We had new tires and oil changes at this place and they are very reasonable. They don't pressure you into the upsell, and their recommendations are legit. We were so happy with how we were treated here, we are already looking to bring our car back for its next service.

The guys there were super helpful and easygoing. Explained why they couldn't patch it and gave me a good price on a new tire. They were competent, direct and didn't push me with any additional services. Will be back again to service our vehicles.

Brought my rav-4 in for a tire patch on 10/6/23. When I picked up the car the tire pressure was 38. The time I got home it was 34 and the next day it was 30. I checked the tire and the same exact Philips head screw was in the same exact spot on my right rear tire. I called the shop the next day and knew they would deny that they failed to remove the screw. The manager stated his guys would never patch over a screw. Obviously not, they simply added air and returned the car. Manager stated that I could bring the car back in and see. No thanks will simply pay another shop and verify the screw has been removed.

I once was a regular customer at this shop until I went in for a starter replacement. I took my vehicle to this shop thinking they would provide professional service. They first called and told me my battery was completely dead, then called back 2hours later stating it was my starter that needed to be replaced, then another couple of hours later they claimed It was an electrical issue that they don t specialize in. At that point I stated to them that they can put my old battery back in my truck and I will come have it towed to another shop that can provide me with the service I needed. Upon receiving my vehicle the technician removed parts from my vehicle as if he started the job and did not put the parts back as he received it. Leading my truck to have a massive oil leak (because they removed the oil dipstick and oil line, removed the heat shield (and didn t put it back on) damaged my started plug connector from taking my old starter out and left it unplugged, and threw my battery back in without placing the battery clamp to secure the battery. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AND SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND EXPERIENCED AND I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS THERE. When I came to pick my parts up this morning the service advisor tried to say my vehicle wasn t put back together because I was supposed to pick it up the next day, which still doesn t make it valid that my vehicle was in pieces upon my picking it up. If they knew they where not goin to do the job or they don t specialize in it they should have put my vehicle back together the way they found it. They also stated that it was a 6-8 hour job, and the shop I took it to repaired my vehicle under 2 hours. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE CITY OF RIVERVIEW. ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE ESTABLISHMENT.

One of the best auto service places in the area of Brandon/Riverview/Valrico! The service is prompt and the staff communication is amazing. I've been to other places before that always found some serious issue with my car. Not here! They say it how it is and I'm so thankful that as a person who isn't a pro nobody here is to deceive me. Suddenly my car is actually not falling apart once I started going to this place Highly recommend!

Quick service, fixed a leak, didn't pressure us into buying a tire. I'm and out in less than 40 minutes. Not how we expected to spend the morning, but very happy with the service.

Came in with a leaky tire, tech repaired and we were back on the road within 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable and I felt a good price for the good service provided.

I went in for a tire repair as a result of a nail in my tire. This issue was resolved, however, the repaired tire was indicating 7psi higher than my other tires (and 4psi over recommended for my vehicle). I went back into store and the tech was sent back out to check it. He said he eyeballed the tire while filling it. I asked if he had a gauge and he proceeded to roll his eyes and walk off in a huff to go get one. At that point, I asked for a different tech and the issue was resolved. Not an overly friendly or welcoming staff and obviously some laziness, unprofessionalism and incompetence. I will not be returning for any reason, nor would I recommend this location.

Hello readers. 1st time at this repair shop,and let me tell you readers I felt like I was a V.I.P person. They took my right in, with other shop they told me that they couldn't bring me in till late afternoon. I'm only getting a O2 sensor installed which it only takes 1/2 hour. But again here at Tire Choice Joe the service writer treated me like VIP and I'm happy I found this company

After a blowout while traveling from Maine the folks here were able to get me right in and back on the road promptly and at a reasonable price! They also identified another leaking tire and fixed that aswell! Can t thank these folks enough!

Horrible place to do business. First of all they took advantage of my mother. She brought her car in for the horn not working and they told her she needed her air bag sensor replaced wich costed her $1500 and got her car back and ac was broken and they wanted 3500 to fix that. A crook for a manager. Don't get ripped off here

Great guys! I trust them to mount my 20"s with 30 series side of walls. Not an easy task, but they did it right. I would recommend them.

Had an appt. with another large tire retailer to get four new trailer tires for our 5th wheel. Once we arrived that dealer told me they couldn t work with us. Frustrating as knew what I had requested. Found Tire Choice and spoke with Dylan. He went out of his way to accommodate us that same day. He had to send a runner for the tires, but a few short hours later we were on the road to our next rv park. Our tire technicians Josh and Tyler were very friendly and took extra care to install metal valve stems and asked what pressure I wanted tires inflated to. Overall a very pleasant experience.

After another company couldn't help me even though I had an appointment, I ended up calling tire choice. I'm so glad I did. They were able to make me an appointment for the very next day at 11am and I was in and out by 11:45. Service was amazing and I will be back for future needs. 100% recommend this company to anyone who has tire needs. Thank you tire choice auto!!!

Tires requested online may not be available at your appointment time. I chose a flat run tire, made appointment and the facility did not have any of these type of tires available. Now I realize why there were delayed appointments at other tire companies.

After calling many places to get tires the same day I was delighted to deal with Jean at the Riverview location. Jean ordered my tires and had them delivered the same day and even stayed a little late to complete my job. Jean was a pleasure and I would highly recommend anyone looking for tires to call and ask for him, he went above and beyond. I just started a new job and without his eagerness to to help me get same day tires it could have cost me my new job so a huge THANK YOU JEAN!!!!!

Went there to get a new set of tires, they were booked but were able to squeeze me in and got me out of a pickle. They did a amazing job except that now a couple months later I need new brakes and i tried to take off the lug nuts. 1 of my lug nuts were cross threaded on. I had to break it off and spend a extra $15 at the auto parts store to get new lug nuts and lug stud. Picture shown of me that fixed it on my driveway.

Just got 4 tires replaced. Marshall was a great help and gave me a great deal and the service is excellent. Highly recommend tire choice auto for all your car needs.It's been about a yr or so since my last review.Our car broke down. so I had it towed to tire choice auto. I was taken care of by a nice gentleman named Joe.It was the middle of the day so I figured I wouldn't hear anything until at least the next morning sometime.I got a phone call less than 2 hrs after dropping it off. Turns out to be a bad fuel pump. I also needed brake work that I was not surprised to need. Long story short, they had my car ready the next afternoon. Did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you Joe and everyone at tire choice auto service center.

I have used Tire Choice exclusively for multiple cars for over a decade. The main reason I have remained a loyal customer is the trust they have earned. Have mistakes or issues happened? Sure have. It is the resolution of these issues that have kept me coming back as well. Finally, the staff at the different locations I have used is top notch and care about me and my cars.Marshall at the location in Brandon, FL is a prime example of a key employee that understands people as well as he knows car repair.

Was referred to this shop by some friends. This whole crew was great. I went in for a brake fluid flush and tires. I was able to get everything done for a good price. Marshal the service manager gave me some great info on my tire choices. Marcel was very nice and friendly. Even got to see him actually take care of other customers properly. Josh and Mike the technicians who did the work on my car were very fast and didnt scratch my wheels. Definitely will be back!

Called this place last minute and they told me it would be quick oil change. They were not lying, I got here and within minutes they were changing my oil. Great customer service as well

New to town and chose for choice because they were closest. I have them 3 tries over the last year. Nice managers and pleasant to talk to but as far as actually doing the work correctly well each experience was worse. Each task they had to do had to be done at least twice before it was done correctly. All I have had them do mind you is tire work. The problems were numerous: Incorrect balancing, weights falling off, tires put in the wrong position on the vehicle, tire mounted with a leaky valve. If they can t do the small stuff right that s a huge indication of a lack of staff experience.

We have been using this shop for the past several years. Marcel and Marshall have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service each and every time we bring a vehicle in, but this last time, they outdid themselves! I cannot say enough good things about them to adequately express my appreciation for all they did to get my son s car back on the road. These guys are top notch (and Mike is too!). Thank you ALL for your patience, your attention to detail, and for doing everything you could to make sure my son would be safe. It was a long process, but one that finally had a happy ending.
