They lied to us and after weeks of waiting for the piece to be completed demanded payment for horrible work. Then agreed to refund my money but changed his mind. Do not trust these people.

Terry and Larry provided great customer service and were so helpful! Love the interior-- it's like I stepped back into my childhood with all of the nascar and other memorabilia from back in my day plus the black and white tv show on the TV! Thankful for these guys... would definitely come back!

Last year, I was due for a interview in Atlanta, but accidentally got my seat belt buckle stuck in my driver's side door lock. The door wouldn't open, and I didn't want to risk driving without my seatbelt all the way to Atlanta, both for legal reasons and for my own safety. I needed help in a hurry.The people at Smith Brothers Paint and Body were just about to close up shop, and had a wedding to get to, but were willing to stay late so that I could get my car in. They wouldn't have had time to fix it regardless, but I was able to get it into the shop in time for me to have it ready by the time I came back from Atlanta by other means.They did everything they could to help me on the spot, and while that wasn't possible, they still fixed my door well and for a very affordable price, even though they could have taken advantage of my urgency if they were not an honest business. They were very helpful, and I intend to use their services again.And not that it matters, but they have a ton of Jeff Gordon memorabilia inside, which I appreciated, since Gordon was my favorite driver when I was young.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience with this place my car was stored at this place for a week and someone went through all my stuff my trunk was open my stuff was on the ground around my car and someone stole my mom's ashes out my car the only thing missing out my car is my mom and if nobody knows anything about my missing mom I'll be letting the better business bureau know what this place is doing oOh my car was drivable when it was towed there I have a picture of my mom in the bottle she was in also

Worst place. Kept our truck 6 months. Took it apart to paint it and dented and scratched the pieces due to moving them around the shop for six months. Misplaced our headlights. Full of excuses and promises. They rehung our doors crooked. Could have cared less about the job they done. Collected the money down and then didn't finish the job for six months. Our truck sat there in pieces. HORRIBLE!!!!
