I called on the phone, and a gentleman was very helpful. I ended up going in and had a new tire within an hr. The process was very smooth. They were not pushy but did suggest a few things I needed. I loved the no hassle! We ended up needing another tire on a different child's car the next day. No doubt where we will be going in future for our family car care needs!

Be cautious if you schedule online in hopes to wait on your tire servicing.I scheduled an online apt to have my tires rotated and balanced. If you know anything about automotive, this is a 20 min process.After arriving this morning at my scheduled time, I was advised that the appointment was not approved because it was done online. Not sure what that process is like behind the scenes, as I am just a customer scheduling online for tire service. The gentlemen was nice to me and advised that they could work me in, but i advised him that I had to wait for the vehicle which is why I "Scheduled" the appointment. He then advised that he could schedule for me to drop off the vehicle at a more appropriate time. I told him I have to wait for the vehicle. I then asked for a time that would work, and there were none for today. So again, this is a 20 min process and I scheduled online and even noted on the appointment that I would be waiting for it. So whatever approval is needed for this, that needs to be explained on how to get approved for the appointment. Otherwise, Firestone needs to remove the feature from their website and make people call in for an "Approved" appointment.I ended up telling him to cancel the appointment and was able to schedule another apt with a different tire place 1 mile away from this station and had great success with no waiting.

Get your tires here faster service than Costco and Sam's and also get motor repairs on your car on the same visit ask for Russ and he will set you up with an appointment tell him I sent you. My truck needs an AC inspection and Russ has great prices and my inspection will cost less than 50 bucks (they have a special for 10 bucks off this month).

I honestly love this Firestone. I have always gotten great service and deals at this location. Their staff is super helpful and informative. They communicate clearly and always let me know if there is any additional work that needs to be addressed for my vehicle. Through their hard work and great customer service, I know I can trust my car with their team and that it ll be working great on the road. Thank you!

Took my truck here to just have the new tires I purchased mounted and balanced. Shortly after dropping it, I received a call from them stating that my truck was leaking power steering fluid all over their shop. I had a hard time believing it just sprung a leak and I was concerned they did something to the truck to get some more money out of me; as they were very pushy on trying to get me to allow them to replace the steering gearbox for $900. I am a diesel mechanic and I do all of my own mechanical work, I just don t have tire equipment. So, I stated if it needed repairs I would perform them myself. But the service writer kept insisting that I had oil spots all over my driveway, etc. Finally, they agreed to not touch it more than what I had asked and after the tire change had been completed and they called me to pick it up. I arrived around an hour after they finished. upon inspection of my truck, there was not a drop under it. I, then, made a 1,200 mile trip with the vehicle the next day and here we are one month later and still no evidence of leaks. Not sure why they targeted me, but they did and I advise anyone to steer clear. If I have no other option but to come here for tire repair in the future, I will remove the tires and bring only the tires I can avoid them getting their greasy paws on my stuff. Pretty sad you have to treat a company of this size like the slimy shade tree mechanics you see on every corner here in Florida.

Great service, David called me immediately when they found another issue other than what I brought my car in for, sent me pictures and got the service handled quickly so I was still able to pick up my car on time. Excellent experience.

I had a complex problem with my brake caliper. Both the man in the foyer and the floor supervisor explained my problem, the issue with obtaining the parts (national backorder), as well as my options. They had to get creative to fix the seized caliper and get me on the road that evening, and although it took a few hours, they were successful. There was no upselling or hyperbole with their detailing of my car's issues, as I've experienced with other mechanics. Also, the guys in the foyer were hilarious (while maintaining professionalism) while I waited. I appreciate these guys thinking on their feet and fixing my brakes.

My initial appt was 12/19 at 9am for new brakes. After checking in and my car still sitting unmoved in the parking lot at 10:30ish and we had to reschedule for 12/23. At this visit all the recommendations were given after the assessment and the gentleman who works there said all of it was declined. This was not true, only the new tires and the credit card were declined. I made an appointment for new brakes, why would I decline the new brakes? So instead of getting new brakes like I made 2 different appointments for, I now still have to schedule a 3rd appointment for new brakes. This is probably the most awful experience I ve ever had with car maintenance anywhere.

Called in today to schedule and appointment to get 2 tires swapped on our Tesla Model 3 after being there 3 days prior to see if we could get a patch (couldnt). Ordered tires, called to get them installed, the guy on the phone now says they dont replace tires on teslas AFTER WE WERE JUST THERE, GOT QUOTES, ETC 3 DAYS BEFORE. WHAT A JOKE.

I've been here several times over the years, hoping I would have better experiences. Missing nuts and bolts under the hood after getting work done, not enough oil put in after oil changes, extremely loose nuts and bolts that I could take off by hand after "inspections" of the areas I needed checked, but was told that they were "all good", missing tire stem caps after getting new tires, new tires that were flat (no punctures) after 2,000 miles. Just very careless.

I believe they prey on women, I just spent $800 dollars on an oil leak now they saying I have another one and there is no sign of oil on my driveway. I paid for a diagnostic test why you call me about tires? And for the technician to tell me in his personal opinion it s time to part ways with the car. To take it to another mechanic and the car is fixed. Sounds like scamming people out of money to me!!

Such professional and friendly service here. It waa A busy day, so I was glad I made an appointment in advance. My car was completed in a timely manner. I will certainly be returning to my Bloomingdale Firestone.

Very knowledgeable, very down to earth blue collar guys that get your vehicle's problem corrected, no doubt. Friendly bunch of guys whom of which my family has been dealing with for a few years now. They know their clients vehicle almost better than you do. Very straight forward and honest. Tell them Tyger sent you.

I had a great experience here brining in my fiancees SUV for a second opinion. The dealer recommended that we replace the engine belt/tensioner but knowing dealerships I wanted a second opinion. The service advisor was prompt and professional and advised us that the engine belt was just fine. He also did not attempt to upsell on any unneeded services even though it is a higher mileage vehicle. Thanks to this shop for your integrity and honesty!

Honestly wouldn t give them 1 star. They don t even treat the code when you bring the vehicle in. Watch out female population no offense but they target you and try to go around the system. They don t look at warranty items. They will also cause other problems that a dealer will have to fix. Totally missed alignment bushing issue but still didn t treat the diagnosis code.

This location, Bloomingdale, and the Big Bend location have always made me feel welcomed and I've never left feeling like I've been duped. The men in there are always friendly and helpful and have never lead me astray. Even when I was a single mom, I always felt they had my best interests and never took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

I did not get my car serviced. I did get the help of Ray to rescue a stray kitten from under a bay in my SUV. He did not hesitate to help me find the kitten, unscrew so many screws and get him out safely. Excellent, compassionate customer service!

I had an issue with this location years ago, and decided to give them a 2nd chance recently. This was mainly because they had an appointment available immediately. Bad idea! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and rotation/balance before a road trip. Two attempts later, my alignment is still off and my vehicle is vibrating at highway speeds much worse than before I brought it in. Also as soon as I get in my vehicle after their second attempt, the pressure was low in my front passenger tire. Come to find out later, there is a nail in that tire. The tire pressure was perfect when I brought it in. Highly suspicious to say the least. I understand now why they were the only Firestone around with immediate availability.

I have used them in the past when I scheduled an oil change for my Nissan Armada and had great service. So this time when the Grand Cherokee needed front rotors serviced (replaced), I called and scheduled for a Saturday. The overall customer service and honesty cannot be beat. The guys are great to talk and understand what you are trying relay to them in order to get the vehicle repaired. None the less, I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs and couldn't be happier. Sure beats waiting 3 months to get into Courtesy Jeep for service work.Service: Brakes

Overall service was excellent. The two guys who assisted me were knowledgeable and helpful. I waited while they replaced my tire and wasn t there long. They even called me later to tell me that I had left something behind and held it until I could pick it up the following day. Wow, over and beyond! Thank you!

In need of an attitude check. Went in for a rescheduled appt and left with eyebrows raised at their demeanor. I ve gone to many Firestone s and had great service and this was a disappointment to say the least. I would recommend a different firestone

I ve been going to this location for quite some time now and today was no different. Will and David are two superior employees that go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and also honest when it comes to servicing my/your vehicle. As very busy as they are in this location they still take the time to explain in detail what is wrong or recommended whether you move forward or not and that to me is prime customer service.

I brought my vehicle into this location art 11:15a for my 11:30a appointment for an oil change. At 4:45p, the vehicle was still untouched with 3 people ahead of me. I contacted customer service and was advised the Area Regional Manager would contact me; however, I simply received an email stating to call this location to give my feedback. There are far too many places offering fast and efficient service in the area. Therefore, I do not recommend Firestone.

I'm handicap and in my 60's it was raining when I went there. Some young guy in his early 20's parked in handicap spot when I pulled in. Went inside and said if you aren't handicap you shouldn't be parking there was told by the guy behind counter I had a bad attitude. Told him I could call the cops the guy behind the counter said I didn't want to do that. More less he said makes him not want to take care of me. Said I could go some else he said to go. I'm hoping all handicap people would understand my attitude. I don't always park in the handicap but use a cane when raining to feel safer walking with it I do use those spots.I PROBABLY WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO FIRESTONE IF THATS HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THE OLDER CUSTOMERS THAT NEED HANDICAP PARKING. WENT ACROSS TO SONNY'S GOT THE BEST SERVICE WAS IN AND OUT NO PROBLEM. WOULD RECOMMEND GOING THERE INSTEAD OF FIRESTONE ANYTIME.

These guys are some of the most honest caring service guys I have ever met!All of my tire work is done here, and even some oil changes and other mechanical work. ALWAYS honest and above-board! There were times they could have taken advantage of me financially, but they gave me options and let me know what I can get by with. (AND offer. veteran discount!)I actually listened to one of the service techs this morning call a customer and tell him they would not be charging him for labor for removing the coil because they would have had to remove it anyways to get to the plugs (I think I have the right parts, just half listening).How many times has YOUR mechanic told you he would be charging you less? They pointed out things my insurance didn t catch which would have cost me down the road several thousand dollars when I was hit by another car.I have had a dealership doing my oil changes and was supposed to change my air filter, which they hadn t done (Firestone caught it as you can see from the pic!)Much respect for these guys!
