Just got my recent fender-bender fixed at Joe Hudson, people there are friendly, nice, knowledgeable. They are hooked together with my insurance comp, car rental co, the process was smooth, easy, no worries. Our car looks better outside and detailed inside, wheels and tires are shiny. I have high praise for them. They made the repair process friendly, easy, worry free. I Thank Them.

I came in to get a quote to fix a front grill on my car. What I thought would need repair work turned out to be a very quick fix on the spot and wasn't charged anything. I really appreciate the honesty. I even offered something for the effort, but they kindly said it was not necessary. This is amazing customer service, which is rare to find these days. Highly recommend Joe Hudsons Collision Center in Rockledge. Exceptional team performed miracles to my car. Rick set expectations to service and communicate the progress of my repairs. As promised, he or Megan called every Tues and Thursday with routine updates. Rick and team are honest, reliable and perform quality work.

My overall experience with Joe Hudson s was terrible. They lost parts to my vehicle. I had to go back multiple times to get things corrected. I had to take the vehicle to Toyota to get the collision system recalibrated. I would suggest you do your research before going to certain body shops

The service team here has been Johnny on the spot with updates as my car was being repaired. I never had to ask how everything was going because they called at least once or twice a week with updates not only with the repairs but also handled my rental car situation as well. I recommend Joe Hudson collision center to anyone in need for qualified technicians in any repair for most every vehicle.

The entire team was great from beginning to the end! They answered all my questions.. My car looks even better than it did before the accident! They even helped me move my personal stuff from the rental to my car when I picked it up.

Everyone I dealt with was as personable and professional as you could expect. The appointment process was very simple. The car was ready way before they said it would be, and the outcome was amazing. The whole experience was exceptional and I highly recommend any bodywork need. This past years 2 accidents at the Viera round about, has sent my wife & I to Joe Hudson s. I am happy to tell everyone that Hudson s should be your 1st & only choice. Excellent repair work, outstanding staff, Cindy & others , prompt communication on the progress of your repair & on both occasions, the work was completed before the date promised!! These folks can teach a lot of businesses how to run a successful business! Thank you Gang. You turned a horrible experience into a pleasant ending

My insurance directed me to Joe Hudson Collision after being hit by hit and run driver. They assured me they were highly regarded and I can now understand why. From the day I received my estimate until the day I picked up my car, every step of the way was five star. I had to go out of town and they helped me get a rental car when I couldn t get through. They notified me of status every three days. They were meticulous in their repairs. My car looks better than new. And whenever I called in, anyone was able to answer my questions, no passing around or holding for someone else. The entire business is efficiently run, with friendly personnel. If you have Geico avoid this place , Rick who is their estimator wasted my time , 3 weeks , then thief treated rd officer manager fails to follow through . Avoid this place they are very unprofessional!!

Very friendly and courteous staff. They even made the car rental process a breeze by having the rental company meet me at the shop. I was updated on my car's progress via text messages. My car was completed before the expected date and she looked fabulous! It was like she wasn't even in an accident at all. They even detailed her before I went to pick her up. I'm very satisfied with their work!

We have, unfortunately, due to accidents, used Joe Hudson's on numerous occasions..this most recent..not my fault! I would only use Joe Hudson's, especially considering damage done to my car from being rear ended..I have it back, it is PERFECT! I was rear ended pretty badly - Thus I decided to go with Joe Hudson's and I suggest you do as well because they are not only professional, but they put in the hard work for your loving vehicle with as much TLC as you would! The body work they did was good, but the service was poor. I made arrangements for my car to be towed there and fixed through State Farm, and the car sat there for a week without Joe Hudson knowing it was there. I called to ask if my car was there and they said no. I then went into the shop to see for myself and it was sitting on their lot. They told me they had no way of know because they never got the task assignment from the insurance company. It took another week after that just to get an estimate. The estimate was emailed to me and repairs were started before I signed anything authorizing them to do the repairs after the estimate. The receptionist called me a day or two before the repairs were complete asking me to sign the repair authorization after the fact. Not thrilled with that experience.Service: Body & Trim
