Honda told me I needed almost $2800 worth of work. I brought it here for a 2nd opinion after reading the reviews on how honest they were. They found nothing wrong! Jim, Richie and John were very kind and answered my many questions. I will definitely be back if I have an issue and will recommend them to others!!

My brother in law came to Florida from Texas to deliver parts in Miami. He started having major problems with his cargo van in Jacksonville. Auto Zone recommended Advanced Automotive after it was showing multiple codes. Ritchie Russell repaired the van very quickly and charged a very fair amount for the repairs. Appeared to be honest. The mechanic Jim made sure to take the time to explain to me what repairs were required on my Volvo. And also helped me look for a more affordable option. My brakes were grinding and brought it in the morning and before the store was closed, I had my car back. Don't have a bad thing to say about these guys.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was introduced to Richie by a good friend soon after I moved to the area. I don t go anywhere else. I have many friends that go to him and I recommend him to anyone in need.He is honest and upfront. He is a hard tireless worker and gets my car back quickly.He does not nickel and dime you or add on charges or work that many places unfortunately do. In fact he always gives me options that may be more cost effective. How many mechanics give you options that make them less money? He also shops for parts to get the best price and save me money.

Great place to get your vehicle repaired.I've been there a couple times to get repairs done, (in the past) on my car n Awesome. Work n on a timely matter n reasonable.Thanks Richie!!!

Autozone recommended this mom and pop place to me due to a cylinder in my car misfiring. Richie told me about the problem I was having and it could've cost me up to 2k to get it fixed. He recommended a different route for me and it was definitely a lot CHEAPER. I went with his opinion and my car runs great now! Definitely will be going back to this place! Richie is very knowledgeable and his business provides good customer service!

I can't say enough about Ritchie and Advanced Automotive. If you need an honest opinion about fixing your car or truck, you can rely on them to stay within your budget as well. Plus he got it done quickly. Thank you very much.

They have almost anything you can need, it's just considering do you want to pay that price, because most things you may need are not cheap there. Unless you came in for wiper blades for your car, like I did they also put them on my car for me even though that's their policy, it was nice not to have to do it myself. Also they were very polite and helpful

Got my 72 GMC truck running good. Tracked down a problem with one of the spark plug wires that I could not seem to find. Tuned up the carb, timing etc. Also he was cool doing only what I asked him to do and not pressuring me to have other work done. I m a shade tree mechanic and like to do things but I ve had mechanics in the past refuse to work on it unless they can do all the work. Enjoying my truck again! Thanks Richie! Will be back next time I get stumped! (Or for that LS swap! Haha!)

Richy is the owner and very real, very honest!! He has saved us $$$$ thousands, literally and he works on just about any car out there....just call, you won't regret the work done. We drive an hour to go there!!

Richie was great, took the time to understand the problem, took the car in on the last minute, told us it could be one of two problems and showed me the defective part after he replaced it, and showed and explained why it was bad.
