Nice, friendly staff and great customer service. They provide free oil change on our 1st oil change which is helpful and appreciated.They also keep you updated with videos and communication throughout the service process. Love it!I'm also glad they take pictures of our vehicles before working on it for the protection of both the customer and shop.There were scratches on my vehicle after they were done. They verified with the pictures taken that the scratches were not there prior to the work performed. They assured me they would take care of it.I appreciate great customer service and satisfaction. Great job Sandy Sansing Mazda of Pensacola. Glad to be doing business with an honest and accommodating company.

Overall First Class Service Experience. My only real gripe is what everyone gripes about and that is the COST of Servicing a 14 year old Mazda RX8. $600 to replace One Shock? Yeah....The American Consumer is being driven to simply take the beating on his or her Trade in and buy a new car. Sticker Shock there keeps me away as well. I do what I can do to maintain my RX8 but a McPherson Strut Assembly is not in my purview. Thank You Trevor, Lauren, and Toni for an awesome experience and yes to a Thumbs Up from JP. See Y'all Next Time....

Great deal and service. The salesman was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even picked me up from Daphne and took me to Pensacola to pick up my new car. This is the second car I have bought from Sandy Sansing and I would recommend to all myfriends and family.

Love the service department at Sandy Sansing Mazda. Always extra friendly and knowledgeable. I even enjoy waiting on them to complete the work in their customer lounge. They check in on you and are tentative to you as a customer. It makes you feel like you are apart of the team. The update videos from the tech are great. It really helps when the tech explains it all so you can understand the situation.

So glad Tracey is back on the Service side and Lauren is a great addition to the team. I was hesitant to bring my car back because over the last year I had some issues with the service. Thankfully that seems to be behind them and I had a great experience this time. My car was fixed without any problems and everyone was great to work with!

Had a great experience with Ashley Bodiford. She was very knowledgeable about the entire line of Mazda vehicles. She was professional and friendly. We took a test drive and she explained all the features of the car. During negotiating the sale of the car she was very pleasant and worked with us to get the deal we needed. After the sale, she was proactive in showing us how to operate features of the car, including technology and app related items. Ask for Ashley when you visit Sandy Sansing Mazda. Want to follow up we had a warranty claim today and Emory was outstanding in solving our current problem painlessly.

Very good experience!! I was greeted kindly and checked in quickly. Employees passing through the waiting area were very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is very comfortable, and I feel my wait was short considering they were very busy. They do a great job! I am a Sandy Sanding customer for life!

The overall purchase experience was very good. The sales manager was helpful but our sales lady Jewel was excellent. She was not pushy at all but just so nice and professional. She is the reason we made our purchase. My only complaint is that the facility is a bit dated and needs updating which is the reason for the 4 star rating.

I bought a 2016 ford fusion. Totally love it! Im very happy with my purchase. The people working their are great, easy to talk to, and very helpful helping me find a good car that i like. Isaac Schmidt helped me and he was great. I recommend talking to him for anyone thinking of buying a new car!

Big shout-out to Rebecca and Issac, I called yesterday with just big hopes after being turned down a few times and when I tell you they worked their magic and my husband and I left in a 2016 traverse with low miles we did just that. No stress, No hassle just completely top notch service. Thank you so much again 10/10 recommended.

Would not recommend purchasing a used car here. Our first red flag should have been the finance department literally throwing our money back at us across the table when he didn t understand brand codes that were coming up for our trade-in vehicle. We purchased an as-is used car with the agreement that the check engine light would be resolved & the car would be running properly. During the test drive we could see that the car had previously been towed. We didn t attempt to negotiate on price, all we wanted was the car to be sold to us in working order. Within one day of having the car the check engine light was back on. We brought the car back in & their service department took a look at it but we didn t receive any sort of report as to what was done to the vehicle. The check engine light stayed off for about a month & then came back on & the car was having the same issues it had prior to our purchase. We contacted Sandy Sansing & were told they couldn t get it in that week & we would have to pay full price for the repairs even though our sales agreement stated the car would be fixed prior to our purchase. We decided to go elsewhere and took the car to Mr. Transmission. Immediately they could see that parts of the motor mount were missing - which led to a $1000 repair. We were shocked that this car had now been inspected, and supposedly checked out twice, & no one in their service department could see that an integral part of the car was missing. I would not trust or recommend purchasing a car from Sandy Sansing based on their inspections.Edit: To further update incase anyone else is considering buying a used car here. This car has now amassed $5,000 in repairs for a damaged torque converter which was likely the very first issue we encountered when test driving the car. If you re not comfortable with doing your own car repairs & have to rely on repair shops be sure to save up a fair amount on top of the price of the car because the inspections here seem to not be very thorough.

I called this dealership, told them how much I had to put down, how much I d like to keep the payments and it was for my daughter to have her first car. LET ME TELL YALL, they did not try to upsell, they got me in for WAY lower payments and for a low mileage vehicle. Isaac, Rebekah, and Jewel were all wonderful to deal with and just look at the smile they put on my girls face!!! Y all are the best!

Lauren was wonderful in service check in and checkout. However, the service waiting lobby gets a 1 star. It has only gotten worse and more uncomfortable throughout the 9 years I have come here for service.

Tracy and Lauren are awesome!Lauren went over and beyond to help my husband and I with our car and truck repairsIt s a very long story but short versionAfter the ford dealership in Crestview had my husband s truck for three weeks said it was repaired wasn t repaired. Lauren was able to get my truck in the next day after the cabin was filling up with the smell of oil burning.Parts were ordered a plan was put in place and of course we had vacation planned Lauren My service advisor was always in contact with us. Truck was repaired correctly and ready for pick up once we flew back into Pensacola.. building a great customer base is very difficult these days, but the service we received was definitely on pointAnd the feel of being treatedLike family was greatSomeone care about us and all the crazy we went through with the ford dealershipAll my vehicles are going to be serviced by Mazda going forward@SandySandingMadza

Marc Biddle, the finance manager and Charla were absolutely amazing! Marc went above and beyond providing me a detailed tutorial of my vehicle and Charla was very informative, patient and understanding. The finance mgr was also quick and attentive in securing a favorable rate for my loan too! I love my CX-90!!

We had our car diagnosed for an oil leak and left the car at the Mazda service. We were told later that we may be better of trading it in for another because the repair will be expensive. Since we were about to take a road trip, we asked if we can leave the car for a few extra days and they said ok. When we came to pick up the car to take to another mechanic for a second opinion, our car was parked in the back of the service area unlocked. So the first thing we noticed once we opened the door, was that someone has gone through all the compartments, storage, and glove compartment and left the inside of the car with a big mess. We reported this to the person checking us out after paying our bill. We asked if they have security videos. She responded that they have no videos for that area. She also said that we can file a police report. We did not. We cleaned up the mess and just left. We are done with Mazda and their service. The sales department are not honest and the service area needs more training and security.We are paying a certified mechanic less than $1000 vs the $18000+ proposal from the mazda service.

Malachi at Sandy Sansing Mazda really took care of me! He wasn t pushy at all, ensured I was completely satisfied during a lengthy test drive, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even helped me get the new car home to surprise my wife. Even more impressive was after I had an issue with the car, he immediately sent a tow and got me a loaner car while the service department fixed the issue. Another dealer would have just reminded me it was as-is. I ll definitely be back next time we need a car!

Appointment is a misnomer, I showed up for my appointment and was told it was a 2 hour wait. I responded with I have an appointment. The receptionist replied with that only guarantees you to be seen today , his next quote was there are 7 ahead of you, and it s a first come first serve basis. What s the point of a timed appointment? Thankfully, after talking to the supervisor they got to my vehicle a little sooner. It shouldn t have come to a supervisor intervention.

The only place I go to get serviced nowadays because they are dependable & honest! They don t try to push services on to you that you don t need. It feels really good to always be able to know that they will take care of you during the harder times with full transparency. Working with Mazda has been such a relieving experience & this location in particular has some really genuine people. Thank you so much!
