5 star rating, and if I could give them a 10 I would. The truck came back cleaner then when I dropped it off and they even did the interior, I will highly recommend Tommy's to anyone, great value, exceptional service, and exceptional work.

Tommy Blair s Did a absolutely terrific job. Especially Durk. I was kept apprised of the repair daily by text message. Letting me know when the car would be finished. I even had scheduled Service For the car at LEXUS in Viera and Durk Took it Down there for me on the last day and brought it back. The car looked better than when I drove it off the showroom floor. They worked hand n hand with Progressive Insurance, no muss or fuss. I never do reviews but Tommy Blair s was Worthy of one.

This is a first class auto collision shop if you have a high-end car and you have a problem with the body take it there. The first photo is actually the after they repairef the damage where I got rear-ended. Their employees must feel really good about what they do. I can't speak highly enough about the whole shop.

We had such a great experience from start to finish! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, kept us informed along the way. I left a 5-star review at the time because I was busy at the time. But, I also wanted to add why. The minute I arrived at Tommy's, my car was looked at after it being in an accident. I got an estimate quickly and fairly. The work was done when promised, and Michelle, the scheduler, answered any questions I had by phone regarding the insurance company. Thank you, guys! The car looks great!

I had a collision at the end of March 2023. I was told I could not get in the shop until May 8. It was well worth the wait! You get what you pay for here. Wish I would have had them do my first paint job on my 2005 Tacoma. Did an excellent job and completed ahead of schedule. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I scheduled my 2017 Nissan Frontier for repainting of the front end, in conjunction with my going out of town for a week. The shop worked to my schedule. Sent daily updates via email, and called at one point to go over an additional concern that was able to be addressed. My truck was completed a day earlier than expected and was less expensive than the original estimate. This is my third time getting auto body work done after fender benders. Tommy Blair s Quality Collision is the only auto body shop recommended by the Lexus dealership and I know why! But I want people to know their prices are very fair too! I did not go through insurance because I want to keep my premiums from going up! I got 2 quotes from highly rated shops and they were almost identical which is how I know this place charges fairly. My car is 2011 and I had a brand new bumper replaced and you can t even tell a difference in the paint job! This place is great! Don t waste your time anywhere else these guys are the best in town!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my Honda Odyssey in with a damaged driver s-side mirror that needed replacing. David gave me an estimate, ordered the part, and, as he said, it came in the following day. At that point we scheduled the repair date; 2 days out and his estimate of 1 and 1/2 hours was right on the mark! Personable, professional, flexible....the best! I used my insurance the first time I went to Tommy Blair s. This time, I could have gone anywhere, but TB s is the only place I would take my vehicle(s)! Their work looks GREAT and I would strongly recommend them to anyone! God s Blessings, Frank

I have been in the car business for over 8 years now, and I have seen many customers (and even myself) go through hell and back trying to get a vehicle in the shop and serviced in a timely fashion at some collision shops.Tommy Blair's, hands down, has been the most efficient, affordable, and very thorough with the job at hand. It took them a very short time to get my car looking brand new again, and matched the paint and parts 100%.The staff was very, very easy to deal with, treating me with respect and walking me through their process with an easy understanding ( especially for those who have never been in an accident before ).A special thanks to David, who called me every step of the way and a special thanks to Kristine who answered all my billing questions.
